Proudlyomonna:We don't have problems with common man hustling so far he know who is and his source. We are only concerned about the senseless among you the hustlers and warning you we may make life hell for you. When a Yoruba man lives in Anambra or Ebonyi when he's asked where he stays he will say I'm living in Ibo land, he won't say no man's land. Like he will say Hausa land, if living in the North. But will open their mouth waaaa and call another man's land no mans land. U never see pepper. |
Shattuck:I begin to see you differently after I read your response. You sounded sharp. Let me clarify something pretty quickly. To romance with Yorubas is very simple. The only thing we need is that "you have our back" I used to see Kogi people with distant eyes before, like another Nigerians, but when I traveled there and saw people in Kabba speaking raw Yoruba and also heard Igala tribe has, somehow similar language with Yorubas, anywhere I see Kogi people now, I see them as blood. They always demonstrate they by having our back. That's why nothing can happen to Kogi in the eyes of Yorubas. From day one this igbos have always demonstrated they don't have our back. Evident when Awo called Zik to form allowance and confronted north, evident during MKO, now GRV... We made it clear our choice is Sanwo, this GRV insulted us as a tribe, didn't respect the tradition and kind of love her mom side only. You don't call a Yoruba man Afonja, it's an insult to us as a tribe. He shot himself in the leg. Bring an Edo man that has our back and love us, we will choose him over GRV, that's why I do think sometimes that perhaps that Bini history of Oduduwa maybe true. You need to understand how Yoruba people think. Also, through him, atrocities in east may find way into Lagos, we don't want that, Sanwo is our choice". As your host, we are saying this is our choice you said NO then you turn around, almost all of you and say you would vote against us, and say it is a no man's land. Must you always go against our interest? Mind you, they would mention OBJ, OBJ was never our choice, Falae was. They targeted the one we rejected and voted for him. OBJ did nothing for SW his 8years. The best he could do was to seize Lagos allocation again. We all know the region a president comes from does enjoy at least little development. We can see evidence in Buhari's region now (NW). OBJ didn't even construct the road in front of his home in his town. As much as people could hate Tinubu, we all know Tinubu na werey, all Yoruba know but for what OBJ did alone, denied SW any good thing in his govt, and Tinubu stood up trying and ensuring Lagos was working and became where we could run to then to hustle, an average Yoruba man would prefer him to anybody. That Lagos is all SW had got cos of promiximity to SWestern states and he played key role in making it work. So when I see people shouting tribalism, I know they are not thinking from Yorubas' point of view... This guy gave us Lagos that we are all now proud of, what OBJ couldn't do. This issue of GRV and Igbos now, what happened in Ilorin is what we don't want again. Let them do their business and live in peace like every other tribes do. Don't do anti-tribe agendas, respect our interest that's all we want from you live peacefully with us. Yorubas are not hard people at all, na why some of them dey think we weak. Na them wan turn us to Toxic people. God bless Nigeria God bless Lagos God bless SW God bless Edo God bless Igbos doing their in peace |
Gentew:I'm still saying it that what we see happening in Lagos today is a reflection of what they are saying online and they think they are peppering Yorubas. People do say they are smart, but their utterances don't agree to that. They think all those insults they are throwing around end online? You think all those thugs can't read what you are saying on twitter? Insult them, cursed them, telling the host you have bought all their land and you have turned them to slaves. You would now come out in public after that you want to live like normal person. Is it possible? Let's flip this narrative. Assume this Lagos is southeast, will anybody breathe? Would anyone dare to call Lagos no man's Land? Other tribes in Lagos no dey drag this nonsense na why the attention is always on them. They've explored our weakness too much. They will never try it in Kano despite the population there almost competing with Lagos with many of them there like Lagos. |
Shattuck:See @Shattuck, you don't need this your long epistle to demonstrate an average Edo person to us. My observations from what I've seen online and offline, an average Edo person doesn't like Yorubas. Your sister suddenly hating on Yorubas on the ground of tribalism is a pretense. It's a subconscious thing in you people's mind. Truth is I don't know why. I do see an Edo persons as my cousins, considering the fact that, in a way, we share histories together, evident in use Obas and other language affiliation. But when I relate with them, they don't share similar love. They always have something to counter the Yorubas. I think reason for that is conflict of history and how Yoruba, as a tribe, became more globally recognized than them. Is either they argue about Lagos or Oduduwa is their son and all that. So ur sister's case, I'm not surprised. We've tried to bring you to ourselves, you've rejected us multiple times now we don't care. Choose your side and let Yorubas rest. Yorubas are trbalistic yet most celebrities supporting Obi are from the Yoruba tribe while none from South east supported Jagaban neither Atiku. We are tribalistic, a Fulani man won in Osun state, we are tribalistic, Yoruba youths voted massively for Obi. Obasanjo, Falana, Falz, Afenifere, Vector etc. How well do you want us to prove ourselves again? Did you see the massive displeasure the Igbo declare for any Yoruba man to clinch APC primary election before the election took place. They publicly said they would prefer a Fulani to rule forever than a Yoruba man to have it. It's all on twitter. Isn't that enough for Yorubas to embrace their own, yet the remained logical and liberal. Nonetheless, according to you, Yorubas are evil. It's obvious there nothing we can do to please you anymore. We are tribalistic, YES we are, we agree. We are wicked, YES we agree. The game is on now. Enough of nonsense!!! Declare us tribalistic tribe now, let the game begin... We are not proving anything anymore. |
