You guys should evaluate your current credentials as is with WES, prepare and take your IELTS exams then get in the pool ASAP. Whenever your husband gets the current degree, he can update. Get the in pool now as advised by most immigration lawyers cos as soon as FSW draws resumes, those in the pool will smile.

Anyone of them is fine be it UPS, DHL or FedEx. Depends on the one your alma mata uses. When I did mine, the lady advised me to use DHL cos their pickup from transcript office was daily whilst the other two would normally visit, days apart or something.

Birth certificates for dependent children are required according to the checklist and there is a clear placeholder for them. Maybe your friend could try pleading for leniency on compassionate grounds, for example if they have multiple children and duplicated one of the BCs in error when uploading. You can only try, you never know, maybe also contact an immigration lawyer. They could also check again to be 100% sure of what they uploaded....it could be a VO error.

Go meet with the HR to understand his POV. If after the meeting, he's able to convince you of the debt, then work out a repayment plan suitable with you, he can't force you to repay at once. The government of the day - LASG and FG (IG of Police) did not manage the entire EndSars protest professionally. The brute force that was used to disperse the protest at Lekki toll gate was the only option left for the Government at that point in time and these are my reasons.
1. Why is nobody reporting that the government allowed the protest to last for over 2 weeks in lagos, Abuja and several other cities meaning that the govt. recognizes the right to protest.
2. Why is nobody talking about how the protest at the toll gate gave birth to many other protest sites in several parts of lagos and was making normal life unbearable for other citizens due to road blocks and all.
3. Why is nobody talking about how the protest have degenerated into a crisis situation with prison break, burning of Police stations, killing of police men, looting and destruction etc. As at 7pm of 20.10.20, over 30 police stations in Lagos was on fire and several policemen killed.
Last but not the least, the people that were at the lekki toll gate protest venue at the time of arrival of the military cannot be said to be law abiding. They were defying a government imposed curfew which is to take effect by 4pm that day.
Citizens have all right to protest but the government should also be up and doing in managing the overall security situation in the communities. My 2 cents

How can the school send what they claim not to have seen? I opted out of using EXT because the lady in my school advised against it for stories such as this. EXT would have made life a lot easier but you know how our people love to frustrate fellow humans.

Real DoB: 1st June 1995
Dob on Transcript: 1st June 1994

I searched online and found out that WES includes the DoB on my Transcript in my evaluation and my University insists there is nothing they can do about it. I would really like some advice on what I can do to fix this, thanks.

Same thing happened to me. Just use it like that and make sure you have your birth cert handy to support the error. Apparently, Nigerian schools say they don't mess with DOBs cos when students got into school, they were still innocent and sincere and gave the right DOB but somewhere along the line, decided to add or remove years or months to suit their objectives. It's not the school's fault, lots of people have abused the system.

Hello guys, So this thing has been bothering me for quite a while now and I would like to have someone else's idea on it.

In my mid 20's currently undergoing a masters program at a Russian University (Somewhere around Moscow). Online because of the pandemic. The masters is a full scholarship with a little stipend calculated by your grades.
Now the borders are open and I have the opportunity of being there physically. Its kind of mandatory right now even. The scholarship is supposed to last 2 years with a mandatory third year where you will have to work for the school as payment for your scholarship. While studying you get paid, little money though, lets say 200k in conversion to naira. While working (On your third year) you also get paid but this depends on the role you interviewed for and your skill level. The masters is in Data Science and that is also my field.

But the only problem now is I just got a really good job here in the country that pays lets say about half a million. With my current projections, I could level up a bit more and settle down in 2 years

Now this current amount is more than what I will get paid in Russia both as a student or as a worker for the next 3 years (According to my projection). However, the school will cover accommodation, so the stipends are just for feeding, coffee, movies and dates, etc.

Do you think the masters is worth me giving up such a opportunity in Nigeria for the abroad?

In a nutshell, do you think having a foreign masters certificate is worth it?

Bro, get the hell out of Nigeria. Trust me you will be glad you took the decision to leave. However, do remember that you are gonna be paid by the hour wherever you find yourself in Europe or america so be very ready to fold your sleeves and work. You will watch yourself grow and progress. #500k here might seem like a lot to you right now but it's actually nothing.

The decision is yours but as for me. I'd say take off.

Those that said the first set of draws are going to be above 480 are just being realistic, it doesn't mean they don't want good for you. But y'all always defensive + offensive as usual, seeing everyone that analyze things differently as your village people.

Approaching the pool stats in a mathematical POV shows that the CRS of the first set of draws would be high before it then drops back to the norm, the only reason why it won't happen that way is if IRCC decides to kuku pack all of us at once, doing a MEGA draw. It's even possible that the CRS cut off will later drop to as low as 400, as long as the draws happen consecutively for a long period of time.

So let's be optimistic as we've always been but it's important to be realistic too. Even me wey dey separate fight never enter pool, we go dey alright Las Las
