Gajagojo:When Emdee gave an expose about the student Japa syndrome, he was granted an asylum cos of fear of going back to Nigeria. When there is a real risk of harm to life if you go back to your country , you can apply for leave to remain on article 3 human right or an asylum. In this case, the risk to harm is very possible and even stronger with the fact that the guy has absconded to Nigeria. COMMON SENSE. Go back to my previous posts. That I wrote here in UK is not about me trying to prove shiit cos I don't see that as an achievement but you obviously see it as a big deal. I repeat, it is indeed a woman's world HERE IN THE UK. argue with your keypad. Dey try calm down, think outside the box, be open minded to learn to avoid showcasing ignorance on a public forum like this. Enough said. Cheers |
Gajagojo:Asylum on the grounds that going back to Nigeria will be dangerous for her cos the guy or his family and friends may decide to harm her. COMMON SENSE. And to teach me about laws in UK where I legally reside. I only explained the tactics some women use to have their way. In UK it is a woman's word against the man's. A Guy took a lady home from a club for a good time, after the fun the guy had to go to work the next morning and the lady gave a suggestion that she stays behind in the guy's flat whilst he goes go work but the guy insisted that she had to leave. She went to the police to report that the guy took advantage of her drunken state the night before and the guy was arrested. You keep talking about courts and I made it known that even courts are very flawed because many judged cases do not reflect the truth cos judgement is evidence based and someone can set you up and present evidence against you. How is this hard for you to comprehend. |
1Sharon:You are twisting my narrative. I only gave an hypothetical illustration and I believe you know what hypothetical stances are. The bottom line is that I strongly believe the guy was set up and he fell for it. |
1Sharon:Well there is a visa type called child minder visa or oversea domestic worker visa so I believe that your assertion can be contested. In ekwere madu case I guess a similar scenario played out but I guess ekwere madu made it worse. The guy probably knew he was coming to the UK to donate for a payment. The guy's kidney was tested and found to be incompatible and I guess madu now took things for granted and perhaps refuse to pay the guy regardless. Then the guy was advised to report to the police and the rest is history. My hypothetical illustration may be the true trajectory of the story. In this case, the lady probably knew what she was doing. Ladies do it here a lot. They secretly record conversations between themselves and their spouses just to nail them and in most cases, they were the ones to gaslight their husband. The judicial system will always go with evidence and in many cases, the judgement they give is evidence based and not usually the true event. |
nairalanda1:I have written before that you are writing like a toddler. You are myopic and you really need to know how the judicial system works in the UK. Believe it or not, it is a woman's word against the man here in UK and their system is so linient in favour of the women. A friend of mine allowed a lady to come stay with him for a month. He told the lady before hand that he stays alone and as a bachelor, he may decide to touch her and the lady gave a positive body language suffix to say she still came to the guy's house. The guy after 3 nights made a move on her and she said No and she now played the emotional game by telling the guy that she can leave if he wants her to because she won't be able to allow him touch her. The guy felt so betrayed but the lady has played a fast one, and he allowed her to stay on. A week latter it was this lady that called him to come curdle her and he did and felt that the lady has given him a free hand. 3 days latter he tried to touch her and she refused vehemently and she said she was feeling honey at the time she asked the guy to curdle her.. Suffix to say that as long as she wants his touch, it was OK and he has no right to touch her at random. The guy tolerated the madness and the lady eventually left his place after a month. You have no idea how manipulative ladies can be. Now look at the story, they definitely had an agreemnet before the lady came to the UK and then she spinned the entire thing around. Let's ask ourselves... WHY DID SHE CONTINUE TO STAY IN THE GUY'S HOUSE despite being molested repeatedly? Don't get it twisted, I am totally against rape in all ramifications. But this is most likely a case of set up and the guy fell for it. The lady knew her plan and trust me, the UK system will grant her asylum. She won, the guy lost. |
Pure set up. |
1Sharon:She probably set the guy up by faking refusal whilst she recorded the supposedly rape episodes. |
nairalanda1:Calm down. I don't know your age but I may be old enough to be your dad cos I have lived almost 5 decades on earth. Fornication is also a sin so I am not justifying it. I was only explaining to you that adultery is not commited except it involves a married lady. If a man divorces his wife when she did not commit adultery, then in that case, he will be commiting adultery with any other lady he marries, but if he chooses to marry another lady whilst still married to his wife, that is not a sin. Furthermore, as I wrote, polygamy is not a sin. Show me the a scripture that calls polygamy a sin and I will give you 100pounds.