0m0nnakoda:I'm tired of them, they are half human being, and half intelligent. The only sense they have is to make money, in most cases illegimately. |
ProblemChild1:Fool how much you get for account as an Igbo man? The werey fit never chop today o... Everyday, there would always be one girl or one guy just arriving from east to resume work as a cashier or cleaner in my place of work. Forget false narrative you see online Igbos are doing well. Una dey suffer gan... Try get sense make your future bright. |
waynetee:And den never win presidency o, see bragging on top 2x2 shop and gala business o. Very disgusting people... We go treat them in the language den understand one day. If nobi pity we dey pity them say na dem lose pass for war that year, we for don show them pepper for their running mouth. Very barbaric set of people. |
Akwamkpuruamu:And if you think hawking chargers in the middle of express and managing a small okirika business in one small kiosk is success, you need to check yourself properly. You are fast becoming nuisance to public forums. Remove the baby factory money, drug trafficking money and rituals from Igbo business and let's see what's left of them. For every 1 Igbo man doing well in southwest, 20 others are struggling. Why are you hyping Igbos or nobi these people I dey see everyday, wey I dey always pity and pray for them say make God bless their hustle one day" You are not ashamed yourself. Losers! |
ProblemChild1:You all need to stop all these nonsense. With your mouths you have caused yourself more dangers in this country. I know huge number of Yorubas that stopped supporting PO due to your public demonstration hatred for any Yoruba man to clintch APC ticket during primary. You all said you would like a Northerner to rule forever than it to come to a Yoruba man. You don't say those things in public. Can't you read human psychology? With this nonsense now, if one Lagos state government begins to revoke C.of.O(s) of Igbos in Lagos or refuse to rent market to you now, you will be shouting tribalism again. You would think you are peppering Yorubas, truth is you are only telling me why I should not allow you into my domain or trust you with my stuffs. And for the record, the only place Igbos are doing better than Yorubas is Nairaland, where you can come and poured useless claims igbos are rich without figures and facts. Across the streets of Lagos and other Southwestern states I don't see where igbos are better than Yorubas. |
9gerian:Sincerely, the purported hatred they assume they are getting today is a reflection of energy they give out. Bragging, oppression, public insults. I will put that blame on their parents and leaders. I have a number of them as female friends and all of them won't hesitate to say their daddys/mummys say they shouldn't marry Yoruba man/certain tribe. And huge magnitude of them won't hold back to tell it to your face public forums that they will take your land and dominate you without thinking of what possible reaction of such person could be. That's what you won't see an average Yoruba person do. Telling his/her hosts that "this ur house, I will take it from you. I will send you to exile, I am better than you in your own land. You coward". That's lack of intelligence... I think an average Igbo man doesn't think of consequences or think deeply, perhaps can't read human behavior. Mannerless is a great taboo in Yoruba land and almost every part of the world. They need to work on themselves. |
Roboto11:That boy na werey na... Na becos say we just leave them to dey lavida with us in the spirit of one Nigeria na why he feel say he fit talk rubbish. U fit try that talk for Kaduna or Borno? If u go still get properties the following day. |
Goodmarlian:Ah! ah!! Abi this one parent wan use their eyes weep hin demise? Drop the location, Werey lawon to ni e ni? For this Lagos ![]() |
tegrianonigltd:Look at rat calling horse short guy. I've always known you to be a mediocre but I don't know it has grown to this level. Who is disputing the importance of investors. No wonder Obi looks disorganized. Look at how one of his supporters is reasoning. To win election in this nation, which one is more important: grass root acceptance across all corners of the nation, most especially core north or diasporas that may even forget election is taking place in Nigeria on the election day? |
tegrianonigltd:Oga shut the hell up. He no go win election first before he begins magneting people to invest. Why putting cart before the horse. His primary goal for now is to win election and the only place which determines election as far as Nigeria is concerned is Northern Nigeria not diaspora. Are you daft? If you win election, before handing over, can't you do all these things. We've seen defection from APC to PDP, vice versa. Show me one defection to LP since this campaign? The guy no wise at all and his fans can't see beyond today. This is Nigeria not Anambra. |
