Its very true, when I applied some few years ago I had about 14million naira in my sponsors account for just 10weeks. That really make it difficult. In fact then anyone can be ur sponsor not necessary having the same surname but now it's change.

Have been told, it casting when you want to apply for countries like us, UK ,Canada etc... Ghana is not an international travel place when compared to the earlier mentioned countries. Well, I guess it should be ok excluding ur cost of flight. Budget between 8-10k per night for hotel. Then use the remaining change for feeding.

I think it's high time CBN sit down and restrategize for a long time way of solving this problem. We have so many naira chasing the dollar everyday that is why the naira keep losing its value. CBN should direct that all foreign inflow should be paid in dollars. Boast exportation of products and make it easier for people to invest in it. All this pumping of more dollars to cushen the effect is a fire brigade approach the would soon boomerang.

Oops, there are some questions u don't need to ask, true. If u read my post carefully you will get the address of the transport company. They have many branches in Lagos but I think their park for Accra trip is at second rainbow. Go there u will get necessary information. Mind u I don't travel to Accra everyday and it's possible there are little changes. I made that trip December 2015. Furthermore u can always Google to find more information about them and the closest Abc park to you.

Yes you can, the difference is that u will be paying more at the departure. Yes you will pay more money for the transport fare.

yesterday 02/06/2016 around 7pm I loaded an Mtn recharge card of #1000 and I was given a bonus credit of #2000. But this morning I wanted to make some business calls and I checked my bonus credit and discovered everything has been wiped off, I have called the Mtn customer care centre and they told me my complain was confirmed to be true and that they would forward my line to the back-end engineers for my bonus credit to be reverted. But up till now am yet to receive my credit.Pls I want the appropriate authority in Mtn to look into this issue and help me roll back my credit.

I don't think you have ever been arrested by a uniformed armed robber (police)

So many occasion I have been stopped by both uniform policemen and mofti wearing policemen and honestly they were really sorry for their actions. By virtues of my discipline I traveled around the country on work grounds. I remember I was moving from Onisha to abakaliki, along Enugu express way we were stopped by mobile policemen( mopo) they said they were on stop and search duty, they search everywhere in the bus, they even ask the driver to untie some good that have been nearly packed inside the bus, after about one and half hour they didn't see anything illegal or a contraband goods. I was having a laptop, a projector and my two big phones both apple products. The policemen suddenly decended on me and said where are my receipt? I showed him photocopies of the receipt but he insist on seeing the original, then I said am sorry the original is in Lagos! And he said I will have to come to the station with them, at that time I have been recording our conversations and my other colleague has taking a close pics of his identity. By this time we have spent about two and half hour at that point. So I said to him lets go to the station and that day everybody in the bus were willing to go to the station with me cos they were already angry with the man cos they knew his original intention( egunje) by that time I have gotten enough evidence to nailed him and have him pay for damages. But after sometime, he came back to me and asked us to be going. He's very sure he has been defeated. But all this time am full of confidence, my only fear is that what if they are armed robbers? But they were not because the driver knows them very well. Most people today fret when they are stopped by mobile men, the reason for their fear I don't really know particularly when u know u don't involve yourself in any illegal dealings.

Oops, you particularly caused every thing that happen to you. Why? You lacked the ability to express yourself properly before an officer. Thank your God they didn't battered your face before they released you. They have seen the fret in you, you are already choking and they took advantage of you. You aren't properly inform about the law and you don't even know your fundamental human right.

What is the different between registering a business name and registering a company? And then does it mean when you registered a business name, you can't start doing solid business with it? Also can u open a cooperate business account with any bank with just the registration of business name? Pls I want someone to enlighten me. Very urgent.

So sorry I have not been back to update you guys. Had lots to do recently. So here is how it went.

I visited the office as planned and first met with the Halogen guys at the gate. Those guys can look. Chai! but they are nice sha. I wrote my name on their log book and one of them escorted me to the office. That was nice and I felt honored. Lol. I got to the reception and a receptionist (Lydia) attended to me. I sat at the reception while I waited to be attended to as they had quite a number of people before me. I was almost blown away by the powerful Air conditioners there (Got to a point I requested that they help me reduce it. This is Nigeria. Lol). So, she led me to another office where they have their counselors. I spoke with one of them (Victoria) and she made me realize the fact that there was no hidden charges and all. She spoke really well. There's this foreign feel about their office and they way they treat you.

So, I made payments for the TOEFL and came back the next day for the lectures. We had the speaking class first and the Director personally came to take us on the speaking section.. With such a big organization and the number of staffs, I was awed that the director (Mr. Ayo) could actually decide to take some of the classes himself. We talked later though and he made me realize it was just a passion.

So, over the period of a month we covered the Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing sections. We had some Chinese and Indians in the class as well. They were really good at dragging us back! The sections were covered very very excellently and professionally. The lectures are fun! Anyone who has attended lectures at B.Y Mafit would attest to the fact that those lectures are very very deep and yet fun. You will keep laughing and laughing and laughing. Thanks to Mr. Ayo and his funny jokes. The funniest was the girl that was always followed around by her boyfriend and she failed the he cos he kept on doing Mr romantic.

At the end of the fourth week, I had made so many friends and I knew I was well prepared.

I scored 113 out of 120I will attach my result in another post.

If I speak so well of these guys you have to understand why. I can blow their trumpets freely cos they really helped me at zero cost. God bless that handsome man... Mr. Ayo. I'm really happy cos when you go to some other places and they charge you an arm and a leg and still give you BS, these guys do it for free and give you the best you can get with international standards.

So, there it goes. They turned me from a curious person to an ambassador. Anybody can visit the place and confirm all I just wrote.

One can only try to relate them to one’s situation without necessarily taking the advice hook line and sinker.

As much as we want an easy tool to use in solving all of our problems, we should realise that sometimes such a tool is not always valid.

Ok, cool. But there is a duty u pay on that car to enter Ghana, then pls visit the road safety office to know the required docs to have driving in international routes. But I will advice u go first by road alone to understand the route before going with your car.

Did u mean u didn't have international passport? Your Student ID card is ok, but you will have to pay more for travel fare. And with just ID card you not permitted to travel by air only by road.
