It depends on your service provider. I don't experience any throttling but my monthly sub is expensive but worth it for me.
I think the price range for truly unlimited internet scares people away and the ones who offer cheap/affordable unlimited internet will throttle you.

Seems I've used 400GB plus this month alone, I don't download anything, Just streaming 4k/8k movies/videos.
You just have to make sure you get at least 20MBPS to really enjoy it.

20mbps even 30mbps cannot stream 8k videos on YouTube.
20 can stream 4k but not 8k.

I removed AC and Water connections, others it powers.

I really can't say how long it lasts as I have never lost power, the power juice I lost at night will always be charged during the day time and so it recycles.
