Oh you should all be very deterred, believe me. I will state everything exactly the way it happened so that everyone can see that my only fault here was foolishly trusting my fellow human being.

On Dec 30th or so a guy made a post needing a free phone in phone section. Itzbabyblimz commented that she had a faulty Note 2 for him but he declined because he was in Lagos and she was in Jos, according to her. I dmed her and she responded. I told her that if the guy refused the phone she should give me and I'd pay for waybill. She agreed and according to her, immediately booked waybill with GIG logistics that waybill money was #2870 and would be delivered on 3rd January, 2020. She also said I should pay it into the 'agents' account number and gave he a guy's name and details. I said okay, that I currently had no money because I am unemployed for now, but I'd try to raise it. On the 31st, my baby fell off his high chair and bruised his collarbone and shoulder and I rushed him to the clinic. Fortunately the injury wasn't that severe and I could treat it at home but needed to buy pain meds he would be taking. I prayed to God for a miracle because since I lost my job it's been hell to survive but God has been merciful, even right now, I still don't have a phone, we can't afford most things now let alone a phone so I borrow my husband's to browse with and to jobhunt online with. Itzbabyblimz called me that 31st asking how far, I explained the situation and she wished me well.

On the 1st, she asked how far the waybill ish again, I said I was still going to try to raise it as I badly needed a phone. Luckily that day my baby got several money gifts up to 2k and with the tiny one left in my hand I transferred that money to her. I called her and begged her that she knew the situation of things as I explained and pleaded for her not to let me down because I used the money meant for my baby to pay for the waybill and my hubby would be mad if he found out. She assured me no problem. I should not worry.

On 2nd she msged me that the 'agent' informed her that I sent the money late so delivery originally for 3rd had been cancelled. Asked whether I wanted to reschedule or if she should send the money back? Because I was in dire need, I agreed to reschedule. It was set for 8th, Wednesday 2020. Wednesday morning, I msged her to give me the agents number so I could contact him and know his movements. She said I shouldn't worry, I should be patient that the agent would contact me once they were in Lagos. I was puzzled, but I kept quiet cos I still trusted her. By 4pm that same day I naturally started wondering if said phone was still coming and called her for confirmation again. I asked for the agents number again and she angrily said if i couldn't be patient with courier services that she would refund my money. I backed down, apologized and kept my cool.

Thursday 9th she msgs me that 'the item is not yet in Lagos. Please be patient'. I said okay meaning to give it till Saturday sef. I know how waybill works and I was surprised that she wouldn't give me the so called agents number for confirmation assuming she actually sent anything at all but again, I wanted to trust her because I was in need, I made sacrifices so that anyhow anyhow the phone get fault, make I manage am like that.

Sunday. Phone still no come. I msg her that if I didn't see it she should cancel said waybill and send me back the delivery money. She agreed. Monday, no phone. I ask for my money back, she said wait for agent. I said no, you are the one who has been dealing directly with the agent. You refused to let me in from day one so you send me the money, then you and him should discuss how him will refund you. She says okay that I should expect my money very soon. Tuesday morning, I didn't see money, so I called again. Itzbabyblimz promptly blocked me on phone so I always get a busy signal, I can't email her again either because suddenly 'the email address is incorrect'.

My husband gave and has been giving me hell because he told me not to send that money, I should use it to get food items as there was no food in the house, or I should get diapers and meds for my baby but I was foolish enoughto trust this lady. Now it's clear I was a sucker from day one. See my life o, if only I'd listened to my hubby all this wouldn't have happened but I was hoping that at least, if the phone came I'd fix it and use it to do all these small small virtual assistant jobs that could also give me small money to survive while still jobhunting. That was my mistake. Trusting Itzbabyblimz.

Up till now,radio silence from her end as she has made herself unreachable. That's why I decided to call her out here and she should come and say if one thing I said here is a lie, and refund my money if she isn't a liar and a scammer. #2870 isn't money o, but if I get that money now, Gari and soup go enter my meager kitchen.

I repeat, @Itzbabyblimz, if how you treated me, despite my trusting you, you even knew that my baby wasn't well, I explained my whole situation to you, you still hardened your heart and swindled me, be careful of 2020. Your actions have just set in motion unfortunate events that will make you wonder who you offended and when you do, please remember what you did to me.

I believe that things will definitely get better and I will eventually be able to afford even if it's china phone. I brought this on myself. Still, it is well. Please be careful of this lady, she isn't who she says she is. She is a scammer.

I have a baby boy..this would be his first Christmas out of the hospital and we were advised to make sure he has enough milk and food to eat to regain his health. If I'm chosen, if use the money to get the milk, diapers,foodstuff and multivitamins for him and if there's anything left, a second hand sweater for him to be protected from the cold.

For once, I have to agree with NwaAmaikpe. My boy has left the hospital finally. I'm grateful for his recovery...the doctor said he needs more milk and more proteinous foods to boost his system and help him develop properly...well, it would be nice to get a tin or two this season and a blender with which to make healthy fruit smoothies for him..also any clothes he can wear, new or fairly used..he won't care...all he'll know is he's dressed and warm.