DaveDGreat:Clap for yourself. I read your comment more than 2 times, sorry to disappoint you, you made no atom of senses. You look like someone suffering from Meniere's disease, an ignorant person with rocky mind. How many times do you want Tinubu's career and education before politics to be pasted before you before you will shut the hell up? Before I proceed with you, lemme slide this into your blocked ears. It's highly insane to compare Obi with Tinubu. No way on earth would anyone with thinking faculty think of that. The same Obi that has never been a man of his word? Gave his words to APGA, failed them? Deprived Anambrians quality infrastructure, linked with drug controversies, failed to recognize LGA e.t.c Let me educate you a little bit, because you look more like someone with the mentality of "it's our turn for presidency" Tinubu worked for the American companies Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells, and GTE Services Corporation. After returning to Nigeria in 1983, Tinubu joined Mobil Oil Nigeria, and later became an executive of the company. Isn't this enough reason for you to know he was good on his own before joining politics? But I doubt if you can comprehend that. Now let's talk about his political struggles and agitation for return if democracy during Abacha. His political career began in 1992, when he joined the Social Democratic Party where he was a member of the Peoples Front faction led by Shehu Musa Yar'Adua and made up of other politicians such as Umaru Yar'Adua, Atiku Abubakar, Baba Gana Kingibe, Rabiu Kwankwaso e.tc He was elected to the Senate, representing the Lagos West constituency in the short-lived Nigerian Third Republic. After the results of the 12 June 1993 presidential elections were annulled, he became a founding member of the pro-democracy National Democratic Coalition, a group which mobilized support for the restoration of democracy and recognition of Moshood Abiola as winner of the 12 June election. Tell me where Obi was during this time of struggle other than supporting IPOBs. Even in the recent endsars, what were obi's words to show he really cared for the masses? But now he's riding in the sympathy of the endsars, deceiving gullible masses like you and gathering funds from hungry people to fund his campaign. And why are you mentioning Lagos? Point to one state with continuous development in Nigeria since Tinubu if not Lagos State. Compare after Lagos of Tinubu to after Anambra of Obi, then we can talk. Pen down today's date, Obi will come distant 4th. All variables are against him. |
Focusmind:The guy lacks tactics, it makes me wonder how he won Anambra governorship election. Well, it's just small Anambra sha. |
tegrianonigltd:Do you have proofs of the nonsense you just pasted up here? Where exactly did you build (With your rituals and drug money)? Builder of the world, but your own home is another name for slum. Aren't u ashamed? |
DaveDGreat:The guy actually has a working brain more than you. He's proven he can't be bought by just cheap talks by politician. You mentioned Tinubu's source of wealth. How is that supposed to be your concerned? How did Obi make his millions in dollars? A third class philosophy graduate suddenly became millionaire in dollars and you are here blabbing rubbish like a goat. Can he confidently walk us through how he made his first one million naira to millions in dollars? If he can't do that, your argument is null and void. Thief gathering money from hungry Nigerians to fund his campaign. |
A non-virgin person clamouring no sex till marriage na mumu. Truth is 9 out 10 times, e no dey work. |
Amalekki:Comedian ![]() Ijebu kwenu!!! Make then reduce their love for money small. |
Soon another news will pop up where they will be bragging they are the richest in Nigeria. After drug trafficking, baby factory, rituals; they will sum it all up and put in a business. One of them will now come online that he's richer than Joe Biden in his own country (like who does that? You go person country go brag say u get money pass him). Another one on one Monday morning will say all the shops in Lagos and South South belongs to his brothers. #anythingformoney, tueh! ![]() God will give you your Biafra one day, you can go and show the rest of south south who you really are. Yorubas na their problem. If no be mumu we call hospitality too. Our eyes are getting opened now anyways. |
Men encourage ladies to open up and tell their feelings to guys, but the same men, 9 out of 10 times, reject to date them. |
It will be very hard for someone like me to marry a lady in her 30s o. 32, 33, 35 years? Like how? That's a fat NO for me and I believe 7 out of 10 men, if not more wouldn't like to do that if they have options to go for younger age. At 30+ age as a woman, a lot is going through your potential suitor's head already. 1. What did she use her 20s to do? 2. How many exes, boyfriends, abortions, pills etc (We know this factor is not age based, but we will agree the more the age climbs up, the higher the chances are) 3. She's just few years behind old age. 35 + 15 more years, that's huge age already 4. At 30+ you are probably having big belly already. 6 out of 10 men aren't gonna settle for that either 5. "Chances are she has jumped from men to men" All these maybe wrong, but I'm telling you as a man, all these factors will run through men's mind. Reverse of it is, supposed we met when you were 24, 25, 26 then dated all along till you clocked 30, it wouldn't be hard because I saw your flower age. But I met you at 30+, No o. |
