By the way Sis, you went MIA on the weight loss / weight gain TTC Thread, hope you're still on the healthy eating and weight loss part. Anyways, By discharge I guess you mean creamy/lotion or pap like discharge. To me it just means that you're probably not producing enough Fertile cervical mucus. All you need to do is to take stuff to boost your EWCM production. Lemon / ACV Detox will also be beneficial.

Below are the things to increase EWCM and Veejay wetness.

Natural things / Alternative Methods:

1. Grapefruit Juice squeezed inside warm water. Drink the mixture and drink lots of
water during the day

2. Eat Cucumber and drink lots of water during the day (I've tested and it works)

3. Insert the Egg White of fresh and pasteurized chicken eggs like 30mins before BD.
Some ttc women swear by this to have helped them conceive. The Egg white part of a
chicken Egg is like the female Fertile mucus. but you must ensure is fresh and
pasteurized Egg to avoid infection. You can pasteurize Egg yourself by dipping a few
secs in boiling water. Please Google and read this method up if you intend to do it. I've
only tried it once, didn't get any infection.

4. Mix Lime Juice, 1 Egg into Lipton Tea and drink. This was shared on the thread and
confirmed by another Mama. This has reminded me to try it out. Will do so tomorrow,
I need to buy Lime. Note that lime is controversial in ttc so my advice will be to do only in Fertile window and stop after Ovulation. You can however take Lemon water all through your cycle.

5. Baking Soda Finger: Wash hands very well, dry off. Wet tip of finger and dip in Baking Soda/Bicarbonate of Soda (Not Baking Powder) insert into veejay once. Do this in Fertile window, 30-45mins before BD. It will make more CM for you, make your CM alkaline and very conducive for the swimmers to thrive and swim

Orthodox Ways

1. Take Evening Primrose Oil Capsules before Ovulation and stop immediately after
Ovulation. It can affect implantation or even cause early miscarriage if taken after
ovulation. Drink lots of water throughout the day.

2. Omega 3 ,6 & 9 (there's a Capsules that combines the 3 in one) take throughout
your cycle to balance tour hormones and increase mucus especially Fertile mucus. Drink
lots of water throughout the day. This is what my Dr currently recommended for me.

3. Use Preseed lubricant which mimics the Fertile cervical mucus and is safe and helps
the swimmers go up there and stay alive for ttc couples (if you decide on this, use half
the recommended quantity otherwise you'll be so wet and it will be so slippery that
your DH might not enjoy it.

Ok. Hope you're feeling better now. Size 14 is not bad but can be great if you can become a comfortable Size 12. Using dress sizes is a better guage than scales although sometimes the scale does catch up with the dress size.

Low Carb Snacks:

1. Low Sugar Fruits and Vegetables in moderation: Pears, Apple, Watermelon, Oranges (1-2), Plum, Cucumber, Garden Egg, Avocado Pear, African Star Fruit (Agbalumo, Udala)

2. Grind Quaker Oat and use to make Pancakes, Meatpie, Chin Chin and what have you, just use your imagination to create stuff with it and go easy on oil too. For your chin chin, instead of deep frying, bake it. Don't sweeten with Sugar please. Use artificial sweetener. Stevia is the best although more expensive but very much worth it. But you need to eat in moderation because Oats have high carbs just not as much as the regular Flour.

3. You can buy and keep dry Tiger nuts ( Aya, Ofio, Aki Awusa) very handy. What I used to do then was to buy in a big quantity, wash with salt, rinse out the salt, air out to dry and then store and consume as the appetite leads. Am always wary of eating it straight from the way the Mallams tie it.

4. Protein : Boiled Eggs, Fish, Meat (Beef Jerky - Kilishi), Prawns.

5. Pankara : Pan Fried Akara. This is made using the regular akara mixture but instead of deep frying, you use this non stick frying pan, glace the bottom with oil and pan fry the akara. It takes just as nice.

5. Nuts : Peanuts ( Just a tiny handful in a day), Walnut, Almonds.

6. Sugar Free Gum, Sugar Free drinks. You must take only when necessary because artificial sweeteners are not so good and will most likely awaken your sweet tooth and keep sugar cravings alive.

