What's the job? Do your skills match? Why would an employer hire you and pay all the fees involved in H1B for you? These are questions you need to ask yourself and be honest with yourself.

Regardless, H1B visa costs do not reach 7k usd even for the employer. Do your due diligence, not just by asking people's opinions, but by checking the official US Web pages for h1b applicants

Ask Vesti for a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action. If you have it already then it's legit.

You don't need an agent to file or process H1B for you. What you need is a job from a company which does the filing and processing, including payment. The employee does not pay anything.

I got admitted into PhD programs with HND. There are several Unis that will accept HND into Msc direct. Some will ask for credential evaluation and you can use WES.

God used my baby for me as the guard gave nursing mothers chance to be interviewed first when he saw my wife breastfeeding him. So we were among the first set called in. I was the first to be interviewed by the white lady.
Please, go early and try to be interviewed first if possible. Our slot is 8:00am

VO: your company is at university of Ibadan? (she must have seen that on my ds160) I noticed she was checking my ds160 and I was actually very detailed when filling it. Please, fill your ds 160 form properly.

Me: Yes, in university of Ibadan

VO: what are your job duties
Me: I am in charge of servicing of motor vehicle engines, ordering of vehicle parts from manufacturers and.... She cuts in

VO: what will this masters degree do for you
Me: (this was where I knew I goofed at first as everything I rehearsed flew away maybe because I was nervous). I will come back to Nigeria to establish my engineering consulting firm and take a better role at my place of work.
VO: Is it a thesis course
Me: No, it's a professional course for practicing engineers

No, you cannot assess for hardware technician because you don't have the experience. You need both qualification and experience for a positive assessment.
