This is backyard judgment. A party that failed that did not submit a list of members will not be certified by INEC to contest.
Why did INEC go against its rules to certify LP candidates to contest?
Is LP a new party in Nigeria that needs to be profiled by INEC?
Moreover, when INEC released the candidates of the parties. It was stated that the candidates have certified the Constitution requirements to contest the election.

Buhari shouldn't wait till May 29th to hand over to the other guy widely regarded as Pablo Escobar of Africa after which the real president that Nigerians voted for is reinstated as the authentic winner of the Feb Presidential election by the supreme court of Nigeria .
