JingoOAU: First, there's no evidence to suggest the schools is situated in Otuoke
Second, in as much you want to try hard and defend the indefensible, assuming the school is in Otuoke, it shows the callous inhumane behaviour of Jonathan towards his immediate environment.
What stops him donating his monthly salaries and allowances in rehabilitating and rebuilding some schools in his Otuoke Kingdom? If he donates or not .. Its his prerogative... How many 5 Naira be u given to begger . Pls stop tarnishing someone else image for nothing only make u a poorer fella |

amzee: Rivers Governor, Chibuike Amaechi@ 50: “Why my father named me Rotimi”

By KIKELOMO IWAJOMO
On Wednesday, 27th May 2015, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Rt. (Hon.) Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi will turn 50. To usher him into the golden-age club, a series of activities have been lined up in his honour. One of the big events is the launch of the book – Dynamics of Change: The Amaechi Years – edited by his former lecturer, Dr. Chidi Amuta, and Dr. Yemi Ogunbiyi. The well-written book was presented on Thursday, 14th May 2015 in Lagos at the Civic Centre.
Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi was born in Ubima, Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State on 27th May, 1965 to late elder Fidelis Amaechi and his loving wife Mrs. Mary Amaechi. The young Chibuike started his educational life at St. Theresa’s Primary school from 1970 to 1976, where he passed his first school leaving certificate, after which he proceeded to Government Secondary School Okolobiri in 1977, finishing and earning his West African School Certificate in 1982. The lure to improve his lot amongst his peers took him to the University of Port Harcourt in 1983, where he graduated with an honours degree in English Studies and Literature in 1987. In a recent interview with City People, Amaechi spoke on his life at 50 and why his father named him Rotimi. According to him, he was named Rotimi because his father wanted him to be a lawyer like late legal icon,Chief FRA Williams, SAN. With honours? Where is the mumu that said he had a 3rd class It's high time we start disciplining folks down here in Nairaland |

tolustx: Well said by the students' representative. What I know however, is that there must be a reason for the action by NYSC and d law school for not admitting dos graduates into dr systems. I believe a close look @ d objectives of the establishment of NOUN shud tell us more. I just think so. So I will ask d guy, ve u guys checked out the reason for d establishment of NOUN and the constitution of d institution?
BTW, I think I read dis in dat essay “It is quite disappointing that, after 4 years of academic grinding, plus hard work in an institution with no equal, where you have obtained the best of knowledge under a properly guided system devoid of any form of examination malpractices, what you get is discrimination from some government establishments. Did I see well? Anyway, I reserve my comment. Well the thing makes me laugh as soon as I saw ur post Just another angry Nigrrian |

gimakon: He shouldn't have done that, just let her be. And let her go, definitely she would remember him for all the good things he did for her maybe sometime in her later life
My case when I tabled it on here I was laughed and booed at, you now see, I'm not the only one in the same situation, ladies get silly every passing day and they infect the young ones with the same attitude. This is a girl I almost laid down my life for. Procurement of university admission, I even saw to that.... I became her worst enemy.
My case, I decided to beg her even when she cheated with some guy and even moved on with him... to forget everything and come back, she come day use me play, I cried all night, cos I was really in love, but I saw the only revenge I owe against her is letting her go and planning my life to be a better man.
She started calling by herself, and using her cousins Facebook to monitor whatever I do on Facebook, I didn't block her from whatsapp, so she sees what I do,but yea... I'm just silent about her. I'm still looking at her. I leave it to God almighty, to judge, his( your friends) actions, werent worth it. Everybody has ways to deal with things in as much as it is legal |

Gamesmart: You are a big fool!
Is it the job of legislators to give a helping hand at an accident, cretin?
Is his vehicle an ambulance, cretin?
You were there?
You know if there was not enough help there already?
You know if he was in a rush?
Since when did charity or help become by force or a duty?
Reason like you? You want me to reason like the kind of fool that would think those in diaspora that don't give them money are evil and wicked, as if it is by force to financially assist you and the people in diaspora are welfare officers?
That is normal to fools like you.
Idiiot! Let the state body responsible do its job. The thing de beats my imagination... ppl way go hardly giv begger money want make the poor man become angel |
