I'm not surprised this kind of statement is coming from a former Minister of the Federal Republic, afterall it is the worst of the worst minds that make in into power in Nigeria.

Conduct this experiment: Lagos - Toronto vs. Lagos to Calgary. Same country, but observe the huge price difference. This gentleman does not understand the simple explanation that it is cheaper to fly to a city that serves as a hub to other destinations. Flying into Atlanta or New York is cheaper than flying into say, Sacramento. The reverse is the same because the airline has to factor in the cost of landing somewhere else before leaving for the final destination. Like it or not, Enugu international airport is not a major hub at the moment, and there's no one to say that cannot change in a few years.

This ill-informed charlatans are bent on stoking the coals of ethnic tension to satisfy their desire to rule and further divide an already broken country. To his mentally blindfolded supporters, I offer my heartfelt condolences on the death of common sense.
its like they sell marijuana cheaper at your area, how about Kaduna,is it a hub too?

Thank God he's alive.

Whenever you experience brake failure, don't panic. Just Press and hold the small botton ontop or beside your gear selector(Auto Transmission) then, select neutral. This will reduce the acceleration drastically and provide you enough time to control or manoeuvre to a final stop.

My brake failed more than 10times on the 25/12/18 while traveling tru Umuahia-Okigwe-Abakaliki with my wife n kids, with prayers and this 'trick' we sailed safely.
Good tips but you might not be lucky next time, work on your brakes and maintain your vehicle well. The person that God protects should endeavor to protect himself too.

Where was his heart when he enrolled in a seminary ?
Where was his heart while he was undergoing the rigors of the training for the whole years it lasted?
Where was his heart while he was been ordained?
Where was his heart while his relatiotions, community and the church were running around for his ordination?
Where was his heart when he started the programs that gave home fame n resources as a priest?
Were was his heart when he decided to leave the church without considering its implications on people who looked up to him on matters of faith

Nna, leave heart here...It's a simple case of a man who decided to follow his flesh, his body, his emotions and eros

You might not be correct because no poor family can train someone in the Seminary unless his parish offers them a helping hand. Majority of Rev. Fathers started this journey from secondary school(Seminary Sch), they haven't come of age to make a life decision but their parents made the decision for them. When they are done with secondary school level and get into philosophy it comes like a journey of no return because of the shame it will cause the family even if they realise that priesthood is not their calling. It seem like an abomination to some communities when one drops out of seminary school especially at the level of philosophy and theology.
You actually made a very good point here.

Congratulations beautiful couple, what's important here is he did the honourable thing by resigning from catholic priesthood, my eyes have seen a lot some of these Reverend Fathers I mean some bad ones o if you see what they do with Reverend sister's or even young ladies you will marvel so in other to avoid such shameful act of impunity in the church its better to leave the priesthood and marry, don't lie to yourself when you know you cannot resist women.
why not decide earlier may be during your deaconate stage.

PSG is overated they are just dwarfing the poor clubs in France.
(PSG News)

The columnist Dominique Severac described the result as "an earthquake" and "an industrial accident" for PSG, writing in Le Parisien: "There was the 'remontada' (Barcelona's comeback against PSG) in 2017, there is now the trauma of 2019, confirming the club is cursed."

Severac added that United's winner was a "hellish cruelty, sending the capital club back to its demons, its mental fragility, its unlikely individual mistakes". shocked shocked

Had to go to Ayo Fasuan’s page on Facebook to verify this before sharing. I think we need intelligent, well traveled people like Ayo Fasuan’s contributions on issues in these trying times. Good read! Enjoy!

Tayo Fasuan wrote...✍

"I've wanted to stay away from this Igbo-Yoruba issue again, but I've been seeing some narratives that keep making my blood boils.

And the recent one has to do with how Igbos are 'taking over our lands'. And this is where I lost it.

Look, if you are of the opinion that Igbos are taking over your lands, whatever that means, I want to categorically call you a fool, and I don't care if your feelings are hurt.

I mean what the actual Bleep?!

One, whose lands exactly are they taking over?
The ones you inherited or what?
The ones you left undeveloped or another one?
The ones you sold them at inflated rate or which one?
Abeg shift base!

