I came in with 3 cartons of Indomie Onion. I don’t know about chicken flavor . Also meat is not allowed. Come with as much food as you want to especially if u have children. Groceries are not cheap here .

Besides there is no penalty for carrying food, so long as it is permitted.

Couldn't find onion flavor alone, what I saw was chicken onion flavor.

I know some guys that brought Indomie without issues but not sure if this was Chicken, You can reserve that space for other food items like Ogbono and the likes that are pricey in African stores. You will get indomie cheap in African stores. I buy a carton for 20 dollars.

Can't really say how true that is but the person liaising with FRSC on my behalf did mention that they may or may not include a Canadian address. Will let you know if it flies without an address.

Timeline:
Eligibility passed Jan/Feb 2021 (called to find out)
....then came another covid lockdown.

Upfront re-med done February 2022. Sent via webform and mail to VO. Reviewed and passed March 1. Ghost update on next day, March 2. I was so excited only to check application and see my medical went back to you do not need a medical. Raised webform and mail on 8th March. Medical passed again on 9 March.

Upfront PCC - (sent via webform & mail)
Renewed passport - (sent via webform and mail)

In between, I did mails and webforms requesting they initiate security.

ADR for schedule A (imm 5669) received June 7. Submitted June 8, received acknowledgement mail same day and status changed from uploaded to reviewing(never went to N/A)

Called IRCC June 13 via Viber, was told background check in progress. Found out security not started but criminality passed, background check completed.

Ghost update July 9 (after the internet outage on Friday), assumed security passed. Also received a mail replying 5 webforms I had sent.

Called July 13, was told everything passed, decision made and when the visa officer is ready, they will send a mail (could be soon or months).

RECEIVED THE GOLDEN MAIL July 15, 2022.

I know it's not easy to wait especially when there's no timeline in sight. I pray we all get what we are waiting for.

It depends on the type of infinix. major LTE bands in Canada are 2,4,5,7,12,13,17 and 29.
@canadahome, you need to confirm if your phone has this bands .
If it has the LTE bands, it will work just fine .

You can also check the telecoms providers available in Ontario and their specific bands .

So I just received my PPR. It has been such a long and arduous journey. It is close to nine months after my first ppr and subsequent addition of my spouse. I wish those still about to get their PPR a resounding goodluck in your journey. Just hang in there, it would get to us all. And to @GraciousWords, thanks for all you do for the community here.

Please who can help me out, RSUST has been frustrating to send confirmation of result to WES back they keep posting every time my husband goes, now we get an email saying our WES File is on hold till the school responds. This Rivers university people are a nightmare, who else has gone through this with them, to send the result was war since november now to send the confirmation back another one.
