RhemaJet7:So Adeboye is God? You folks should stop interpreting the bible to suit your narratives. Nigerians are waking up |
RhemaJet7:You manipulative lots. Honestly, Nigerians need to wake up. This constant emotional blackmail of “don’t question him, he’s a prophet” is not only wrong, it is completely unbiblical. You people keep shouting “touch not my anointed” from Book of Psalms 105:15, but refuse to read the context. That scripture was never written to make any pastor or prophet untouchable. If that was true, why did: Nathan the Prophet confront King David? Paul the Apostle openly correct Peter the Apostle in Epistle to the Galatians 2:11? So being “anointed” has never meant above correction. Let’s go further. The Bible itself says in First Epistle to the Corinthians 14:29 that prophets should be judged. So what exactly are you defending when you say: “Don’t question him, he’s a prophet”? That is not Bible it's systematic manipulation and control. Now the biggest truth is When Jesus died, the veil tore (Gospel of Matthew 27:51). Which means we now have direct access to God. Add that to First Epistle of Peter 2:9 which says we are all a royal priesthood. So please explain why should any human being now position himself as the “only channel” to God? Let’s stop deceiving ourselves. A prophet is a human being. A pastor is a human being. Same God. Same access. The difference is not divinity, it’s knowledge, discipline… and sometimes manipulation which y'all are good at and example of what you posted up there. If you cannot question a man because of his title, if you must fear speaking up, if everything becomes “don’t touch, don’t talk” then you are not following God, you are following a man. Respect leaders, yes. But don’t switch off your brain. God did not tear the veil so you can go and create another one in the name of “man of God”. Wake up. And stop pestering falsehood and twisting the bible to fit y'all gain. |
merrymike47:Like you said in your first comment, you will drop your line in defence of your lord and personal king Adeboye. Hence whatever I have to say, I can say it to you directly there. Please go ahead and drop it |
merrymike47:You think everyone here is a riffraff? Drop your line since you choose to be silly. I know how to treat folks like you. |
AWONEYAN:Because he spoke against your personal lord and saviour Adeboye? The way this pastors Don make theirselves godlike ehnnn I believe you respect him than your parents. |
SocialFinance:Pele sheepie. Keep fighting for your demigods while they enrich their generations unborn. |
Happy birthday man, long life and prosperity. |
seunmsg:Omohhh. To think someone birthed you and you might pass your gene to innocent infants. |
The Nafiu guy will be used and dumped the way Tinubu used and dump that LP ram looking man. |
I really don’t want to believe that Bola Ahmed Tinubu made Amupitan sign a pre-resignation letter. Honestly, I don’t. But with how things have been unfolding in this country in the last 3 months, nothing even sounds impossible again. This is beyond one allegation. A lot of Nigerians are simply losing faith, hope, and trust in this government. The hardship is too much, and the gap between leaders and the people is obvious. Apart from the usual loyalists, sycophants, and low-budget defenders like Reno Omokri, most people are just tired. At this point, Nigerians are no longer just listening they’re observing, connecting dots, and asking questions. Make we no deceive ourselves, trust for this government is at 0. Even yarimo and those other paid sycophants are tired. |
Solofresh2:Muyico wey no fit construct basic English sentences is well read? You failed before you started. |
What a country. Waiting for yarimo and the likes to defend this. |
That's Alex Babir speaking up about the killings of Christians in Northern Nigeria. Now here’s the irony… The same “men of God” who once carried placards and shouted when it suited them I meant when the economy was balanced for the lame man but unbalanced for pastors as no one goes in search of miracles then, likes of Enoch Adeboye, Tunde Bakare, and the rest of the spotlight prophets are suddenly nowhere to be found. Not a word. Not a whisper. Not even a carefully crafted we condemn… But we’ve seen them appear in Cybertrucks and Rolls-Royce, We’ve seen comfort. We’ve seen silence dressed as spirituality. At this point, there’s no middle ground anymore. You’re either against evil, or you’re quietly benefiting while it thrives. Because silence is not neutrality. Silence is alignment. Funny how, when the economy was “manageable,” they found their voices. Protest here, sermon there, pressure everywhere. Now the economy is in shambles… people are bleeding… and suddenly, the pulpit is quiet. Why? Because business is booming. People are desperate. And desperation fills churches faster than truth. The same issues government should fix, people now carry to altars… and the custodians of those altars say nothing about the blood on the ground. No outrage. No urgency. No leadership. Just silence. And silence, in times like this, the silence is passive support of the killings. |
Desmond Elliot could have made a good name for himself but absolute power corrupts absolutely. |
I tried reaching out, it's not connecting. |

SeverusSnape:Police use AK-47 same as most bandits. Find another excuse |