Instead of complaining about their encroachment, why not develop some balls and go and take over their lands as well?
Why not offer them ludicrous amount of money for a plot of land and see if they won't sell?
Why not leave your families and kin behind and go to a land you know absolutely nobody and settle there? Why not leave your comfort zone that you are not developing and not progressing in and settle down somewhere and grow?

I keep defending my race that we are not cowards, but when I look at this critically, we really are.
We have no mind and balls to settle anywhere else because obviously, everyone is dangerous.
We can't live in the North or the East because everyone except us is dangerous.
I don't want to insult those who have lost lives and properties in intertribal wars in both areas of the country, but we need to peel our eyes back and see properly.

We are just scared.
Yes, scared.
Myself inclusive.

Scared of being adventurous.
Scared of being away from our people. Scared of losing and starting again. Scared of competition.
Scared of everything that other major tribes ain't scared of.

Two years ago, I went to a part of my state that I've never been to before.
I never even knew the place existed. Guess who had the only mini market in that village?
Yeah damn right.
An Igbo boy, not a man.
A boy!
He sells everything they want.
I was amazed.
I spent close to 30 minutes interrogating him.
He was barely 20years old.
Yes, I was scared for him.

And that's how it is in the whole country.
The Igbos remain the only tribe in the country that are never afraid of going to new places to establish.
If they fail in a business, they start another one.
I keep seeing them everyday in my town, trying selling something new every time.
Trying to make it despite the obvious hostility around them.
Most of us who are complaining about them would rather buy from them than the Yorubas.

They keep going to places to create new things, and all we do is beef them.
The first major supermarket in Ado-Ekiti, Okoli, was from an Igbo man.
The current trending one, NAO Supermarket, is owned by an Igbo. The entire bank road of Ado-Ekiti was bought by an Igbo man in the late 80s and 90s, and he has been selling to all the banks in that areas since then.

And what are we busy doing? Shitting in our pants shouting "they are taking over our lands". Hehehehehehehehe!!!
Fada Lawd!
Our entire computer villages are littered with them.
They move out and own shit!
We...?
We just sit our asses down and complain about how the money they use in buying all these are blood and ritual money!
Hehehehehehehehe!!!
Really?!
A Yoruba man calling an Igbo man a ritualist!
Fada Lawd!

Even the Northerners are setting up Shasha markets all around us, and where the heck are we and what are we doing in their own states? Nothing.

Let's grow some balls.
No one will 'eat' us in Igbo lands.
I served in the interiors of Anambra, precisely in Akpo in Aguata Local Government, in a community school inside the bush there.
I trek daily inside that bush for a whole bloody year, and no one ate me or used me for money ritual.
They gave me foods, they offered their daughters to me in marriage. They wanted me to settle among them.
I know those who cried when I was leaving.
I know those of my colleagues that settled there.
I know of many Yorubas that established there and are making it, dammit!
#Sigh

I've never been angry like this in a long while, and now I'm exhausted.

Let's treat each others like humans first. Let's remove this tribal labelling.
Rwandan has done it and is moving forward.
Even Nigerians feel more at home in South Africa, the xenophobic country, more than they would feel with other tribes in Nigeria.

And if we feel all these aren't possible, then let's fucking part ways and establish our own separate kingdoms.
But like my mum said "take away the Igbos and see your community become empty".

Enough said!"

Bros there is generational curses, I hv seen many families suffering different types of those curses.
For example, there is a family that was delivered from the curse of untimely death, they dies before reaching the age of 30 even if you are overseas it must caught up with you.
They were delivered some years ago and now some are in their forties and no more untimely death.
The cause was that their forefather buried a young woman alive and she pronounced a curse before dying as I heard.
Am not condemning your post bcus I don't know the reason why African suffers it most, u can enlighten more on this but I still believe that curses exist in Africa.

Friends has suggested we take him to traditional healers that he may be suffering from the sickness called UMA AFO which cannot be treated in the Orthodox hospital.
Please I need help on what to do if I should take him there or should I continue the Orthodox way.
He's 3 years old and the high fever is still disturbing him and it's affecting his blood percentage from the last diagnosis we went last week.