|
nairalanda1:A married man sleeping with a single lady is not adultery but fornication. (forget the English dictionary definition.) Secondly, a man may decide to marry more than one lady. Adultery is not a sin. That was why I wrote that you sounded like a toddler. |
NaijaGoBetter2:I THANK GOD you guys are now thinking outside the box. The victim will have an easy application for leave to remain in the UK. |
nairalanda1:You just wrote like a toddler. |
The story sounds like a set up. I don't trust Nigerian ladies. |
bestfriday:Uncle, ball pythons no get venom. Stop writing wettin you no know. Which one is America spando python? And some people will take you serious. |
madridguy:So you don't know he is paying the subsidy. Subsidy is back bro and even in a bigger way |
Lol! Tinubu mean well for Nigeria and that was why he hijacked the election to become president by force. Unfortunately, he does not have the quality of a leader. He is arrogant and extremely proud, he listens to nobody and he probably thought he can run Nigeria like a cartel. Kofoworola Burknor, ogbeni Rauf have all made this known. How can you foolishly removed subsidy in one swoop and more ridiculous is the fact that there was no where in the speech that he read it. Was it dementia that affected him cos he was against Jonathan removing subsidy in one swoop. But as soon as he got sworn in, he did exactly what he advised Jonathan against in 2012 Now Read Tinubu's very own words to Jonathan in 2012. 11 January, 2012 Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) national leader and former governor of Lagos State, has accused the Jonathan presidency of betraying its social contract with the people by suddenly removing fuel subsidy. He, however, provided a window out of the crisis: if subsidy must be removed at all, it must never be at one fell swoop. Rather it must be on calibrated phrases, on which the promised gains are measured and confirmed before moving to the next phase of removal. “Government must modify the sudden and complete removal of the subsidy. Either we restore the subsidy or use the funds for other social purposes. ,” Asiwaju Tinubu counselled in a special release he captioned, ‘Removal of oil subsidy – President Jonathan breaks social contract with the people’ and which he personally signed. “If we are to use the funds for other programmes, these programmes shall be placed on parallel track with the subsidy. As more of these programmes are ready to go on line, then the subsidy can be lifted in phases” he continued. “In this way, the public is assured government will not lower its total expenditure on their behalf, thus maintaining the spirit central to the social contract.”* But the former governor cautioned the federal government against economic policies that tend to balance the books at the detriment of the people’s welfare. “As there is progressive politics, there is progressive economics. As there is elitist politics, there is elitist economics,” Asiwaju Tinubu explained. “It all depends on what and who in society government would rather favour. The Jonathan tax,” he declared, “represents a new standard in elitism.” But the ACN national leader cautioned the president against being captive to economic orthodoxy and its local purveyors, who always look at the Nigerian economy as nothing until when tied to the apron strings of the conservative orthodoxy. “Because he is slave to wrong-headed economics,” Asiwaju Tinubu said of President Goodluck Jonathan, “the people will become enslaved to greater misery. This crisis will bear his name and will be his legacy. The people now pay a steep tax for voting him into office. The removal of the subsidy is the ‘Jonathan tax’,” he insisted. “The situation shows that ideas count more than personalities. People may occupy office but how that person performs depends on the ideas that occupy his mind Insisting that the subsidy removal was ill-timed he said there must be some conditions precedent before such a step could be taken “First government needs to clean up and throw away the salad of corruption in the NNPC [Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation]. Then, proceed to lay the foundation for a mass transit system in the railways and road network with long term bonds and,” he added, “fully develop the energy sector towards revitalising Nigeria’s economy and easing the burden any subsidy removal may have on the people.” https://pmnewsnigeria.com/2012/01/11/tinubu-jonathan-has-betrayed-the-people/ Iyaloja if you are reading this just know that your father has destroyed Nigeria with his oversabi attitude. I'm sure mummy can not even correct him cos he believes he is all knowing. Your father has destroyed Nigeria by doing exactly what he advised against You are in Aso Rock enjoying and eating quality food and you have the temerity to advise people who are using water melon, cucumber to make stew. Im trying not to use offensive words on you. And for the records, I'm not igbo. Omo yoruba gidi ni mi. The worst part of it all is that the same subsidy he hurriedly removed is now back and bigger cos the FG is still paying subsidy and that is why petrol price has not risen higher than it is presently. This is the consequence of irrational decision making. |
Sapasenator:And when the tummy reduces, you are now faced with loosed hanging belly skin. All die nah die biko. My his soul rest in peace |
ecomalchemistt:Bro even with that, it is not as easy as you think. Trust me, it is not. |
Truthbites:You guys have no idea how big tummy can be shameful. I am even thinking of going for non surgical fat removal. Mine is not even as big as half of his but I don't ever castigate anyone be you a man or woman for opting to reduce belly fat. |
NaijaCelebrity:Still better than the ones we had in 1998 when I served. |
Why do ladies with big backside think they are every man's cup of tea? I find big ass disgusting. |
Remman:You are ignorant. Hillary won trump hands down but for electoral college. It won't be the case this time. |
Righteousness2:Just shush. Bloody hypocrite. Same people against Tinubu for his terrible records are now supporting Trump. BTW why did it take them so long To endorse her? Was Obama thinking of putting his wife forward.? |
She most likely has a mental health issue. |
Chai! Trump is so scared. |
He will still make money but he really tried. |
It is even more expensive here if you do the conversion. It is 5Quid a month. |
FRANCISTOWN:I think it is a waste of time going back and forth with you. I'm an attractive mature man of over 6ft in height and dark in complexion. Just to let you know that I am most lady's cup of tea. But you see, when you mature to a stage you wlll realize that six pack, handsome face is totally inconsequential if you can not meticulously take care of a lady. Enough said. |
Lol! As they say, if you want to know future events, watch the Simpsons. Behold the next president of the unites states and the first female president. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybuqMA946d0?si=1CkPCHHqaFOtYb0D |
CyrusVI:That is the mystery of attraction and love. There are 4 types of people you can never look old to even when others see you as old. 1. Your parents 2. Your siblings. 3. Your secondary school mates. 4. The one you love or your spouse especially when you met at young age. |
Rizzputin:This is why I wrote that broke guys should stay away from having romantic affairs. When you give your woman money in any form, you are not doing it to own her but to show her you care. A lady can still leave you at anytime even after marriage. You must learn to make sacrifices without expecting to buy the loyalty of a lady. This mindset is what distinguishes boys from real men. |
They should give him oil blocks. Obviously NNPC can't supply him the quantity of crude he needs. |
dkidd:If you are not financially and emotionally mature enough to take care of a lady, stay single. All these broke Red pill guys end up lonely and depressed. Women are to be taken care of. Find your level. I don't support a lady having the entitlement mentality but if you can't contribute financially to the life of a lady, you have no right to be in her life. And by the way, I am a man and a member of Red pill association but I am a reasonable redpiller. |
