Hat Nigerian children over 200 where taken away just like that and the rest Pf the citizenry is going on as of it is normal scares me stiff. It means no one is safe. We are talking about young teenage girls that don't know anything. They haven't committed any offence other than that they are Nigerians. In she other countries this is enough to set the whole of Sbisa on fire yet here its different.
If we don't demystify the Chibok girls issue it will forever be a burden on the conscience of the nation. ...and all those directly and remotely connected with this should await their day with Karma if not them then surely their children must partake in the law of karma.

How did we get t to this level of moral decadence. a since when did married women and mothers start displaying curves for the public view.
Oh no we've really lost our value system.
It is not in our culture for a married woman and a mother for that matter to be so described. African culture is against it. Let it atop. There are several single ladies who can advance your blog please. Respect the institution of marriage and if she really approved of this then SMH for her.

They live and dine abroad and they even carry foreign citizenship yet we still think they are more patriotic than the people who live here and have no place else to run to when these so called diaspora people finish with country. I bet all them diaspora ministers have gone back to where they call home leaving us to deal with the mess by ourselves.
We need to realise that it is only those who call this place home and willing to build this home that can truly sacrifice their all for motherland.

Our people have a saying that if someone's father is not rich it is not his fault BUT if one's father Inlaw is poor it is his making.

Now tell me how on earth a mam can meet such girls and even if it means going to conjure not to make them one's Wifey.
I keep saying it we must make our birds as we want to lie on it. You can't see this babes and miss them to marry any Ayangba that are making noise everywhere.
Some people today married a fine girl from a very very poor home, now the burden they are carrying is too much on them. They have to cater for siblings, parents and family members.
I don't want problem in my life all I need now is to get hold of one of 'em and put her in the right way and all the hustles will be settled

Don't the police have helicopters for aerial tracking of the robbers movement so as to counter their escape? when are we going to really take this nation seriously. It really baffles me how armed robbers will have all the time in the world to rob two banks simultaneously in a very busy working day and yet all of them escape. The simple message here is that we are not secured at all.

BTW last time a similar incident happened in Lekki a governor been celebrated as a genius today said it was because all police went to protect the ex presidio instead of sitting down and analysing how it was possible for criminals to penetrate the city centre and mitigating future reoccurrence.
RIP to the dead.

Its is stupidity that makes you ignore the many hard-working women of modest northern extraction , extremely brilliant and modest who spend their days laboring in difficult societies against the grain, not for the praise but so other young girls and women can get a step up in life and achieve their dreams.

I've worked with few northerners in my life but those few have shown me what it means to be honest and determined, to take the rare gift of illumination through education seriously.

There is no shortage of lazy bastards in the south of Nigeria just like we have in the north; Likewise no shortage of hard-working confident people determined to turn the tide of the society.
My friend you better check what you say, are you not in this country when someone abrogated the exalted office of our first lady, were you not born when some elder men chose to marry teenagers in the North, where were you when some elder made a young girl fresh out of school his fourth wife in the north. Haba did you not see that women are in bondage up north. Where in Nigeria do we have prevalence Pf VVF and have you bothered to ask why is that so.
Anyway I tale it you just want to talk but let it be known to you that only the children of the rich are allowed to go abroad and study while the rest of you remain almajiri to fight for them in Nigeria.

Politics › Re: Professors, Two-time Senator, Others Make Buhari’s Ministerial List - Vanguard by opribo(m): 10:42am On Oct 13, 2015
It is not about professorship but about track records. What has these people done for the country even outside government. I know of one pastor a young man that organizes annual seminars called platform, very educative and empowering from his own money and free of charge to the public. I know another multi millionaire philanthropist from the north that gives grants to indigent women from all over Nigeria. That is what we call track record and we have many of them across Nigeria.
A professor or doctor or SAN who does not connect with the people's need is a good as a dullard leader in the saddle.
See we need to stop all this reacting to please some people and remain focused on the objective we want to achieve. Truth is an old person cannot cheat nature, in the first place the bones are weak and the nervous system cannot coordinate properly so also is the brain.
We need vibrant young successful young people in their 40 and 50's to galvanize this country into where we want to be. We need calculated risk takers who know what the challenges are. As they say only a mad man performs the same thing repeatedly and expect a new results. We cannot afford to be recycling old men in their 60's and 70's and expect to play in the global league of economic and technological advancement. Some of these profs are the ones that will be telling you about FORTRAN 4 and COBOL programming languages, they dont even know the world has long moved on behind them.
Tell them that we can build a bridge across the atlantic they will say never it is impossible. Young man you are too ambitious.

