This episode 14 of Phantom Lawyer is so frustrating to watch. I had to pause it to come here and rant. I have rolled my eyes a billions times watching this episode and I am just halfway through. At a point I wanted to scream at the male lead to just burn the talisman. Nonsense.

How can you have heard horrible versions of your father that was contrary to your memory of him yet when you met him after so many years it didn't occur to your stupid mind to get closure, find out what happened. You didn't even care enough for your mother to investigate. Nonsense kind lawyer.

When you now decided to know the kind of person he is, you went and asked the person didn't trust earlier 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦. If I end this episode without fast forwarding it to the end, it will be a miracle. I know they want to use this to lengthen the storyline but it's annoying.

I believe the last 3 episodes of Phantom Lawyer will be about his dad and and chairman of the rival law firm. As bad as the son of the rival firm is, even he will be shocked by the level of his father's evil. I have always suspected him.

Like I said before, I decided to leave perfect crown until it finishes airing. I suddenly didn't feel like watching as it airs. As for yumi's cells, I still haven't seen season 1 & 2 so there's no way I'm going to watch season 3. At this point, I doubt I'll ever watch the drama sef

Your post reminded me that I watched Yumi Cells Season 1 and 2, didn't plan to watch this season but let me try it out.

As for bullying dramas, I may not like them generally, but I really loved and enjoyed Study Group. Excitedly waiting for season 2. So she may act another drama about arranged marriage or another genre that I like but I still won't watch except she is paired with an actor that I really like.

To be fair it's a typical romcom that starts well and sorts of gets boring after the halfway mark but the drama has it's "charm?" 😂 And Kim seulgi who plays the ghost is hilarious

For the Glory, it wasn't the bullying, it was the main lead.

Our Unwritten Seoul, I was able to watch it because of the male lead.

For some weird reason, I am not a fan of some very popular actors and actresses. Not just that, I can go without watching their dramas no matter how popular it is. Mainly because I tried their dramas one time and couldn't get through it.

The Descendants Of The Sun lady ( didn't watch The Glory even though it was very popular cos I just don't get her)

Still shining continues to be unnecessarily depressing. Uri female lead is probably the most spoilt and selfish person I've seen in a while. She only cares about herself and the worst part is she doesn't even know what she wants. Just perpetually sad. Male lead Kuma be like st Stephen the matyr. Just accepting anything life throws at him with no objections tsk tsk. Make the drama do end too abeg

‎Just last week I wondered what would happen if uri phantom lawyer gets possessed by an evil ghost and this week yys complained about his ghost clients being tender hearted lol you better enjoy it.by the way last week I thought esom and her "boss" could be step siblings but we saw her father this week so I guess not, except if she was adopted or something.meanwhile it kills me how the reverend father can literally just walk in and out of their house and his office 😂 at this point, he's a family member. When I was watching In Your Radiant Season, I kept thinking that if you were in the drama, you would have taken away the keys from him and frustrate the director 🤣. Them for finally pursue you from the set.

I agree with you about Still Shining. The female lead is the main problem. Don't know whether the writer will make him end up with the stalker lady.

The hand peeled one is neater/cleaner while the machine peel is dirty and has sands in it.

I've been looking forward to it cos my baby Kim minju finally got a lead role 💃💃 I've been praying for this since izone disbanded. chae jong hyeop was first offered the lead role but he rejected it probably because filming was going to clash with in your radiant season. then rowoon was offered the lead but he preferred to go into the military. Jr finally accepted the role and I'm happy cos they are 2 of my favorite idols turned actors. for now the story is a proper first love drama with all the awkwardness, mistakes, happiness and everything that comes with it. I'm curious to see where the story takes us cos right now I have no idea what direction the story is going, I just hope it doesn't get boring along the way.

‎So love phobia is supposed to be 8 episodes meaning we have 2 weeks left. so basically another drama where they rush everything lol ok I'm here for it as long as it ends early. I hope the boy's dad is not the man that got into an accident with her mom. Obviously, they weren't having an affair but I hope the story doesn't turn into some "oh I can't date you cos your mom made my dad die or something like that". Meanwhile the low budget-ness of the drama kills me 😂 p.s: right now the best thing about the drama for me is the sweet sweet chorus of the song that plays at the end of each episode

Yes, I think his father was the one in the accident with her mother but I don't think he will be angry when he finds out instead he will help her understand what happened because right now, she thinks her mum was having an affair while her father was in the hospital. I am sure that he knows why they were in the car together. My guess is that her mum is connected to his first novel somehow.
How low was the budget for the drama? 🤣🤣. I didn't even know that.

Your thoughts were the same as mine concerning the father. I also thought that the mum abandoned them and followed another man or something. At a point, I thought that the youngest sister's boyfriend would turn out to be his step brother because the father remarried.
I don't think the grandmother should be putting that kind of burden on a young boy who is not family especially since he is close to her family in a way. If it was a stranger that has no form of relationship to her family, I would understand.

I actually loved it.....so far. I didn't know anything about the drama before I started. Let me see how it goes.
You are absolutely right about the male lead. How can you not contact her for 190hours after your first date and you say you like her? But then again, his ex said he doesn't know how to mix dating and working, guess that's why they broke up. She felt neglected. Him go learn him lesson now.
As for the second lead, he was supposed to be rude to her in the beginning so that she calls the whole thing off. That was the essence of the 'gig'. He was standing in for someone. Maybe for money. From the preview of the next episode, he has been found out. She went on a date with someone at his restaurant. Since he is the second lead, I am sure she forgave and forgot.
The first love lawyer guy didn't try too sha. He gave so many sighs as if he still liked her. I understand him moving on sha but he shouldn't have lead her on..

I always had my suspicions about the male lead's dad immediately he came into the scene. I also vividly remember that the older brother received a text message about the dad and was really worried, worried enough to call the younger brother that he had abandoned. I am sure that the story for why he left his brother for years will be that he was protecting him 😏. And he couldn't tell him 'why' when they met as adults. Anyway, let's see how next week's episodes will be.

I know I have trust issues but tell me why I think the female lead's friend/business manager will stab her in the back. She just has this "I will betray you if you leave me for another person" face. If she doesn't, it will be nice.

I was confused in the first episode:

-the female lead was there when the explosion took place, how did the boyfriend's sister in Korea get the news of his 'death' so fast?

-since she was already there, even if she got a call that he was dead, why didn't she search for his body to see for herself?

- did she lose her memory, how come she can't recognise her boyfriend?

-did he change his surname, how come she didn't recognise the name?

Luckily, all the questions were answered in episode 1. Thank God for that.

Apparently, she was dating an idiot. Thinking about it, I would say that she was dating the male lead but just didn't know it. Almost all her communications were with him, he bought her the gift she so much cherish ( wait o, this pen no day finish? Over 7 years and it's still working. Abeg o), even her first I Love You was to him.
I love the drama. So far so good. Looking forward to the next episodes.
