PoliticsAm Happy Today That APC Have Failed by othuskyTM(op): 10:14pm On Sep 16, 2016
Why am happy that Muhammadu Buhari is the President !!!
Today, I want to take time and thank GOD for making Buhari
the president of this country.
May God's name be glorified forever. The creator that sees
beyond human sight. He that knows the best. Thank you
Lord for giving us the amiable President Muhammadu
Buhari.
At first, I did not understand why GOD allowed it to happen.
But now I know and I HAVE SEEN reasons why we should
accept his Presidency.
Had it been Buhari did not become president:
1. We will think that by now fuel will be #45 per litre.
2. We will think that by now #1 will be equal to $1.
3. We will think that by now three million jobs would have
been created.
4. We will think that by now unemployed youths would have
been receiving #5,000.00 stipends.
5. We will think that by now pupils would have been getting
at least a meal(including fruits) in school.
6. We will think that by now Buhari would have made his
assets and liabilities public.
7. We will think that by now maternal and children
healthcare services would be free.
8. We will think that by now Boko Haram will be a thing of
the past.
9. We will think that by now all corrupt leaders will be in jail.
10. We will think that by now Electricity will be 24/7
11. We think that by now Nigeria will be the Greatest and
strongest Economy in the world.
12. We will think by now a bag of rice will be N5000 with a
boom in Agriculture.
13. We will think by now Nigeria would have recovered all
looted funds.
14. We will think by now Nnamdi Kanu would have declared
Independent State of Biafra.
15. We will think that by now Nigeria would have gotten 3
standard working Refinery.
16. We will think that by now Nigeria would have stopped
importation of fuel.
17. We will think by now office of the First Lady will no
longer exist.
18. We will think by now National Assembly salary would
have been cut down to 50%.
19. We will think that by now 720,000 jobs by the 36 states in
the federation yearly (20,000 per state) would have been
created.
20. We will think that by now there would be permanent
peace in the Niger Delta.
21. We will think that by now the government would have
started creating additional middle-class of at least two
million new home owners in the first year in government
and one million annually thereafter.
22. By now everybody will be blaming Goodluck Jonathan
and calling him clueless.

Btw, Kanu was NEVER released by any court on his case bordering on treason. He was only granted bail for different charges.

Am writing this message because I felt pity for the innocent man who court had ordered his release from detention
still the FG is adamant of the court rulings which shows the level of impunity of the federal government even to
The detriment of the freedom fighter's health ( Nazi Nnamdi Kanu) rather granting the release of a well known condemned
Convicted terrorist responsible for the killing of about 50 Christians and injuring about 75 innocent citizens of this country
A condemned terrorist who has no court injunction to be release.
The FG should have a rethink of the injustice been meted out to this innocent man who never hurt a fly let alone killing a soul

BusinessWho Introduced The Naira? by othuskyTM(op): 8:00am On Jun 28, 2016
Nigeria was colonized by the British and her currency is the British pounds Sterling, so I have been wondering if we are British colony we are suppose to be using pounds as legal tender like other countries of the world. Nigeria as self acclaimed giant of Africa should have a better currency not the weak (#)Naira. Recently Mr President Mohammed Buhari is seriously complain about the current state of the naira devaluation which is not helping the country's economy even the common man on the street. To my own opinion I suggests we go back to our pounds Sterling for the Naira to gain balance over the US dollar because 351 naira to dollar is unacceptable compared to 1985 when it was 1.3 to one dollar.

obailala:
No offence but this is absolute trash. If Buhari had gone to Ogoni, there is absolutely nothing anyone could have done about it. It is very silly for anyone to compare the security of inanimate pipelines which run hundreds of kilometers to the security of one man. Any kid can just pick up an isolated unsecure portion of a very long pipeline, set a dynamite and blow it up, but it is obviously not the case when it is a president; besides the scavengers are unlike bokoharam terrorists who are willing to die in suicide missions.

