@Godeagle, as per hw i got to know the amt shell pays SITPs, well maybe i only saw it on his income/expenses excel sheet. Guys the amt is mouth waterying.

@all, I will disclose the exact figure of their feb. salary when we start collecting IV for medicals. I guess it was recently reviewed and just as i said the money is worth it and is mouth waterying.

@opensesame, tanx for bailing me out. i never knew guys are this curious and could be money motivated as am begining to notice.

@douecho, broda i bleave we are still together and is only wen we are united dat we can stand it to edjeba. u will be my flat mate in edjeba in the name of Jesus(Amen). I hav already choosen flat seven(7) anyway, it's close to restaurant, fellowship, classrooms and the I.T room where the cafe is. I hope u will like it b'cos all the facilities are still working. Dont mind me, one luv

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by otr: 1:02pm On Apr 22, 2009
@douecho, well just as i said, there was nothing personal, i only poured out my mind exactly the way i felt. remember dat someone once asked this same question even at the begining of his post or contribution on this thread frm one of the outgone SITP guys and he was answered almost just thesame way. Pls, there is nothing personal. we will all get there but wat i can say here is dat they pay very well and as i said no bank or telecom will give dat amt to a fresher in d nigeria of today. Let just be prayerful to get the job first and every other thing shall follow. one luv
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by otr: 1:32pm On Apr 21, 2009
why dont we nigerians learn to place our priorities right, is the amount shell pays as important as being gainfully employed in a reputable organization like shell where as an engineer u can practice and meaningfully contribute to ur contry's economy? I know how much shell pays atleast frm a brother and a friend who just concluded the SITP programme but for the sake of people like u who would not learn to place his prioriries right I will not disclose it here. waite till wen u get ur employment letter u will see it then. And if u are already employed and u are thinking weda nt to leave ur present job for the SITP, u will hav enough time to decide b4 the resumption date, so take it easy. Atleast no bank or telecom in nigeria will pay dat amt to a fresher not to talk of the incomparable working condition and the joy and satisfaction dat come frm doing wot u like doing or wot u read. dont mind me if am been percieved strict or too serious bt we hav to tell ourselves truth atimes. one luv

2moro is already at hand so let not be too worried, but wot i heard frm one of the coordinators is dat they are nt yet thru wit u if u hav'nt heard frm them dat they will contact by phone or mail as soon as they are thru. Keep praying and keep trusting God for his unfailing help. wotever it is now God can still change things in our favour. keep trusting him, he will not fail.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Shell Nigeria - The Next Generation by otr: 2:04pm On Apr 17, 2009

Yes, is good to be confident of ur performance but frm experience I think it will be better if u allow God to take all d credit. When u let Him realize sincerely dat u 've not done anything to deserve d job then u will see Him at work on ur behalf. Settle everything on ur knees.
To the understanding minds, a vow may not be too bad. Miketomi, Ranbaxy and co of the just concluded SITP are my friends and they are living testimony of what am talking about here. Most importantly, let ur mind and conviction lead u. We are getting there in the name of JESUS(AMEN).

@opensesame, i want to figure out ur face 'cos i had my SRD thesame day with u. i was in d group dat represented local community. i dont want to disclose names here but are u the one dat kept time for d district group frm UI?
Anyway am d MECH guy frm FUT MINNA not d fear one but d dark guy. wotever, we will meet at edjeba by grace of God
@others , wat i will advice is to just put ur trust in God and bank on his everlasting help. he will not disappoint. meet u all at edjeba

Are there still such people in the house that are stil believing God for a positive outcome? Wel, if u are one let not loose hope for God will still work something out even while the situation seems uncertain. God is working something out for us soon, so have faith in God.
