At this point I will say we have absolutely the same taste in drama (maybe Chinese though) I'm just watching the first and the last 5 minutes of the drama from episode 17. Don't let me even start with against the current.
How is love menu or whatever now? I haven't watch the last 5 episodes. Is it picking up now?

Then I can't wait for you to start Prisoner Of Beauty. Don't know how you will feel about A Splendid Match but I really enjoyed it.

I still haven't watched Where The Mask Ends since episode 18 where she started talking about divorcing the male lead. I was like "from where?" 🤦🤦. Maybe I will continue sha.

Concerning our one million episodes drama, the female lead and her mother are still annoying. The younger sister has left her marriage but the husband is refusing to divorce her unless she pays him millions of dollars. While his parents are blackmailing her step father.

At the request of the female lead, the male lead went to beg his mother that he hasn't spoken to for 8years to forgive him and accept their relationship. She eventually agreed but gave him documents to sign off his inheritance which he did. She didn't stop there, she the secretly destroyed his restaurant business. Her reason? To bring him to his knees and see if his girlfriend will still be with him if he is poor. 🤦🤦. I never see this kind wicked mother before.

Currently watching the Chinese drama Where The Mask Ends and I must say that after watching episode 16, which was so good that I watched it twice, I started feeling as if the drama will go downhill from there. Why did I feel that way? Firstly, every secret was revealed in that episode, the death was not necessary in my opinion, she should have been alive to know the truth and who her real mother was, that would have been the best karma. Her death was too easy. Anyway, another reason is that I am still traumatised by Against The Current, which was soooooo good before their wedding but then started dropping in my opinion. I remember complaining about the female lead's attitude towards the male lead, well it never got better. If I knew, I would have stopped at scene where the imperial order for the marriage was read.

So my dilemma now, should I voluntarily stop watching Where The Mask Ends? Or just continue and take whatever happens? 🤦

I honestly wish I could get the writer of a love other than yours in front of me so I can give her a very dirty slap because what kind of story is this one. I've watched dramas where the main leads are annoying but at least the story was good e.g the interest of love, when a man loves, golden triangle or whatever hell even the very boring summer something something lol I can't remember the name. Those dramas frustrated me but the story still made sense, this one is just rubbish makjang upon makjang. The 4 main leads are all mad and the story is silly. The more i watch the more I wonder why mido and Namgoong started dating in the first place, they never should have dated, there's so much heaviness between them, first it's he gave up his dream, then his mom is a criminal, mido is giving her money, mido is taking care of his step siblings, now they had to add her father died "because of him" and of course Namgoong blames himself for her father's death, mido also blames herself for her father's death. Keep in mind, they have never discussed these feelings even after knowing each other since they were 7 or 8 and they are currently 36 like make it make sense. Also they had to bring the adult raging at a kid due to grief 🙄 I absolutely hated it when Hwang in youp's mother in family by choice did that rubbish and now mido's mom also said silly things to a child but still went on to raise the same child she accused of killing her husband??! 🤨 make it make freaking sense! Mido's elder brother and his wife and son are seeing a therapist for counseling but somehow nobody has suggested it that mido see a therapist? Male and female leads are stupid idiots that should have broken up long ago cos they're just holding each other captive in the name of love. 2nd male lead is an immature mumu that keeps acting like a 12 year old boy trying to impress a girl, they should have at least made his character cooler than Namgoong cos what kind of adult picks fights everywhere and cannot control his emotions 🙆‍♀️ 2nd female lead is in lust with the male lead and has willingly thrown her brain away🤡 at least she's cute lol. Mido's elder brother is a loser, her younger brother has no ambition because his girlfriend died of cancer (lovely cameo by my girl Kim Yoon hye by the way), mido's nephew is a spoilt brat. Anyway I'm very envious of everyone that has dropped this drama cos I'm just here watching rubbish and I can't wait for it to end. By the way, how does Namgoong's mom keep giving birth to boys🤣 I swear the writer of this drama must be high. She clearly hates her characters

