She said it was shortly after they started dating he traveled, it's possible they were just getting to know each other and feelings wasn't that deep yet, I think chatting with sunwoo chan and getting the pen from him was what made her fall in love. I won't be surprised if her saying I love you on the phone before she traveled was the first time she actually said I love you to the guy (as in the dead guy)

I've been looking forward to it cos my baby Kim minju finally got a lead role 💃💃 I've been praying for this since izone disbanded. chae jong hyeop was first offered the lead role but he rejected it probably because filming was going to clash with in your radiant season. then rowoon was offered the lead but he preferred to go into the military. Jr finally accepted the role and I'm happy cos they are 2 of my favorite idols turned actors. for now the story is a proper first love drama with all the awkwardness, mistakes, happiness and everything that comes with it. I'm curious to see where the story takes us cos right now I have no idea what direction the story is going, I just hope it doesn't get boring along the way.

Mr "brings up marriage during a first date because he's at the age of dating seriously" kisses someone but can't even talk about it 🙄 aunty kuma is behaving like some clueless 12 year old just letting the wind take her wherever it blows. both of them are over thinkers, throw the 2 of them away biko🤣. I know he only wanted to see her about work but he saw another man and got threatened and suddenly brought up the kiss topic. Again throw this dude into the trashcan 🤣. So all this while I thought the bodybuilding best friend would be gay lmao turns out he's super straight. it's funny that they have a mutual friend and don't even know. life is funny sha, they met on their own and got attracted to each other, if uri female lead had introduced them on like a blind date or something, they might not have been interested in each other o. this life sef

‎So love phobia is supposed to be 8 episodes meaning we have 2 weeks left. so basically another drama where they rush everything lol ok I'm here for it as long as it ends early. I hope the boy's dad is not the man that got into an accident with her mom. Obviously, they weren't having an affair but I hope the story doesn't turn into some "oh I can't date you cos your mom made my dad die or something like that". Meanwhile the low budget-ness of the drama kills me 😂 p.s: right now the best thing about the drama for me is the sweet sweet chorus of the song that plays at the end of each episode

‎The practical guide to love is here. love the cast, not sure I love the story yet even though I like and appreciate the fact that it's trying to show how realistic dating is for women over 30. Lol I can't take Park Sung Hoon's character seriously cos what do you mean you went on a date with a woman you like, even talked about marriage and then you do. not. text. her. 😂 lmao no just nope. there's no excuse the writer will give me to make me believe he likes her. lol I love that sooyoung cameod as his ex, feels like their characters in not others broke up and they're now with other people 🤣 glad to see Lee ki taek playing 2nd lead but I also can't take him seriously cos he was rude during their date and I'm pretty sure he's not the real person that was supposed to be on the date anyway, so until he comes clean about his identity, he's a nope. the most unserious person of all is uri female lead who's over 30 but can't control her emotions 😂 from thinking the lawyer she dumped in college was still into her, to basically going into her dates ready to please the guys. As annoying as it is tho it's very realistic cos she's in that "desperate to be in a relationship" age and that's how people in that situation behave.

Yes, I think his father was the one in the accident with her mother but I don't think he will be angry when he finds out instead he will help her understand what happened because right now, she thinks her mum was having an affair while her father was in the hospital. I am sure that he knows why they were in the car together. My guess is that her mum is connected to his first novel somehow.
How low was the budget for the drama? 🤣🤣. I didn't even know that.

Your thoughts were the same as mine concerning the father. I also thought that the mum abandoned them and followed another man or something. At a point, I thought that the youngest sister's boyfriend would turn out to be his step brother because the father remarried.
I don't think the grandmother should be putting that kind of burden on a young boy who is not family especially since he is close to her family in a way. If it was a stranger that has no form of relationship to her family, I would understand.

I actually loved it.....so far. I didn't know anything about the drama before I started. Let me see how it goes.
You are absolutely right about the male lead. How can you not contact her for 190hours after your first date and you say you like her? But then again, his ex said he doesn't know how to mix dating and working, guess that's why they broke up. She felt neglected. Him go learn him lesson now.
As for the second lead, he was supposed to be rude to her in the beginning so that she calls the whole thing off. That was the essence of the 'gig'. He was standing in for someone. Maybe for money. From the preview of the next episode, he has been found out. She went on a date with someone at his restaurant. Since he is the second lead, I am sure she forgave and forgot.
The first love lawyer guy didn't try too sha. He gave so many sighs as if he still liked her. I understand him moving on sha but he shouldn't have lead her on..

