Since Friday I was debited by a register (lcn) while trying to get a domain name, but the name is still available whenever I check. And I haven't been refunded either.

Pls what could be wrong?

same thing happened to me few months ago , which requested for refund, anyway I was refunded but was not happy because I lost the name.


After that, I stopped using their service. They're not serious.
