This would not stand anywhere... Buhari is just creating a constitutional crisis. The removal of CJN is stated in the constitution. Suspending Ononghen and appointing Tanko immediately is fishy, and it wouldn't stand anywhere.

Balogun fulani should approach the court if he has a case against Apc. The NWC led by oshomole disbanded his exco in line with the party constitution.
If balogun think otherwise he should file a suit challenging the NWC , Just like kashamu did against pdp Nwc in ogun state and he won the case in court.
Only a court order can make inec change list of apc candidates.

1.Through the NJC

2.Through 2/3 of the senate.

No court has the power to remove the CJN.Ditto the president.

federal govt will drag him till his white rob is soiled in mud. He will be left with little or no integrity after Fg is done with him. The njc will be left with no option that to shop for replacement after the shame will be unbearable for his position as the custodian of the law.
