Simply put, gravitybox is used for tweaking devices and to use it, you must be rooted. You don't really need it if you are on lollipop and above however if your device is KitKat then you'll probably need it. That's cos most of the settings are already incorporated into lollipop and other recent android flavours. Youngpo413:

I think people should be careful and wary of those cheap Lg G4 selling at low prices which could be attributed to their factory defects. This is an hardware issue that affects the phone in the future causing it to boot loop I.e just stuck on the lg logo or "starting apps" logo. Lg is aware of this issue and the only resolution is returning the device to the lg store or another solution which is crude is removing the logic board and heat in a grill to about 350 degree Celsius for 30 minutes and allow to cool for an hour. It's a good phone in terms of hardware specs but be careful and that's y it's being sold cheap now by people. You can Google "bootloop in lg g4" to know more about this. This kind of bootloop isn't the software ish which can be easily fixed but this is hardware related caused by a component not soldered well to the board. Infinitikoncept: |

Then you need to read app reviews before downloading just any app. These apps have annoying ads and most common in battery saver apps, screen lock apps etc. Who needs that? Battery savers dont work, they even put more load on your CPU thereby shortening battery life XketchDesigns: |

Link bubble browser on Android is superb. U can minimize it just like u minimize musicxmatch and be doing other things |
i agree with points 1 and 5 but others are thrash. First question is are you talking about custom roms? if yes, then list the roms which have these issues OR are you referring to stock roms from OTA? All the same, if custom rom, these are issues developers of such roms address as they receive such complaints. Marshmallow is still superb. When you speak of battery, it affects all android phones from 5.0. People having good batteries are those with bigger batteries and this doesnt mean their batteries are good, they are just big and the OS isnt optimized unlike iphone. My iphone with 1440mah lasts much more longer than my android wit 2600mah and this is cos IOS is optimized. |

If you love flashing different custom roms, mods, loads of customizations then you'll def not look the techno, infinix and gionee side cos developers don't go their route. Check xda and I bet you might not see a single topic on techno which has developer support, however u could be lucky to see gionee support cos it has lots of followers beyond shores of Africa. So for me, that's the reason I don't go near such phones. Secondly, theIr designs are whack and look too similar. No design aesthetics. |

Other upgrades include a new fingerprint sensor with a 0.2-second recognition time and the addition of mCharge 3.0, which will take the Pro 6 battery from empty to full in under an hour. The battery is actually the one area where the Meizu Pro 6 lags behind its competition, as it's just 2,560mAh. Xiaomi and Huawei have been able to fit 3,000mAh cells in devices that are just as slim. Like the Mi 5 and P9, Meizu's Pro 6 also sports a 1920 x 1080 resolution and accepts two nano-SIM cards. Meizu goes the extra mile with its USB-C data cable, integrating short-circuit and high-temperature protection to ensure that its rapid-charging technology poses no undue threat to the smartphone's electronics. Meizu hopes the Pro 6 will stand out for its audio and proudly touts a Cirrus Logic CS43L36 chip, noting that it comes from the same company that provides the iPhone's audio components. There's obviously been a lot of close consideration of Apple's flagship device during the design of Meizu's latest flagship, with the minimized antenna lines aiming to fix one of the biggest design downsides of the iPhone. The introduction of a pressure-sensitive touchscreen, dubbed 3D Press by Meizu, matches Apple's 3D Touch both in functionality and appearance — recreating the same blurred-out background when used on the home screen. The Meizu Pro 6 is priced at ¥2,499 (just under $390) with 32GB of storage or ¥2,799 (around $430) with 64GB. Meizu offers a choice of black, silver, or gold alluminum alloy unibody, and the international version of the phone will be a pentaband, 11-frequency variant to ensure maximum network compatibility.

Source: http://www.theverge.com/2016/4/13/11420030/meizu-pro-6-official-specs-release-date-price-photos Joining the swelling ranks of cutting-edge Android flagships this month is the new Meizu Pro 6, announced in Beijing today. This handset comes with a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display and a unibody metal design that boasts some of the smallest antenna lines in the business. Taking direct aim at the iPhone, Meizu says it has 48 percent less plastic in its design, while on the inside it also has a matching technology for Apple's 3D Touch with its own 3D Press. The Pro 6 is powered by a 10-core MediaTek Helio X25 processor, with Meizu claiming it will be the first deca-core smartphone on the market. Xiaomi's Mi 5 and Huawei's P9 have recently elevated the standard for Chinese phone manufacturers to aim for, and Meizu's latest enters into direct competition with them. Like both of those devices, this is a super thin phone, measuring only 7.25mm in thickness and avoiding any camera bump compromises. On the inside, the Pro 6 has 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of storage to go with its multicore processor. The camera has a 21-megapixel Sony IMX230 sensor, though Meizu has customized the construction of the whole module and lens assembly in order to make it thinner. Phase-detect autofocus and new image-processing algorithms allow Meizu to claim a focusing speed of just 0.07 seconds with the Pro 6, which also comes with a 10-LED ring flash. Oddly, it doesn't encircle the camera lens, as might be expected, but sits below it, framing the laser focusing assist (which has also been upgraded to now cover a distance of up to two meters away from the phone).

