Jesus... now I'm doubtful about putting my baby into daycare, esp as he's a very picky eater.. |
Quickrent:Hi, the form isn't submitting...have filled and submitted four times now it keeps returning the home page to me. |
IamD18:I was in the john while reading this comment, and I swear I nearly fell into the toilet bowl while laughing. This is the funniest thing I've read since this year. *rotfl* |

My son is nine months old and wallahi, his energy is unstoppable. He can navigate any obstacle you use to block his path to anything you don't want him to touch. And he crawls so fast, you'd think he was competing for a medal or something. Phones, chargers, esp paper and slippers are his fave chew toys. One day he nearly put me in trouble when he grabbed someone's original certificate from Babcock university while I was trying to photocopy it. Hieee! I called Jesus and the twenty four angels to help me wrench it from his grasp without doing any damage. Ah swear eh... |
Why selling? Anything wrong with the phone? |
Tabbaz, please I've a question about an online transaction I'd like to ask you. please reply with your email address so I msg you. thanks |
Been married less than a year, soo still working out the kinks... We didn't court long before hitching the wagon so let's say we began really knowing each other after settling down... Hubby's a good man with a poisonous tongue when he thinks you screwed up...that hasn't changed... He can keep malice for Africa but since the baby came, he has reduced malice keeping from 5 days to 48hrs...e go hard to be vexing for person wey dey nurse your beautiful boy la.... ![]() I was always a planner, still am, but much faster now...I used to dawdle and procrastinate but am now becoming a do it right now person... I still hate housework but have to do it... He's an exercise freak, me just escaped laziness cos I'm naturally flexible so I fit carry contortion deceive someborri... :p ![]() We are broker now cos I'm on unpaid maternity leave and his business isn't that great but we believe light's at the end of the tunnel...he has begun gambling which annoys me terribly... ![]() All in all, I'd say my marriage so far is bittersweet. Hopefully we still got years to improve on ourselves and drop any undesirable characters. ![]() |
My husband is in the best position to say the things that have changed since we got married. I notice though that I have become more responsible as I more or less run the house. I have many people to take care of now. Brain is constantly working! I don't carry my make up kit everywhere I go unlike before. My cousin actually pointed this out and we laughed over it. I don't attend all the parties in town anymore. In fact I run away from friends who may distract my attention from keeping the home front. I have grown more flesh, you know getting round and rounder. I have been too busy, too lazy to bother. There are always seemingly more important things to do. I have become more religious. I am afraid I now run a routine of home, work, church and home, arrrgh! I treat people's misconduct with more leniency these days. Before I was a lion who is ever ready to pounce. Now I give a long rope or just look away. O pay yin! My husband is now more organized. I don't have to help him look for vests and boxers anymore. I am happy I was able to change that about him He also doesn't keep late nights anymore. You know, role model things. You've got to be careful around the kids. His accounting skills has improved considerably, he used to be a spendthrift. Marriage is a sweet experience if you find the right buddy to you journey with. I think I am lucky! Awww. |
While preggy I heard a few from well meaning colleagues and friends. Don't wear yellow clothes. Wear a safety pin. Never eat plantain that's divided in the middle. Don't eat bush meat. Always eat biscuit bone. Smh. Now I've given birth, it's don't walk under sun. Don't go out in the rain. Don't eat okra or uha soup. Always pour water on your breasts before feeding your baby. Right now sef my pikin dey hiccup and despite myself I'm looking around for any stray thread to put on his head.... |

Parting sex with an ex is something I never could do, despite pressure from any quarters. it's totally wrong. |
Everyone has just said what I would have said in this situation, so I'll summarize with, a word is enough for the wise. |
bujebudanu1:Hehehehe. Ah know la |
Lexusgs430:Thanks |
Lexusgs430:Loool, believe me, I've been there. I KNOW. Mine sprouts gum boils every month. I'm kinda used to it now.... not saying I wouldn't help me if I could, but for now, God is keeping me ![]() |
Lexusgs430:Probably, but I'm using a strong antibacterial mouthwash after brushing and every meal. Besides, even if I could afford to pay for the procedure, I'm advised to wait till after delivery to have it |
bujebudanu1:Aye, I know, but wallai the procedure too cost in my location. Only teeth pulling, without refilling, is nearly 15k. Can't afford it fa. |
I don comot am.making it two wey don go.just nursing the pains and after surgery. The funniest thing here is they gave me tm make I they use like sweet [/quoteHmm, I've heard that pulling teeth is not helpful for the mouth...I have four bad ones, molars and premolars, up and down, suffered a lot of pain but cldnt afford to have any pulled, by God's grace as I took in, the worst of them all cracked and broke off in my mouth without any pain. well I thank God, though I now have a hole in my gums so big I can hide money in it, I'm grateful the pain has subsided ![]() |
