giselle237: you should complete the application form. When you are done and only then will you get to the payment stage Thanks Giselle. Please any preferred day 2 and day 8 provider with the best cost? I would need to book for self, wife and 5 year old child. The ranges I have seen so far are from 96 GBP and upwards. |

LadyBlaq: Congrats owee! God has done it for you.
Please sharetimeline please...
I know you are an April applicant but I am not sure of the date, liver is cutting me oooo Applied April 11th >NSE Request April 23rd>MER June 17th>BVL & PPR June 23rd I will send a detailed timeline this weekend as work would not let me put my thoughts together during the week(hence only key milestones above). A lot happened between each of these dates you see above from ghost updates, web forms to emails to request for gcms notes to cbsa notes(only yesterday). NB: This is my 3rd application. Previous 2 were refused so you will agree with me that it was a long journey. |

EmeeNaka: Congrats o. But what about the Medicals? You have done it? Or you got PPR without it. Bro, yet to do the new medicals but sent the one I had which is still valid through next month to them via mails and webforms. Basically asked them to use it as it was still valid and I could not do a new one immediately. |

Lekiboboe: I asked this question From a Medical officer last week , she said and I quote, If you collect the first Jab of Vaccine, you have to wait for 3-months before you collect the second jab Not sure this is entirely applicable in all cases. I know someone who had the first dose in May and is already scheduled to have the second one in June. |

Mofolam: If you stay in Lagos just go there. Act like u have an appointment for that day but u weren’t able to pay. Let them knOw you are ready to pay. The worse that can happen is that they say no. My cousin did that for iom and it worked Seems like a good idea. However, already booked for 7th July but need it fastracked. Will give it a shot regardless. |

EmeeNaka: I think you can call Qlife number and explain your need. I think they can book you for nearer date for some extra charges. Thanks.I already did but they did not give a favorable response and asked that I try IOM whose earliest date is late July. |

owee: Hi everyone. Does anyone have a prescheduled medical exam at Qlife for the coming week but will not make it and want to swap bookings with me for the 7th of July? Kindly hit me up. Anyone here who can help pls? Also, is it possible to gate crash the medicals at Qlife with the IME form and seek to do it same day? ( I’ve already booked for a date in July though). |

Legacyedition: If it will expire in August, you will still have to do another one before you enter Canada. Please don't delay your application cos of 40k. Kindly go ahead with the new medicals and get your love letter. Okay? I will send the current one as its still valid but will go ahead and book another as the last one was on 1st August. Regardless, like you said a valid one should be required for entry into Canada. |

Hello Guys,
I got an email this morning. Thinking it was BVL (liver failed me as I was expecting two emails in quick succession as people normally get here). behold it was a medical request. Note that I had submitted upfront medical (expires in August) while applying in April (also got NSE request in late April). Not sure what to do atm. Should I resend the medical form via web form and emails or request for a new medical at Qlife?
Your advise pls.
Cc: @Lekkiboboe, Justmellow, Frankrobbin and all comrades pls |

Does IRCC normally indicate "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam", before updating the status to pass? This is if you submitted upfront medicals along with your application initially. Please advise if you've also noticed this. |

Ketima: Shey decision can be made without eligibility review showing started?
I want to stop checking the cic website and wait for the usual good double emails. Lol
I don't tire to the log in thrice a day. If you can. Checking that gckey multiple times daily can be unnerving. The best indicator of a significant change in your application is an email notification. And for the final decision … those BVL related emails. |

Tutu82: I cannot advise you to change your dates but i can tell you that Test to release is day 5 so if it’s negative on day 6 you are free to roam around.
I can also say that £129 (74K)you will pay for it,you can use to shop in Primark and buy gifts like chocolates/Souvenirs for people back home....or go to the stadium as i know you men and your football!!!.So you choose. Seriously considering the test to release option. Would children also need to take the tests? Hmmm @ £129 x each family member? |
