Op is a big bad liar, the last salary received by UNIPORT lecturers was in July 2013. Earned allowance is not only for lecturers; even at that it is yet to be paid to anybody.

Technically you will have to pay again, its possible though that the payment can be transferred if they want to help you but know that its not your right.

Different nomenclature from jamb; no need to be alarmed.

It may be the network providers, CBN should regulate & strengthen bank infrastructure instead of forcing Nigerians to go "cashless"