7. Fat Bombs : You can use butter, flavouring like Cinnamon, Vanilla or Nutmeg to make fat bombs that will be just like soft candy/chocolate. You can even use these plus eggs to make low carb ice cream. You can check Google for Fat Bomb and Low Carb ice cream recipes. But like I said earlier, watch out on the artificial sweetener. It all adds up.

8. Unsweetened Yoghurt if you can find it and stomach the sour kinda taste. It takes getting used to but once you do, you'll begin to enjoy it. That's what happened with me. I was able to find a good one in the Fridge of a Supermarket near me.

Above all, learn to read ingredients label and nutritional information for Calorie content and Carbohydrates content in whatever packaged food you you want to it although my advise will be to stay away from packaged foods. Plenty hidden sugars and additives.

It could be Ovulation pain since its CD 14. Any other signs like feeling extra warm?. Abeg BD just in case. You can try aerobic dancing at home and taking evening walks too. Meanwhile don't fall into temptation of munching things out of boredom, try to eat healthy and in good portions. If you must munch/snack, make it a healthy low carb one.

What's your height and what dress size do you wear? just wondering because of your weight.

This are top notch grade A schools in ibadan... If you get a shot with them, I would advise you give it your best shot and make sure you impress... From a reliable source I was told grade A schools like this in ibadan pay between the range of 50-90 depending on your bargaining prowess and years of experience. Wish you the very best of luck !!!

Wit endurance n dedication, Its fun n u see results after js 2 days, js giv it a try n include portion control. Exercise is d best weightloss cos it touches every part of ur body especially ur heart which doesn't need overworking because of too much body weight.

You don't need to register in a gym. You can just buy a Fitness DVD and use that whenever there's light. My advice for DVD for a beginner is Leslie Sansones Walk at Home Series. She's also on you tube. Other gym equipments that are not too expensive and can fit into a small home is a Mini Stepper and a Skipping Rope. You can also do Jumping Jacks (Jumping up & Down while raising your hands simultaneously).You can also do "Aside, together, Up & Down" Jumping that is done in primary school Physical Education classes. Brisk/Fast walking also helps a lot. You can also dance to music. I love dancing to Godwin by Korede Bello. Just set your watch to 30mins or 45mins

Also cut out refined sugar and flour, reduce the Carbohydrates you eat and drink lots of water during the day. The weight will start dropping off gradually. It's not easy but it's doable. Your BMI at 75kg is 28.4 which is Overweight and at 80kg is 30.3 which is Moderately Obese. You need to weigh at least 66kg to fall into the healthy weight range.

I know it's easier said than done, but just try and if you fail at any point don't kill yourself on it just pick up and start again.

Yes, it defiles textbook definition of a graafian follicle.

No, records have documented sizes like that with no risks attached. I wouldn't qualify it as a cyst, till after it fails to rupture.

I think high level hormones or drugs are at play here.

Sis don't say that now and don't be annoyed. @ Sugah answered you yesterday and I agree with her that's why I didn't comment further. I believe it's possible that's why other Mamas also passed cos you've been provided an answer.

Your Uterus is normal size. Am not clear on what you posted for the endometrium (Uterine Lining).The right follicle measuring 50mm is already overgrown (too big) and could be considered a functional cyst that will resolve on its own most likely. If left ovarian follicle is 1.7 then it's way too small to result in Ovulation but if it's 17mm then it's likely you'll ovulate from the left soon as it's a mature follicle. You can maybe start trying other ways of monitoring Ovulation like checking your CM and charting your temperature also paying attention to other signs like hot temps, flu like feeling, Ovulation pain from the left or right side to guide you. Also try to avoid stress (mental and physical), get adequate sleep and rest as these affect Ovulation as well.

Your result isnt quite clear.
Right follicle is 50mm (mature follicle size from 18-30mm). Its outgrown its maturity and would be referred to a cyst.
Left follicle not sure what you wrote. If its 17mm, then there's a chance of ovulation occurring soon.
