Lastbornbuns: You've been receiving sound advice but seems like you want to do what's on your mind. Not only your money, you risk being banned from USA. How can you say Vesti helped you with job offer? What's the job? Do your skills match? Why would an employer hire you and pay all the fees involved in H1B for you? These are questions you need to ask yourself and be honest with yourself.
Regardless, H1B visa costs do not reach 7k usd even for the employer. Do your due diligence, not just by asking people's opinions, but by checking the official US Web pages for h1b applicants If you check the beginning of this trend.... the point is, if anyone has use Vesti Technologies Inc before as an immigration consultant people opinion will surely not be dsame. Anyways thank you ur time. |

welf99: Ask Vesti for a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action. If you have it already then it's legit. I have it with me. |

Gerrard59: You don't need an agent to file or process H1B for you. What you need is a job from a company which does the filing and processing, including payment. The employee does not pay anything. Vesti started the whole process from the lottery stage till getting the notice of selection. |

Good day, What if its family package, F1 and F2 with a kid, will it be advisable to say we will be staying in campus? Please what can be the answer if V.O ask Where did u plan to stay in US? Please any idea. ThisGuy2020: Good day.
For ALL student visas, the address where you'll be staying in the US is your school's address, even if you plan on getting an apartment eventually.
Abeg, no use your hand do yourself lol |

Thanks brother for ur time spent really grateful, God bless. Bt what if I go ahead with the hardware technician because the job functions is most likely the same with our technology unit, which that was the unit I started with bfore am transferred to tellering point. bellong: At the moment, there is no occupation I can think of. Generally, banking occupation is not in significant need except specialist financial skills at the top level. |

bellong: Thanks boss for ur response. Please with my qualification (computer science) and work experience ( teller in a bank) which skill can I go for d assessment? Please assist me.
No, you cannot assess for hardware technician because you don't have the experience. You need both qualification and experience for a positive assessment. |
