When ever is see a name on ED that is available and I search for it on namecheap, it shows the "X" sign on the left (which i guess means the name is not available) but when I search for that same name on dynadot, it shows me it's available.. Was trying to add a domain to afternic yesterday when I noticed a domain was in pending sale/hold then end of the day it drop

Reasons I picked

I honestly have no idea before I pick misspellings like this I like to make sure eembrace,embbrace,embrrace,embraace,embracce, and embracee are in use .....but this ones are some are even deleted and some for sale.....I guess I pick cause it's beautiful or something...even embrace,com is still for sale..and it's not even an old reg first reg was 2017 .. red flags everywhere I for no pick am now ..... Not sure why I submitted to sh but it was rejected which is understandable.....
Don't have much misspellings in my account tho dropped things like maachine and other nonsense don't even understand why I reg those

I don delete all my premium domains for sh after i reach 70+ in April wanted to reach 100 so I can see their sales report ....but gave up and I didn't like the whole stress of telling them to delist my domains when they expire so they won't penalize my account for nothing.......plus I wanted to drop almost all the premium domains...they are not premium at all!!! Ugly things I regged lol....

My portfolio is now down to 150+ and still dropping from the 430+ I reg last year waste of money...am not even trying to wholesale or anything don't have the strength just watching them die one by one!!!! that's much better......closeouts domain make up about 50% of my total domains now but na only drop reg I have been selling more lol....I rarely visit deleted/pending list whona too dey fight there let the poor breathe

I do not worry much about the renewal fee of these registrars that have higher renewal fee , because I usually do transfer to other registrar example namecheap, dynadot, etc, 2 to 3 months before the expiration of the name.

What I want to know is, if there is any link given to owners of domain after listing it in Dan.com (for example: If I register a domain and later list it in any market place like Dan.com or afternic will they give me any special link as the authentic owner so that when and if I sell the domain then I will transfer the link to the buyer?

its best practice to send the Godaddy buy now link(Savy users wont click on it cos they dont know if its click bait or virus or what have you)

The challenge with asking end user to search is that Godaddy will recommend other variants and TLD to them.

They might end up buying the variant instead of yours.

just curious ,what is different between GoDaddy buy now Link and Dan landing page link ? Also how can one get GoDaddy buy now link for a domain name listed on Dan?

I received an offer for a domain at 300, countered with 600, he didn't reply. After a week I message him to up his offer and add something to it, yet no reply. Then after 2 days again, I asked if he was still interested in the domain for $300. He replied with "yes, how can I pay".
Immediately, I imported lead for $300 at Dan. And as I was typing a message to him that he would receive a mail from Dan(which I later sent), A message landed into my in box from Dan that he had confirmed the offer (this was around 11:00pm Nigerian time).

So I went to bed with the expectation of waking to see payment alert from Dan. The following day, no show.

At 3rd day, I asked Dan what's up? They said the man hasn't paid for the domain.

At 4th day, I mailed the end user, telling him he hasn't purchased the domain. Perhaps he is having some difficulties in going about it or if there any way I could help ,he should tell me.

He replied back with, "Yes please! send me the link to pay please"

I told him that Dan had already send him a message to this effect, he should confirm if he did receive the message.... He didn't reply.

I related his message (his request for payment link) to Dan CS.

Yesterday morning, Dan told me that their account manager had sent the end user the payment link.

Yesterday evening, I informed him about the link forwarded to his mail as he requested. Then I asked him if he did receive the message or not. Yet no reply from him up to this morning.

I am confused about his state of mind.

Why he is ignoring anything that has to do with Dan.

Maybe he wants me to send the Link to him by my self?

And that means 15% off the deal which is too much for me.

I'm thinking of using daaz (which is 10%), then send him the landing page link by myself.

But will bringing in daaz (another escrow) not raise or confirm any suspicion to the end user? ( All this whites could be hypersensitive).

And will it not bring an offense to Dan?


Or perhaps the end user isn't serious?

Pls, what should I do?

What's really your problem bro? I noticed something about you. When you see parties quarrelling and you can't make out the underdog, you avoid that confrontation from afar. But when you see a possible underdog, the reverse is always the case, you go all out guns blazing. And you clamour for peace when seemingly "high ranking members" are on the receiving side.