The political landscape in Kano just took a dramatic turn and it may cost Abba Kabir Yusuf dearly. In a surprising chain of events, the governor’s earlier move to align with Bola Ahmed Tinubu and defect to the APC now appears to have backfired. What looked like a strategic alignment may turn out to be a costly miscalculation. While he moved, the real structure didn’t follow. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso the man widely regarded as the political backbone of Kano has now reportedly defected to the ADC, and as expected, key loyalists are moving with him. More telling is the resignation of the deputy governor, who has chosen to align with Kwankwaso, further isolating the governor. This is where many outsiders misunderstand northern politics. It is not primarily party-driven it is loyalty-driven. The average political follower is less concerned about CPC, APC, NNPP, or ADC, and more concerned about who they are following. And in Kano, that “who” has consistently been Kwankwaso. We’ve seen this pattern before from CPC to APC, and now shifting again. The platform changes, but the movement remains tied to the individual. Now, with lawmakers reportedly boycotting official meetings and forming alternative alignments, the signs are becoming clearer: power is shifting, and the governor may be standing alone sooner than expected. The lesson here is simple but brutal In northern Nigeria, you don’t defect alone. If your structure doesn’t move with you, then you didn’t really move anything at all. I trust Tinubu will start calculating alternative moves. It's really a game of chess. |
So now pastors and imams should lead protests? Interesting. The same people who suddenly remember “nation-building” only when their own market was dry. Back when things were relatively stable and church attendance wasn’t driven by desperation, they all carried placard against Jonathan as they weren't fighting for the masses but for the low patronage of their services. You see some of them carrying placards, standing shoulder to shoulder with politicians, speaking like activists. Even big names like Enoch Adeboye, Bakare and the likes had moments where they stepped into that space. But now? Now the economy is in shambles, insecurity is everywhere, and fear is at an all-time high… yet the pulpits are louder than the streets. Why? Because this is peak season. When people are confused, broke, and scared, the “spiritual solution” market booms. Why would anyone abandon a thriving business model to go and start protesting? We’re now seeing pastors pull up in Cybertrucks, living proof that Silicon Valley has fully merged with Mount Zion. The gospel is no longer just being preached it’s being monetized at premium rates. You expect them to leave that and start organizing protests? When their turnovers are in billions (Tax free). Let’s be honest when patronage was low, activism was convenient. Now that the returns are high, silence is strategic. So no, don’t hold your breath waiting for mass protests led from the pulpit or the minbar. Right now, the system is working perfectly for those at the top. Pain below, profit above. |
We said they left PDP for Wike, una say Na lie. PDP is not even considered a party again by other politicians. After Tinubus regime, I know Wike won't be accepted to APC and he will become powerless as the federal might will be taken away. I genuinely wonder what becomes of him politically. |
Yarimo Helinues Richtaiwo Salewa97 Muyico Burop Freestuffng Trutharena |
Plant it at your backyard. Na so helinues and yarimo go talk. |
brain54:Consistent? Let’s not play with words. By the fact that and you know this he had federal might to toy with the party however he liked, and even judicial backing to turn the party into a laughingstock, then comes out to call it ‘consistency’? That’s wild. You don’t hold a whole party hostage, bend structures to your personal will, flirt with the opposition, and then expect applause for being ‘consistent.’ That’s not loyalty, that’s power abuse wrapped in political packaging. People didn’t leave because they weren’t consistent they left because they refused to be part of a system being manipulated in broad daylight. Call it what it is: not consistency, but political fraud with influence. |
Kingozymandias:What sense does this make..... Mr CEO. I hope you're working in Aso rock. |
Ballmer:Beer parlour gist. Show workings. |
ryloy:Bello Turji is young, he's an APC member. Shekau used to be Yarimo is young, he's one You're young, you're one. That dude openly talking about killing lots of folks is one, and he's pretty young. Sunday igboho is young, he's one. So you're correct. All the young members have a similarity. |
Jakarta:As In.... I had to check my sister last month. She put a sticker in her car that reads God of so so so (won't mention) is my protector. I told her even your pastor dey use police escort. |
Ride on pastor. Truly, this is your season. The pastoral market in Nigeria is booming like never before and let’s be honest, it’s not slowing down anytime soon. The tougher the economy gets, the more people run to churches for “succour,” and somehow, everything still ends up being labeled spiritual. Fuel price goes up.....spiritual. Job loss.....forces from your mother's family Trailer misses brake on those deadly hills in Aramoko Ekiti..... spiritual attack. Meanwhile, if you actually know that road, you’ll understand that physics and bad infrastructure are working overtime there. Sharp bends, steep hills, tired drivers… but no, let’s bind and cast. And in the middle of all this, some pastors are cashing out like it’s peak season. Now we even have pastors pulling up in Cybertrucks to Uniport. Innovation meets revelation. Silicon Valley meets Mount Zion. At this point, the gospel is not just being preached it’s being test-driven. Dear pastors in that category, ride on. Nigerians’ prosperity now seems directly tied to how bad the economy gets. The worse things become, the more people give hoping for a miracle bailout. And you? Just keep flexing atleast the bible said a fool will be pathed from is money. Truly, it’s a well-structured system. Pain below, profit above. Ride on pastor… it’s your time. |