We really need to run and catch up with the world and be the true African giant that we are, unfortunately we cannot achieve that with these old 'gagbos' that have contributedly immensely to the grounding of Nigeria. I now one retired general that is in his 80's that have featured in every government ever since I gratuated form school. The wife is in senate the son is in government, haba so governemnt has become their birth right. Let merit, performance and hardwork be the selection criteria of government officials and not godfatherism, but I know if the youths have the physical power and the mental strength its a matter of time. There is a saying in my place, if you takes what belongs to a child with one hand and raise it up so the child cannot reach it. When the hand start aching you, nobody will tell you to drop it down. The pain from the loss of his mother is so much that he is taking it out on Nigeria.
On a good day a bereaved man need time to get over the demise of a loved one talk less of a mother. Be that as it may NFF ought to grant him some days off but due to his patriotic spirit and as a man he shrugged it off and resumed at camp immediately after the burial ceremonies.

if people do not have the heart of stone should they use such harsh words on a man who's just lost his beloved mother. I tell you this generation is full of evil men. People who's only interest is money and self centeredness. The future will definitely tell who's right or wrong.

.......yet we still have more dangerous and corrupt politicians parading themselves as elder statesmen and leaders in this country. What made him a bad man was because he fell out with one president and pardoned by another other than that he would be an undisputed hero. Then if you remain in the good books of the powers that be then your stealing become legitimate as we see in the recent shenanigans going on in the ministerial appointment. Good one. Honestly, I believe President Muhammadu Buhari has the best interest of the country at heart and with time, things will get better. We know the level of expectation is high. It's not as if he met a country that was having it all rosy when he got in. For those praying for his failure, remember you might get the chance to gloat but Buhari's failure will be Nigeria's failure. I believe in God. I Believe in Nigeria. I know that by may 29 2019, Nigeria would be much better than Buhari met it.
Please just try and put Nigeria in your daily prayers. Thanks.
Where these problems not there before he offered himself as the answer to the problems? What type of lameduck excuse will you give if you don't fulfil the campaign promises for which you were voted in From the beginning it was obvious Nigeria was in a hurry to economic growth so no one should put spanner in the works. It's either you can do it and you get on with it or you can't do it and you gerraway than slow everybody down.

Why do the heathens rage....? all I can tell Enyeama is to hold your peace, the Lord shall fight your battle for you. The world have seen you they known you and I know any discernible person will know that yes even if you came late to camp they should have allowed you to talk. everybody has a freedom of speech. Talking is allowed whether taken is another thing.
Power is sweet but wise people know that power should be handled maturely.
Many people had been there before who thought the world belonged to them because of small opportunity my Father in Heaven gave them. They became extremely vindictive and wicked but at the end they were disgraced.
I f you are in power today use it wisely because one day you will leave that power. I'm just talking my own, be careful many have gone.

The failure of our police has fuelled jungle justice. If u hand them over to the police you can be 100% sure they be out one way or the other to deal ruthlessly with those who arrested them.
So in Naija once you are caught in the act be ready to get your instant judgement from the mob, if you survive at least you will forever have something to remind you never again. Even the biible says that you don't suffer a witch to live.
So I'm totally in full support of giving immediate and decisive judge net to anybody caught in the act of crime. That's the way we roll here.
Christianity Etc › Re: Before You Judge That Man By His Religion Or Tribe...read This. by opribo(m): 10:59pm On Oct 08, 2015
Thebachelor:
Sometime today I took a bike from Mararaba junction heading to Aso.
We've covered about 40% of the journey when I heard the "click click" sound of a broken chain. The okada guy stopped, inspected the bike and advised me to take another bike as his can't make the rest of the trip.

After a while, one okada guy came along,I waved him down and asked him to take me to my destination.
I informed him that I bargained 100 naira with the first dude so they should negotiate the price.
The first dude asked him to take 60naira and give him 40naira since he(new okada guy) will cover most of the distance.

The new okada guy just looked at the broken chain and said something in hausa which neither of us (both of us were Christians and southerners) understood.

But from his gesticulation I deduced he was asking me to give the whole sum to the first okada rider.
I demonstrated to him to be sure of what he meant and he nodded in affirmation. I was puzzled at this act of kindness and generosity especially because it was geared towards a different religion and tribe.
Thereafter, the Hausa, muslim okada rider took me to my destination without charge.

I put this little story up here to make you tribal and religious bigots understand something; Nigeria is not one, that may be true. But the division is not across ethnic or religious lines.
The boundary is between the thieving elites
and the suffering commoners.
That's why an Akpabio will be supporting a Saraki.

So before you throw jabs at that man because of his religion and tribe, understand that he is also a victim of the situation.

#GodBlessNigeria.

Lalasticlala ...help me show this to them, thanks.
Anybody with an open heart can do that. Why the emphasis on Muslim. A Christian or atheist can so it. Just know it well as you rightly said the cultist and ritualist amongst us, those who have sold their souls to the devil are the problem. They are the ones dividing us and killing us everyday.
