Jonathan took his action based on the recommendations of NJC. Buhari is doing his own based on the recommendations of his party who believes he might lose the elections, hence the need to have a favorable judge that will tidy things up in their favour.

Nigerian laws re so inconsistent, there is no immunity for chief judge why cant he be tried without NJC input. will NJC listen to pettions filled against its chairman. So chief judge admitting to perjury should be left off the hook because a useless judiciary body was not notified .federal govt should dig deeper the pdp judge has more skeletons in his cupboard .his bromance with opposition party chieftains is unacceptable.
