NDDC awards contracts many people get to have a slice of the cake but when state govts award contracts just a few get it.

The contracts NDDC awards appear to be in lots and is quite wide but the state will award what can be said to be Narrow contracts.

NDDC is really doing a lot of good work in the Niger Delta which sometimes embarrasses the state governors.
