Tuesday is a public holiday, Monday as well.
I got calls from HR on Friday and mails for Competency Based Interview subsequently, Scheduled for Wednesday.
Would still Love to know about the pay for the role, coz i'll definitely ask politely by Wednesday.

For the;


-Function Specific section: Gather enough knowledge on the role you're applying for.

- Abstract reasoning: (The shapes that needs you to understand its pattern, and decipher accurately the subsequent pattern), study GMAT Abstract reasoning, it should prepare you well enough.


-Verbal reasoning: Study your vocabularies well

Ps: The sections are arranged in the format/sequence you'd meet them in during your assessment.

Also make sure you carefully read the instructions and ask questions where you have difficulty understanding.

Mine was sent a day after my Test.

This was after I was told by the staff that administered the Test to expect it before the end of that week.

Please anyone with idea on wat the role of sales representative is in MTN. And how much they pay?

The role is explicitly spelt out in the recruitment advert under the Job description section.

I am particularly keen on finding out:

1-The pay for the advertised role
2-The benefits that come with the role, (Fringe benefits and others)
3- If the pay includes a commission structure?

4-Although plainly stated on the advert (Entry level and Full time) , i would love to reconfirm that the position is Full-time and not Contract/Associate.

Like, what should I expect?

The Test basically was spilt into three sections:

First Section....Function Specific Test (Sales Related) : 40 questions 26 minutes
Second Section....Abstract reasoning: 5 questions.....7 minutes

Third Section.....Verbal Reasoning (Sentence completion).....5 questions....7 minutes

I don't know if it's my past experience that makes me patient about these things. I have been in a recruitment were it took 4 years from advert to offer letter. Year three we were asked to go and do medical and we were all excited that in weeks we'd resume. We had to wait a solid one year for the final offer to come and another 4 months to resume

4 years is quite a span in time, one would need gracious patience to wait that out, i pray things run swiftly smooth regarding this,one can be patient but then i'd rather opt for better.

Some of those that wrote weeks back got regret email yesterday.

A friend that wrote after the 14th also got a regret mail today.