I always had my suspicions about the male lead's dad immediately he came into the scene. I also vividly remember that the older brother received a text message about the dad and was really worried, worried enough to call the younger brother that he had abandoned. I am sure that the story for why he left his brother for years will be that he was protecting him 😏. And he couldn't tell him 'why' when they met as adults. Anyway, let's see how next week's episodes will be.

I know I have trust issues but tell me why I think the female lead's friend/business manager will stab her in the back. She just has this "I will betray you if you leave me for another person" face. If she doesn't, it will be nice.


In Your Radiant Season

I was confused in the first episode:

-the female lead was there when the explosion took place, how did the boyfriend's sister in Korea get the news of his 'death' so fast?

-since she was already there, even if she got a call that he was dead, why didn't she search for his body to see for herself?

- did she lose her memory, how come she can't recognise her boyfriend?

-did he change his surname, how come she didn't recognise the name?

Luckily, all the questions were answered in episode 1. Thank God for that.

Apparently, she was dating an idiot. Thinking about it, I would say that she was dating the male lead but just didn't know it. Almost all her communications were with him, he bought her the gift she so much cherish ( wait o, this pen no day finish? Over 7 years and it's still working. Abeg o), even her first I Love You was to him.
I love the drama. So far so good. Looking forward to the next episodes.

2026 is up and running and I've only watched two dramas this year. One was released in 2025 while the other in 2026. One a historical drama while the other a psychological romance. You can pretty much guess the dramas 😉

I need recommendations abeg though I'm eyeing 'To my beloved thief and the art of Sarah's. But I don't know if I'll end up going for it. Mannnnnn! I need a proper drama 😭😭😭😭

Someone called us to say that he is from MTN and that our device was sending an error message to them so they need to come and fix it. We told him that the device is working fine and we didn't make any complaint but he kept saying that since it's already sending the error messages, it will soon develop an issue so he has to come and fix it, not even on the connection outside the house but inside the house. We became suspicious and ended the call then placed a call to 217. When we told them about the call, they said we should disregard it as long as we didn't log any complaint and the device is working fine, there's no need for any visit.

They also said any 'agent' that comes to the house for anything should show their ID card to prove that they work with MTN.

Let's be mindful of our safety in this time of insecurity.

I'm glad to see @ovems say she's really enjoying heroes next door cos as for me and my house 😅 it's just there. I don't know maybe it's cos I was dead exhausted from work or something but I struggled to get into it. Especially episode 1, the humor seemed a little too try hard and almost slapstick-y, I guess episode 2 was a bit better but tbh I was so tired I skipped through the thing. I do love the cast tho, my queen Kim ji hyun, she's such a versatile actress and I wish she got a lot of chances to show her versatility, Lee Jung ha my baby is also here and wow Jin sun kyu really bulked up for this role o, pretty sure the last time I saw him in a drama he was as tiny as a fly. I want his gym contact and fitness regimen 🤣 the husbands being afraid of their wives took me out 🤣 but honestly the treatment of children in this drama is having me side eye everybody cos what do you mean you moved into an area the day before and you're so confident leaving your 6 year old daughter in a shop with a strange man so you could quickly buy something from the next shop lmao you no dey fear? Or is it because the place is kinda rural? As for the parents of teenagers 🤣 you know your daughter is a hormonal boy crazy teen and you're getting her a hot oppa tutor and will obviously leave them together with little to no supervision, hell she's already contacting him in her private time like he's her boyfriend, are they not afraid she'll get groomed by an adult? Maybe they trust her to be sensible and just stay crushing oh well. Hopefully the drama on't be a disappointment storywise

🤣 So far, the story is looking good let's just hope for continuity. Also, the Insurance Company male lead is a favourite of mine. I have been following him since Kiss Sixth Sense so it was really nice seeing him in a totally different role.

Heroes Next Door is my most favourite drama among the currently airing ones. I hope it continues to be so. Looking forward to when the whole group come together.

Saw a video on YouTube of Lee Min Ho and Ji Chang Wook at an award ceremony. I don't think they have been in a drama or movie together before so it was nice seeing them interacting like friends.

Pls guys,does the router need to be on for activation to take place. My friend whom dey installed our routers at the same time 8 days ago is still having issues with his own activation.we've called 217 for activation and still nothing yet.I'm suspecting that the problem he has is because he only has light in the night when he comes back from work and put on his Generator. So maybe activation is been attempted during the day when there's no light to power the router. Is this a possible scenario?

I think so. They asked if ours was on when they called for activation.
