Please I recently created this account to avoid people knowing me as I am an active member.

Now I met a handsome young man through a professional group chat. One time I posted a message on the group, he went to check my dp and sent me a message afterwards. He is in his 30s and I'm in my 20s He asked me if I was married, I said no. I asked the same question he said no, and then he started to show so much interest in me. He went straight to the point about wanting something serious and wanting to know me better. We chatted for some days exchanged pictures and then I proposed we meet in person. Like joke, in less than a week of chatting the guy is coming to my city to see me.

I'm now beginning to realise that maybe this guy is not joking. Because of how serious he is, I am beginning to like him. I didn't read any meaning to our conversations when it initially started but now, it is like I'm falling head over heels for him. I'm trying to restrain not to show him that I like him too much so that he will not come and take me for granted. I am not being difficult but I'm just being cautious. But the problem now is that it is getting harder and harder to restrain myself by the day. Please I need advise on how not to show this guy that I like him too much.

PS: Please nobody should insult me. Just advice me. Thanks.

During the Benue vs herdsmen crises around 2018/2019 I remember how the yorubas mocked us and called those of us that complain of the blood shed as ipob.
All because they were expecting Tinubu or Osibanjo to be president in 2023.

Truly, God never sleeps. Karma has visited the south west. The yorubas closed their eyes in the face of injustice and blood shed just to become president.

Online ethnic bashing between these 2 tribes has been hot lately. On Nairaland for example, you see Igbo people creating multiple thread to bash Yorubas, Tinubu, Sunday Igboho e.t.c Yoruba counterparts attack N.Kanu, Wike, e.t.c.

The question is, do these tribes really hate each other? In reality, I have still not seen the hate. Yorubas and Igbo have been living together without clash for years uncountable. You hear of Yoruba vs hausa fight in ibadan, Lagos, Ile-Ife. Has anyone seen Yoruba vs Igbo fight. Igbos are everywhere in Lagos in millions, you hardly notice they are their. They are disturbing no one.

They share house together..tenant/landlord relationship. They inter-marry. Run businesses together.

So where is the online hate coming from? I still don't understand. Most of my colleagues are Igbos. I have never seen any sign of tribalism in them. They are always fair to me.

Don't judge a whole tribe simply because of individual opinion. Note that politicians laid tribalism foundation in this trap called country for their selfish interest. Now ask yourself, what is the population of politicians and their agents, and what is the population of neutral Nigerians.

Beware Nigerians. This is the time to know and understand the true identity of those who cause tribalism on here, they are paid agents, they are neither from east or west, some are not Nigerian. They have more than twenty monikers, they would create tribal related topics and make tribal comments with different monikers to cause chaos between southerners.
