Basically what you need is SPEED AND ACCURACY, The timer is not your friend, try not to spend more than a minute on a question, Dragnet doesn't offer that luxury.

if only Dragnet's aptitude test for Mobil recruitment could be reviewed like this, especially that Abstractly Abstract reasoning, I for just dey read dey go.

The test was very similar if not thesame with the NSE GT recruitment I did earlier last year.

Anyways while we prepare for NNPC interviews, there's no harm in recalling and getting the right knowledge about some questions from the assessment, there's no harm still, in sharing interview tips and thoughts.

if you're interested in the reviews "like I am" you could either read and learn without commenting, read and learn + commend the author of the post, or read and contribute,

if on the other hand you're uninterested, please kindly scroll past the post.

please how do i print my CBT invitation letter from my email? there is no link. and they need the one that has your passport and the barcode. Help please.

if you're using your Gmail app, at the top right corner of your mail window, you would see three tiny circles,
1-Click on them, (there's a print option,)

2-Click on "Print", (a different window would come up,)
3-Click the PDF button to save as PDF, (you could change your document size from letter which is in 3-pages to legal if you want your invite to appear on 2-pages.

After you generate a PDF version of your invite, you can print from a PC using the conventional method.

, Get qualified never contacted most folks after the mail from Rainoil, notifying applicants of a supposed mail for subsequent stages of the recruitment.
I did a quick check on my existent profile with getqualified, created during the WEMA Bank graduate trainee recruitment, found it still active, also found the Rainoil recruitment on my job applications but no link to proceed with Rainoil's recruitment test.

Painfully I feel this is a repeat of what a handful of applicants suffered during the WEMA Bank graduate trainee recruitment handled by Getqualified.
The fate of affected persons, that I painfully happen to be amongst is still unknown.
#in the dark.

Ps: I did a mail to Getqualified, copied the recruiter but got no feedback.

GENERAL TEST INSTRUCTIONS:


When you arrive, checks will be conducted for prohibited items at the gate of the test venue and entrance into the test hall. 


When you are cleared from the gate, you are required to do a quick biometric registration and candidates are advised to dress presentably as pictures taken during biometric registration are made available to the client.

 


The test is timed, and will last approximately one hour.

Am not trying to Mislead nobody, am sharing what I know from what I've been able to gather, I still stand to be corrected as I can't be too sure.
i called the contact line on the aptitude test invite mail, she wasn't specific.
Two things are in play here,
Graduate Trainees are usually recruited directly by most banks and as Full Staff,
Workforce on the other hand is an Outsourcing firm, hence my uncertainty.

did your HR contact mention anything like a 1-3 year probation before consideration for a Full Staff position?

its a full time job.. most companies now outsource their recruitment process to companies.. its a graduate trainee program so its a full time job.

it's a contract staff position, I asked a friend who works as customer service person for Sterling. Also confirmed from his Supervisor.

Hi guys, please does anyone know if this Graduate Trainee Recruitment is for a Full Staff position?

I know WorkForce as an outsourcing firm that recruits and outsources contract staff for Sterling, still not clear if the recruitment is for a Full or Associate Staff position as the Job as didn't state this.
Any concrete info would be most welcome.


Ps:. I am in PH with Enugu as my Test Location, and currently a Contract (outsourced) Staff with Diamond bank.

Please i need your assistance ooo, i designed a word logo on canva to be placed on website but could not make it transparent, as if i place the logo , it will eat a chunk of space, i opted for canva advanced, still not possible, then i went to Adobe illustrator to design, but the recommended size was being too small and literally invisible on the website
