He also wants damages to compensate for distress and wants her to reveal the name of the other man.
The man says the boy should be told who his father is.


His estranged wife is against such a move. Detail of the case emerged on Tuesday in a ruling published by a judge who analysed evidence during the latest round of litigation.

Mr Justice Cohen analysed arguments relating to whether the woman should be ordered to reveal the name of the boy's father, at a recent private hearing in the Family Division of the High Court in London

A medical doctor is being called out on social media after she stripped down to her underwear to gain attention.

Pope Francis has changed the Lord's Prayer subsequent to scrutinizing the English interpretation for suggesting that God - not Satan - drives individuals into allurement.

Nigerian music star, Falz in a recent interview with Silverbird Television has revealed why he stopped going to church.
The rapper and singer said he is not an atheist and that he believes in spirituality over religion while also making it known that he believes in the existence of God.

He said,
“I’m not an atheist. I believe there is a God. But I believe in spirituality over religion. I have nothing against the church or going to church. Everyone has the right to practice the religion they desire. It has been a while that I have been to church. It does not make me less of a Christian.”

A lady identified as Damilola is currently battling for her life after being beaten to Coma by a boy identified as Samuel, on her birthday at a hotel in Lagos. According to reports, Damilola and her friends had gone to Lavalon Hotels, Ajah, to celebrate her birthday, when she decided to take some pictures.

While this was on, Samuel’s girlfriend, Mama Gold, started mocking her through the window of the room she was lodged, making the celebrant to approach her to ask why since they’ve never met before.

However, Samuel stepped in to defend his girlfriend and started assaulting Damilola and her sister. At a point, he landed a heavy blow on her head and she passed out immediately.

The lover boy was later apprehended and handed over to the police, but he allegedly bribed them and he is now back on the streets, while Damilola remains in critical condition in the hospital.

Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale pulled off one of the biggest surprises of his life when he went down his knees to propose to his longtime girlfriend Shatta Michy.

During the launch of his third album, ‘Reign’ at the Fantasy Dome at the Trade Fair Centre Saturday night, the controversial dancehall act paused during his performance and did the unexpected.



In front of the over 10,000-packed venue and their two kids – including their son, Majesty – Shatta Wale called out the name of the mother of his son and proposed to her. After performing their joint song, ‘Low Tempo’ together, Shatta Wale paused in the middle of the performance for a few seconds to interact with their fans.

“Shatta Michy,” he called her name, went down on one knee, proposed to her, and stood up to put a ring on his baby mama’s finger.

A visibly surprised Shatta Michy was simply lost for words during the entire process. She just opened her mouth in awe.

The Federal High Court, Abuja, yesterday, ordered that court processes be served on the former governor of Edo State, Adams Oshiomole, over alleged financial fraud while in office.

Justice Anwuli Chikere, gave the order while ruling on the exparte application brought before the court by Bishop Osadolor Ochei.
The application is seeking an order of mandamus to compel Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), to arrest and commence criminal proceedings against Oshiomole for allegedly diverting state funds into personal use.

Justice Chikere, while ordering that the EFCC be served also with the same court process, stressed that the service be done within five days from October 9, when the order was made.

The ex-parte, with suit No FHC/ABJ/CS/628/ 2018, and filed by
Dr.West Idahosa on behalf of the plaintiff has Oshiomole and EFCC as 1st and 2nd respondents

Outgoing Ekiti governor Ayo Fayose has regretted the failure of Sokoto Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, to emerge as the PDP presidential candidate at the party’s national convention held in Port Harcourt on Saturday.

Fayose, in a statement on Monday in Ado Ekiti, said that he supported his Rivers counterpart, Nyesom Wike, to ensure the emergence of Tambuwal.

The former Vice President Abubakar Atiku picked the PDP ticket for the presidential race after scoring 1,532 votes to floor Tambuwal who got 693 votes.

Fayose, while reacting to the outcome of the primary election, said that he was reconsidering his membership of the PDP because of Tambuwal’s loss.
