I have been talking to a guy recently..We have known for years but lost contact and reconnected again 3months ago and I honestly do like him alot(I think he likes me too)....
When I asked him what he really wanted, he said "I dont want a relationship, I like you and just want you around"..
To me,its selfish and seems like torture to my emotions going with the facts that I'm beginning to have catch feelings..
I'm so confused now, what do I do??

If he wants to be just friends then be that, you don't have to start nursing feelings for him but do make sure you don't become too attached.
You can be friends with someone without having feelings, that doesn't mean anyone you can't date, you cut off.

Exactly! I've always been like 'Nigeria will be better' and I'm doing fine myself but I received sense and changed my mindset just few months ago. Nigeria can never get better, now I've started my journey to PR. The earlier the better!!! Later in the future, some people will regret not taking their chances to leave this country or at least, have a second home, just in case.

Because I hear some people saying they get up to 40 even in practice and maintain scores between 35-40 when practicing and I'll be asking myself is it not the same Cambridge or YouTube materials I'm also practicing that is so tough especially the YouTube listening, its very difficult to score 35 without repeating the audio talk more of 38

It's not entirely true that it's very difficult. Just as @jacknn said, concentration is very key. If you loose focus for just two seconds, it will definitely hurt your score. I did mine once too and got LRSW 8.5,8,7.5,7.
Try www.ieltstestsonline.com, the site was of great help to me.

People have become so dubious nowadays that they can do anything to be seen as a victim. Why would JAMB just hate him from 2019 till date by constantly changing one man's scores. Make una fear God

use the crs tool to simulate your scores. Your age is too high and your crs scores will be low.
If your wife is younger she should be primary applicant if she has the degrees and experience or you learn French and also improve your ielts or look if you qualify for pnp

Age is too high? The max age without a point is 45yrs sir, some provinces select candidates between the age range of 21- 55yrs

I'd advise you improved your IELTS scores for listening and reading. However, do try creating your profile though, PNP may favour you.

I got my ielts result today, my 2nd attempt- L9, R9,W7.5, S7.
My first attempt was L7.5, R9,W7, S7.5. I lost more than 50 points in my CRS score due to the 7.5 in listening.

Nope. That's wrong. You don't pay anything before, during or after creating your EE profile. Can you share a screenshot or link of this info?

My first IELTS was in Nov. 2019 and the result was a disaster. I had Listening:7 Reading:6 Writing:7.5 Speaking:8. I was very disappointed in the Listening and Reading as I felt I put in all my best in the preparation. In retrospect, I think I focused majorly on Writing.

Our CRS score was 375 or so and we were pursuing PNPs. When the PNP-Saskatchewan route fell apart due to COVID, our relative lost his job, we then resolved I should retake the IELTS.

I did the paper-based version of the exam in June 2020. So this time around I prepared for Listening and Reading with a different approach. I solved all the Cambridge IELTS Past Questions that I could lay my hands on. I remembered watching one of Liz's videos on Youtube and she said: "The Listening test is a test of plurals". You have to learn to listen for plurals if you want a band 8 and above. That statement stuck with me all through my preparation. I observed that it's very difficult for me to get a pluralized word whilst listening. So I constantly check the context of the word and try to add the 's'. That strategy didn't work all the time during the preparation as I missed some questions by adding 's'.

On the day of the exam, I kept revising all the strategies I had written down whilst preparing but this 'plural' strategy was something I knew is not 100% certain. I kept praying that God should guide me through making the right decision because I knew the "test of plural" will surely come out. My wife and little children were also praying back at home. She kept telling me to revise my Listening as if they will repeat questions. .

So after the Listening test, there was a question I wasn't sure either to append 's' on the compound word or not. I thought about it but was not convinced. So while doing the Reading, a phrase jumped at me with exactly the same construction as the Listening question I was doubting, and 's' was added to the word. Meanwhile, you are not supposed to flip to the Listening section answer sheet (they use the same answer sheet for both Listening and Reading) once you have started the Reading. And now that I'm sure I needed to add 's', what should I do? I ascertained no invigilator was watching me and I affixed the 's' to the word and continued my Reading section.

The results came out as Listening:8, Reading:7.5, Writing:7.5, Speaking:7.5. If I had not done what I did, I'd not have gotten 8 in Listening and that results would have been useless. And that'd have ended my Canadian dream. I know it's Prayer that did that for me.

Our CRS jumped to 446 immediately after that. Wife also did and had Listening:7, Reading:7, Writing:6.5, Speaking: 7. The CRS increased to 464 and we got picked up by Ontario in October last year and got the nomination in March this year. It's been a draining and stressful journey so far but at the centre of it for us is PRAYER. AOR: 28th April 2021. #prayerworks #foreverhoepful #Godisable

Don't get me wrong, I never joke with prayers. My point is, if you don't put in the works and just pray the scores will magically change, it will NOT!. God is Holy and will not cheat on anyone's behalf. That was my point.

I know a few that helped me a great deal. My first attempt was overall band 8.0, so it's very possible to ace it in one sitting. Just be very purposeful in your learning and practice. we are all learners and please note there are no shortcuts.

Finally, IQAS evaluation is out... Bachelor of Law evaluated as First Professional University degree attracts same points as a Masters degree!!!

Transcripts sent by university on 25th May 2021 via courier delivery (DHL)
Transcripts delivered by DHL on the 1st June 2021
Application Received and Status changed to "pending for transcripts" on 15th june 2021
Status changed to " inline for processing" on 26th july 2021
Status changed to " final review" on 27th july 2021
Status remained " final review" but status date was updated on 10th august 2021.
Since I noticed the status date had changed, I suspected it must have been concluded even though it's not fluctuating yet..so I did the fluctuations stuff and behold, I got the certificate.

Weren't you informed of verification? WES sent mine for verification. The whole process took almost 2months to conclude from start to finish.

It takes years to become current especially for F4, as for your question. Yes you can track it but won't see any progress for now.
Check here https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do. You dad will receive a case number or sometime. With that you can track. Usually starts with "WAC" or some other prefix, depending on the processing centre. If you are lucky and they push your file to Potomac, Vermont that have shorter processing times then you'd be surprised but if it goes to California, my friend you will wait for 11-14yrs.
