lawrence83:apparently he's been doing a countdown. lets hope that by the time he reaches 0 and nothing has happened he won't have to start counting.... -1, -2, -3 |
Tetragramaton:Its been 17 months since submission of applications ended in Nov 2016. that's not nearly three years. check the date of the final interviews and check today's date. still four months. |
makonko:na me organise recruitment? na my papa get snapnet? I resemble HR staff for DPR? See, when they call you eh, protest and say they took too long. that you weee not take it! that you're not happy with them. |
Tetragramaton:Maybe you wrote your test and had your interview in 2016 and you're tired of waiting. That would be understandable. Our own interview on the other hand was just four months ago. |
hammer2010:Super eagles training? Abi super Falcons. |
Nothing wey we no go hear for this thread. In real life, a rational person can't go into a fully packed stadium and scream "bomb" where there's no proof of one, and then say sorry after the stampede. Even if it's a classroom with only ten people in it, they'd think it over properly before doing such. The internet is what it is. |
Seems the era of motivational speeches did not last long. Speculators are back. Team hopeful vs team hopeless tinz. I dey hail oh. Me na hopeful I dey sha. No be crime. Team hopeless dem nko? No be crime. |

The era of speculation is fading, and leading to the era of motivational speaking. Out of the two, I...personally, like speculation less... It is well. It's not as if the wait so far is longer that between application submission and the test, or the test and the interview. |
Desric:Everlasting credit alert too. Whether from DPR or somewhere else. Amen. |
Heart attack this early morning. Father Lord. From APC, APO, PDP, EFCC, now to this. Opinions are like buttholes sha, everyone has one. Let me kuku exercise mine. *pulls down trouser* Well, as we can see in the picture above, they are all male, meaning that the subsequent GT intakes are going to be all female. A reliable source said that there are now too many guys in DPR. Who get tissue abeg? *pulls up trouser in slow motion and exits thread* |
WorldChanger7:Hi. Have you paid your annual speculator membership fee? There's a training coming up next week on how to write long paragraphs without saying anything really meaningful. You'll fit right in. |

qhuadry:Perhaps I should have typed something longer to show I meant no harm. Apart from the fact that he was just sharing an opinion, he was giving us all free advice, which I decided to react to. That's my choice. Plus, his message made me sad. It is well. Sometimes nerves get the better of us. |
acmilan1:You sound more depressed than realistic. Take it easy, it is well. |
hammer2010:Bros na so o. If you see the kain analysis and wey application portal open and application portal closed issue been cause back then. Team APC and Team APO been use debate cut our heart finish. Wait sef... As fate would have it, you were the very very first person to make a joke of being called on phone. Now the party don start. New monikers everywhere. We go dance tire. Make God help person. |
The university of savagery keeps bringing out new people everyday. You won't even know when you applied, you just wake up one day and realise you've graduated. That you don't have time for nonsense. |
qhuadry:Yes I believe/hope Snapnet and DPR are aware. Because what's there now is a different format from what it used to be. Now you can actually choose your LGA of origin. Give it a try. |
Thanks guys. I've updated my L.G.A. My interview was one of the first days. Maybe the drop down menu wasn't available as at then because I remember checking. I hope I'm still safe sha. It is well. God dey. |
Hi people. Did we indicate our local government of origin while applying? I'm not sure. The one on the portal is linked to residential address. And they didn't take copies of our state of origin identification letters either. |
For every post I read that discourages me, there turns out to be another post i read that encourages me. Fair enough. Whether we are speaking out of truth, or out of hope, or just speculating like we bloody love to do, may it be well for us. God dey.Shout-out to that hammer bros for his crazy humor. |
I'm tired of replaying my interview in my head. GT applicant. Lagos. I was asked about 15 questions, of which maybe five were school and work related. They played good cop-bad cop. Actually, they were both serious, but one of them was more serious. I was calm. The questions though... One the answers was 'wizkid and davido'. Then another question was about corruption in Nigeria. Plus stuff about my TV and internet habits, buhari's travels, and the usual "any relative in DPR?/any questions for us". I answered all. About twice bad cop asked for a deeper/longer answer to his questions. e.g. the corruption thing. I was probably their first that morning. The observer was just observing and probably grading. May grace speak for us. |
Hi everyone. During the interview one of the panelists sat some distance beside me, instead of opposite me. He avoided eye contact and he didn't say a word throughout. He was probably observing my 'body language'. Did it happen to you guys too? |
I visited the MMM website for the first time three days ago. I can't count the number of disclaimers i saw on the website telling participants that it was not an investment program, and that they could possibly lose everything, while emphasizing the use of 'spare money' only. (what is spare money? any amount of money you feel you can give and not be bothered if you don't get it back?) It's like all those 'terms and conditions' they ask us to read when we want to do stuff online. Most times we just skip it and click 'yes', finish. Now that the scheme is back, it is very possible that people being owed lower amounts are being paid. I don't doubt that. We shouldn't be quick to call people liars when they say they have been paid. These amounts we're seeing in the screenshots on this thread are quite little in the grand scheme of things. Anyone who has N500,000 stuck in there however, may not be so quick to defend MMM as many of the people here are doing. The same goes for someone I know who put a million. But I think this MMM issue has been overflogged on nairaland already. We need to see other things. I would have preferred a single thread running into tens or hundreds of pages, (like those of job recruitments, where everybody can gist and get tired) rather than a new thread on the same matter every hour or two. |

I don't usually do this, and I'm not an english teacher. But em, Mr OP it seems there is a 'gbagaun' in the title of your topic |