I strongly believe the sahara reporters' story which says the president is sick. All his visits in the last 2 weeks have been cancelled from Lagos to Calabar to Ogoni to Senegal.
Why is it that Cow will always support cow?.
PoliticsRe: Wazobia: Regulated Version Of Ipob Radio? by othuskyTM(m): 11:29am On Jun 03, 2016
themall:
I often listen to WAZOBIA FM. I listen to TWITWI, OPJ, YOR, NEDU, IKECHUKWU and others, all presenters on WAZOBIA FM. I write this post to examine if it will be right to say that the activities of WAZOBIA FM is coroborating sentiments on IPOB radio.
1. Take the case of what happened on Wednesday 1st of June 6.30 - 8.00PM. The presenter hypocritically said both the army and IPOB protesters are wrong in bringing live arms into the protest arena, however he justified IPOB actions as as result of "NIGERIA AND THE FAULTY SYSTEM" - This looks like the rhetoric on Nigeria by IPOB and the contributors to the programmes whenever it tagged the country as the ZOO CALLED NIGERIA.
2. In hypocritically chastising IPOB for not using a civil method to dissent, the presenter OPJ, said of the protesters: "Will THEY not see you as committing treasonable felony" - It looks like IPOB rhetoric of calling Nigeria as they, while the igbos and others are Bia frans. Who are the "they"? Is OPJ not a Nigerian?

Anyway an IPOB member called into the radio station. The member confirmed that arrests were made and the number of arrests made. He mentioned specifics about an event occurring at IHIALA Junction and not at ONITSHA. He also reported that the soldiers who started operations on Sunday midnight killed in the church. When asked the name of the church he promised to give the name of the church to WAZOBIA FM later. He said the MAN-OF-GOD at the church has been arrested by DSS. This looks very much like IPOB radio agents making irresponsible reports to IPOB radio, without any NBC regulation and accountability. The caller said he got information about police instruction not to intervene in the protest from the Nigeria Police itself!

Many times the WAZOBIA radio fails to differentiate itself from unregulated social media. Anything goes. The same can be said of Nigeria-Info Radio station. Nigeria-Info is a radio station that has distinguished itself as a Niger Delta/Pro Igbo/Pro PDP and anti-North rhetoric radio. However, Nigeria Info does not match the lack of unguarded statements coming out of the mouth of OPJ.

WAZOBIA radio is by name thought to be the common man's radio and the radio station for all the ethnic groups in Nigeria. But it is clearly sectional and ethnic incitement to hatred and disaffection is preached there, at least every evening.

Always hypocritically paying lip service to what IPOB or IGBO or PDP is doing wrongly, but echoing for the most part all the anti-Nigeria, anti government rhetoric. You can listen to IPOB radio in the morning then listen to WAZOBIA in the evening and see the unmistakable similarity. For example, OPJ said, PMB failed to condemn Fulani-Herdsmen in his Democracy Day Broadcast but condemned the new Niger Delta Avengers. He concluded that this is because Buhari must have agreed that Fulani Herdsmen are BOKO-Haram appendages. This is a succinct pitching of Niger Delta avengers against the oppression of the Fulanis: A rhetoric found on IPOB radio. Which might point a WAZOBIA/IPOB synergy.

I don't know OPJ. His rhetorics and thought flow, gives me the impression of a man who is about 49 - 56 years old. So, I understand the preference for stereotype arguments such as "AWOLOWO is a traitor" and "OJUKWU was only asking questions". I know those rhetoric and stereotype arguments, especially, from an ISOKO/URHOBO man of that era, which can be very, very strong.
1. But when we are on AIR, is it right to compromise Nigerian UNITY for the anger of the opposition.
2. When we are on AIR, is it right to compromise Nigerian UNITY by encouraging anger of youths in the East or South-South.
3. Who is ultimately controlling OPJ and his anchor on the 6 - 8PM belt? Is it his Lebanese(?) boss? or worse still is it IPOB?
4. Why is that only IGBO/PDP/Niger Delta/Anti Fulani-Hausa/Anti Nigerian government and anti non Igbo sentiments is usually very strong at WAZOBIA FM?
you are talking nonsense, all what OPJ said that day was absolutely correct, He blamed Nigerian security agent for using life bullets rather than rubber bullets or tear-gas, He also blamed IPOB agitators for not going through the right channel for the liberation. so stop talking like a cow or Judas.