Dive into you is another very silly drama. The writing is just really terrible. At least I knew from episode 1 that the drama would have no sense or logic so I'm not even pissed. I just hope the drama has only 10 episodes and ends next week 😩🤣 I was right that the director was the villain 💀 mtcheww. I know the drama doesn't make sense but I don't understand how the twins exchange souls but still act like themselves in the other person's body🙄 if it was the first time I would have given them a pass but this is not the first time, you know you are in each other's body. Is it that hard for haru to pretend to be Hana and vice versa? Haru keeps using hana's body to act as his rough self while Hana in haru's body is extremely meek and almost dumb meanwhile the real Hana isn't even a meek character so I don't get why Haru plays her that way, I'm guessing it's for comedic effect but they are legit not funny

There was only one drama I dropped halfway while it was airing and I later on went back to finish it (I can't even remember what drama that was🤣🤣) that's why I tend to be very choosy before picking a drama (even though that doesn't mean all the dramas end up being good 🤣) once I start, I must finish 😭

I dropped a drama when it was 1 episode to the last🤣🤣🤣🤣. Sometimes, I force myself through even if it's bad but most times, I just give up.

I have watched it. Our female lead and her mother are still annoying as usual. Her married younger sister's part is hilarious. You will love her married life. 🤣🤣 (It's not supposed to be funny, but because it's her, it is).

You know when she was dragging yeye matter with the lawyer, she had a pen recorder she was carrying about to record their conversations to use against him well she also had the pen with her when they kissed. She forgot about it and gave the pen to namgung to record a conversation with his fraudster of a mother so namgung listened to all the recordings, her conversations with the lawyer from beginning to end. It's a pity you've dropped the drama cos that scene was delicious

‎Yassss when namgung played the recording in a love other than yours I was so excited. I was just screaming let everything burn and scatter. I loved it. At first when mido and the lawyer kissed I was happy cos finally they could stop boring me with their loud fights in each other's face when all they want to do is screw each other but they went right back to being boring and unnecessary but the recorder made things exciting again. The only thing that's annoying me is that this is just episode 6 which means there's still a long way to go and I'm worried that namgung will forgive her and they will still remain a couple 😩 if we were left with 2 episodes I would have been confident that they were breaking up and the drama was ending but now I'm not sure. I really really do hope they break up forever. I finally got my answer to the question I asked after episode 4. Mido is definitely not or no longer in love with namgung. I have zero tolerance for cheaters and I don't care if you're going through the most depressing midlife crisis ever, cheating is a no no and like I always say anyone who can cheat on you can basically kill you cos look at that woman coming back from making out with another man and acting innocent like the world's best girlfriend ever! Tufiakwa, anyone who can look you in the face and lie like that can also kill you as far as I'm concerned. I know she'd like to convince herself that all her tears were regretful but I think she was crying because she realized that if they broke up she would have been the person responsible for the destruction of their long-term relationship. This is why I'm always a fan of breaking up if you're not happy cos if they had broken up there would have been no reason for all of this hurt. Anyway she doesn't love him she just feels responsible for him cos she knows his history. If they met as adults they would have broken up tey tey. As for him, I guess time will tell. For now I can't say if he genuinely loves her or if he's with her because he placed her on a pedestal as his hero from childhood. Again just like I said before it is either he loves her cos he idolizes her and thinks she's all he needs or he idolizes her because he actually loves her. Whatever the case, if this drama ends in him forgiving her and them getting back together, I'll be very pissed. My favorite parts of the drama is starting to be the boys hangout scenes. Lol they're hilarious and Gabriel/sangsu and his challenges are just 😩🤣. I wonder what this hurt and betrayal would do to namgung's friendship with her brothers. I'm so sad for him🥺 What in the evilness is namgung's mother tho OMG she is such an awful person and to think she has another child with her to traumatize. God abeg! I really hope namgung has plans to collect that boy from her. It might be difficult since he's not a biological sibling but omo no child deserves that woman. Oh dear God I hope Mr 2nd male lead lawyer doesn't become the person that helps namgung free himself or the kid from his mom legally. Lmao I'll be doubly pissed if they end up working together eww 🤣🤣.

