[size=18pt]OP, i know how you feel but first i have to know if you encounter any of these. Do you have an ulcer? Do you experience gas and bloating after meals ? How often do you pass stool ? If you experience any of the above then 1, There could be a problem with your digestion . 2, You body might be unable to break down some certain foods. 3, You could have leaky gut. Food particles escape your intestine walls into your blood stream. 4, you could have bacteria overgrowth/bacteria imbalance in your intestines. This means that bad bacteria dominates your intestines. 5, As a result of digestive issues, your body by all means will be toxic. OUTWARD SOLUTIONS. We will first of all deal with the outside. 1, If you do your laundry by yourself, dont add plenty cloths at once. 2, make sure there is enough water in the bucket u use in washing. 3, rinse twice with enough water, to ensure the detergent is all gone . INWARD SOLUTION 1, as said already, drink plenty water 2, you will need probiotics. Its difficult to find in regular pharmacy stores here and if you see them they cost alot. The bacteria in them might even be dead. Most probiotics require refrigeration , but in Nigeria they are kept in warm temp and the bacteria die. If you have someone abroad, they could get it for u. This will introduce good bacteria into your intestine and digestion will get better. 3, you can also look for Lglutamine power or tablets. This will help the healing of your stomach walls that must have been damaged. But first start with the water, do exercise as well to sweat out the toxins. You can eliminate carbonated drinks, alcohol and processed foods. All this add to your toxic condition . You will have to change the clothes you have worn over time. Once that odour is on them its hard to leave. So get new clothes if you can. .[/size] 4 Likes |
