Once you are converted to an Executive Trainee(ET), your annual gross payment becomes N2,796,000 but you receive N178K every month excluding your housing allowance at the begining of the year which is N245k.

I was becoming too comfortable in the Bank without growth actually. I never wanted to stay more than 3 yrs in the Bank since many pple easily get carried away while there.