Tupac has released more albums in death than he did in life. It has always been pretty astounding when you consider the sheer number of un-released verses and full tracks he's had; sometimes it seems as if there is no end to it as this has allowed him to collaborate on songs with many of the greatest rappers to come along since his passing. This video provides a glimpse into his professional mindset and shows what it took for this to be possible. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4P5zJOPdIk |

An international team of journalists has obtained what it’s referring to as the “biggest leak in history” https://twitter.com/Snowden : A 2.6-terabyte stash of data about offshore savings and tax havens from Panama-based legal firm Mossack Fonseca. It’s claimed that 370 reporters from 100 different media organizations have worked on the project—being referred to as the Panama Papers—over the last year, which has now been published with some fanfare by The Guardian and German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung. The 2.6 terabytes of data are made up of over 11.5 million files, which makes it a far bigger leak than the diplomatic cables uncovered by WikiLeaks in 2010 or the stash of NSA documents released by Edward Snowden in 2013. It’s not yet clear how the documents were made available to the journalists. Within the files lurk all kinds of revelations, many of which will come to light over the course of the coming weeks as the news organizations involved in the project publish a series of reports. But at the time of writing, The Guardian has published a seres of articles which describe: 1. Details about a web of offshore deals and loans worth $2 billion that link back to Russian president Vladimir Putin and his closest acquaintances. http://www.theguardian.com/news/2016/apr/03/panama-papers-money-hidden-offshore 2. Iceland’s Prime Minister’s undeclared stakes in an offshore company, which may lead to a snap election in the country. http://www.theguardian.com/news/2016/apr/03/iceland-pm-calls-snap-election-offshore-revelations 3. How members of FIFA’s ethics committee were more closely linked with corruption than previously thought. http://www.theguardian.com/news/2016/apr/03/leaked-papers-fifa-ethics-committee-credibility-crisis-juan-pedro-damiani-eugenio-figueredo The data itself comes from Mossack Fonseca, a law firm that’s based in Panama. It manages offshore firms, provides financial services, and is, according the The Guardian, the fourth biggest offshore services provider in the world. In a response to the leak, the company declined to discuss individual clients, but did write that its “services are regulated on multiple levels, often by overlapping agencies, and we have a strong compliance record,” adding that they are “responsible members of the global financial and business community.” Source : http://gizmodo.com/2-6tb-data-leak-reveals-tax-investment-and-corruption-1768854464?utm_campaign=socialflow_gizmodo_facebook&utm_source=gizmodo_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow |

This is good news to power users ...now the frustration of typing linux commands in windows powershell and getting errors will soon be a thing of the past. Read excerpts below ![]() Microsoft is reaching out to Linux developers in a way that the company never has before. "The Bash shell is coming to Windows. Yes, the real Bash is coming to Windows," said Microsoft's Kevin Gallo on stage at today's Build 2016 keynote. The announcement received an uproarious applause from the crowd. The new functionality will be enabled as part of this summer's Anniversary Update to Windows 10. "This is not a VM. This is not cross-compiled tools. This is native," he said. "We've partnered with Canonical to offer this great experience, which you'll be able to download right from the Windows Store." Third-party tools have enabled this sort of thing for years, but a direct partnership between Microsoft and Canonical should offer even more flexibility and convenience for developers who prefer using these binaries and tools. More importantly, it represents Microsoft's refreshing stance on open-source development. VP Terry Myerson teased "more coming soon" in regards to other possibilities signaling a modernized and extremely open Windows 10. This blog post by Microsoft's Scott Hanselman offers a deeper explanation of the move. "This is brilliant for developers that use a diverse set of tools like me," he said. "This is a genuine Ubuntu image on top of Windows with all the Linux tools I use." http://www.theverge.com/2016/3/30/11331014/microsoft-windows-linux-ubuntu-bash

Source https://uk.sports.yahoo.com/news/official-jose-mourinho-named-nigeria-002800285.html Jose Mourinho has been named the new head coach of Nigeria following the departure of interim Samson Siasia. Mourinho signed a four-year contract to take charge of the Super Eagles, while Mutiu Adepoju, Kanu Nwankwo and Peter Rufai join him as his backroom staff. The former Chelsea coach will be tasked with qualifying Nigeria for the 2018 World Cup having missed out of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations billed for Gabon. The 53-year-old had been linked with Manchester United job but has agreed a deal with Nigeria which is due to last until 2020, after Sunday Oliseh quit his post on February 25, 2016. "I have the pleasure to confirm I have committed to a legendary African side, with the massive challenge of qualifying for the Russia 2018 World Cup," Mourinho told Goal. "I am lucky because for years I had the fortune to coach big teams like Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid, and now I have the opportunity to coach another big team like Nigeria. It is an honour and I want to keep winning. "We have a duty to prove we are the best team in Africa and also do well at the 2018 World Cup. “I’d like to thank the Nigeria Football Federation for believing in me and with their backing, I am confident that we can build a stronger Super Eagles,” he concluded. Mourinho will be presented at a media conference on Friday at the Abuja National Stadium. Happy April 1st! |