‎After last week I already knew dive into you was not a drama I could take seriously lol. Pretty much only watching it for the cast and the fact that I already started it. Apart from the fact that it's a cheap imitation of lovely runner. A lot of the happenings in the drama are very illogical and there's no point trying to understand it. They copied lovely runner even down to the name cos there male lead was sunjae here male lead is woojae 🤣😩  So Hana is not the target of the stalker after all it's woojae because he got the gold medal and the girl🙄 if I start to question every logic in this drama we go sleep here. At least the soul swapping has ended (I hope). I'll just off my brain and enjoy what I can from the drama and right now the only thing worth enjoying is the intro theme song and the Japanese theme song lol I remember being shocked in episode 1 that a Korean drama was using a Japanese theme song. I might be wrong but I think this is my first time seeing something like this. I have zero expectations of this drama. If it turns out good, great, bad, boring or bleh it literally makes no difference to me

@ toykathy, see our 1 million episodes drama that we are managing oh, these people keep pushing it forward with one excuse or the other. Only God knows when this drama will eventually end. To think that I really loved where it ended last time. Looking forward to it tomorrow sha.

You just echoed my thoughts when I also watched the drama. That death scene was so stupid. I was just saying "why was she not calling the police?". All that time she spent banging on the door, she could have called for help, either the police or the apartment security. His own action too was so stupid like you said. Had it been that he survived, they should have fired him after he recovers and gets discharged from the hospital.

Been watching spring of blade. ML is a top actor while FL is breaking into the industry with some mad series. She did well in legend of female general.

The first episode was what pulled me in. I was like which kind of stubborn family is this? (Where the female lead's family were killing themselves cos they would rather die than be made prostitutes). And seeing that the kindness she and her mother showed ended up saving her life.


I actually thought you would like it because I remember your complaint about Prisoner Of Beauty was that they made the female lead smarter than the male lead. In this one, the male lead is a 4D chess player. Very smart.

This one too have mixed reviews. Some loved the first half of the drama and hated the second half, others loved the whole drama. And then, they are those that felt it was overrated. I will watch it and make up my own mind sha cos I have seen dramas that I really loved the someone will come and tear it apart and mis-analyse it in my opinion.

Against the current FL can't be compared with that one abeg. Her reasons her too solid. Don't forget she was not even in love with the young master plus the fact that she was rejected when she needed his family the most

Talking about our sister in Against The Current, I understand her issue with his family but they shouldn't drag it out so that they don't miss out on the romance aspect of the drama.

Same here o. I deleted it immediately after watching the first 10 min of the drama. I don't know what's in it that got people talking but I sha know that this drama ain't meant for me.

My all time favorites are pursuit of Jade and Tale of dark River. I'm currently on Who Rule the world. Not the best but it's manageable

I will try Pursuit Of Jade soon. Haven't heard of the other one.

Although the female lead in the Chinese drama has a valid reason to act out but she should do and wrap it up. They should not drag that aspect of the story abeg.

When I first heard about SEO Kang Joon and ahn eunjin getting cast in a love other than yours, I was very excited cos obviously I love them but after reading the plot of the story I got a bit worried cos the plot reminded me of one of SEO Kang joon's drama the third charm which I absolutely disliked. There's nothing as annoying and frustrating as 2 people tolerating themselves through a long term relationship when they should have broken up tey tey. So I'm very worried that this drama might turn out to be as unpleasant as that drama for me. For now though, the drama is just 2 episodes and onto a good start, I'm just going to pray that it doesn't end up being like the third charm especially since it's the same actor. Long term relationships are weird and honestly it's either it ends up in marriage or a break up and imagine dating someone for 10 years, breaking up would feel like such a waste of time (even though it shouldn't) and some people will make the mistake of thinking marriage will fix their problems just like namgung is doing now especially since they've been friends from childhood even before they started dating but marriage without fixing the issue is just rubbish. Another annoying thing for me is the fact that I can actually relate to both of them and both of them have valid reasons to do what they do. For the guy, he's obviously in love with her, has been all his life and he feels fulfilled knowing that she chose him, he's satisfied and feels like he can do anything for her so why should that change, she's literally his dream girl and he's being selfish just like every normal human being will be but he's not actually seeing the fact that she's not really happy, hell I think he sees it but is turning a blind eye to it cos that's just human nature tbh. As for the female lead, she's not living her dream, not fulfilled with work so there's obviously no way she won't feel like a burden to her boyfriend who has a "stable" Job. Hell it's basically what happens to everyone, if you don't feel fulfilled in any aspect of your life there's no way you can be a good girlfriend, spouse, daughter, sister, brother, parent, friend anything without making a conscious effort to be so this isn't even about romantic relationships. I can promise you that if she had a thriving career, they wouldn't be having this issue. By that time the problem would probably be that they're too busy that they don't have time to meet each other (problems no dey finish for this life😭🤣)