freedomfloyd:Average height of Nigerian women is 5.2ft. Just like some asian countries, Nigeria is not a tall nation na. The idea women no like short guys kept me in desert of women at a point in my life. Then, still growing but was 5.6ft, I no get any babe cos I no get confidence to talk to them because it was all in my head they don't like short guys and they won't give me audience. Added 1.5inches more years later still didn't have the confidence. It came as a surprise when I see guys of 5.4ft with balls fucking around like dogs . The thing go dey pepper me and be like I'm taller than this guy now, what's wrong with me na . You go dey hear "that one i don Bleep ham twice, this one na regular, that babe na my side she sleep yesterday" My eyes go red and be like guy I'm taller than you now, i even get beards, how u dey do ham Omo na till I learn the game, move with some guys I come dey change small small till I begin dey chop kpekus ![]() Everything na mindset. Tall or short, we no create ourselves. It's nobody's fault. |
Yah! Very correct, they wish but in reality they don't get it. Just like all men prefer girls with Kim Kadarshian's body, but how many ends up with them. Kizz Daniel said he preferred Yansh but his baby mama no get any lol. All these things are just mindsets. To me I believe there is something that beats height and that is CONFIDENCE. A tall guy that lacks confidence won't get any lady (We see it all happening around), while a short guy with confidence and some moola will bleep them all around. I won't say this if I haven't seen it in action. A friend of mine, short but quite troublesome and blunt and confident, this guy has up to 4 loyal girls he's promising to marry and many other girlfriends for sex lol... I think it's all in our heads. The fact is the tall guys will do lesser of work to get ladies, while the short ones need to put some work and more actions into motion. Getting women is all more like a game to me. Learn the rules of the game, either short or tall, you will bleep president wife. Statistics shows that the average height of Nigerian men is 5.5ft, where are they going to get the 6.3ft they will all marry lol... An average Nigerian man no tall now. |
rippa:And Southwest is the only region that has copied something similar to that. I heard somewhere in North too did same. Ask yourself if such has ever happened in the east. To win ordinary SUG president is a war. Den never give una chance finish self you try to hijack the whole land. What if they make you governor. |
Omodua:Speaking of someone that has forgotten his state of origin. I've been to almost all the states in Nigeria. NE, NC, 2 from SE, 1 from SS and all from SW. I served in Bauchi and I visited Gombe during my stay there. I had good relationship with people in Jos and I loved them with all my heart. Up north are far better than you people. The slightest opportunity you have to taste power in Nigeria, you sent Nigeria to chaos it is now. Until you begin to see Yorubas and SS as your friend not your enemies, your voices will struggle to be heard. |
rippa:Ogun too is developed with Niger Delta oil na. With all the oil money in your east and Rivers, where is the development, seaports and infrastructures? Why don't you to Britain that colonized us and milked our natural resources, settle in UK and tell their citizens you own all the buildings there because it's Nigeria oil money they used to build the place. Oyo generates its money through agriculture, yet raised corpers allowance to 15k last year. Ask yourself how much Rivers, with the almighty oil money, is paying even Abuja. If it's oil money it takes to have a good governance, Nigeria should be dragging seat with Dubai, Niger Delta and Rivers should have more development. Have sense and respect good governance. |
SugarGirl44:Oyo empire before emergence of the white, na crude oil money they used to develop it then na. Or na their okrika den use build ham. You are listening to fools. Wale Adenuga's tax alone is x5 of what the whole Alaba pay in Lagos. Don't let us mention MTN or Dangote's investment. Cos I don't know the tax that someone selling 3k shirt is paying. The real Igbos self no dey talk, but you see those low life among them won't stop telling us they came to build southwest. You leave your land to build another man's land. Isn't that shame? |
zaki2:The same Tinubu that incorporated them into government and made an Igbo man a chairman in one of the local governments? See the problem with them is they don't lay low and there is nothing you can do to please them. What aggravated this thing was their claim about being the backbone behind all the development in Southwest on twitter 2 days ago. They painted it so well that if an outsider was reading it, such person would think the Yorubas are most useless thing on earth. More like we don't do anything. It makes me wonder how selling of okrika and spare parts developed multi billion Lagos, developed Ogun state, developed Oyo state and Ondo state. Making Ekiti and Osun state contented without roaming about SS, NW, SE, SA, Ghana etc We all know the yorubas try as much as possible to abstain from troubles, but you can't tell it to my face you develop my house, disgracing me because I give you the opportunity to operate freely and prosper in my land and you think I won't remind you where you came from and how you came in. We didn't invite them, they came to find demand for their goods. This present news came up and fired us up to remind them again that this is how they come to our land to earn living, but after 1 year, they will tell us they built the whole place. Isn't that ingratitude? |
