PoliticsRe: Soldiers Arrest CJTF Members With Guns At Boundary Between Taraba And Benue.PICS by Oxalic(m): 8:55pm On Jan 09, 2018
The hypocrisy and wickedness of Buhari far exceed that of the Devil. Even Satan himself will be disgusted with Buhari.
PoliticsRe: Soldiers Arrest CJTF Members With Guns At Boundary Between Taraba And Benue.PICS by Oxalic(m): 8:41pm On Jan 09, 2018
The army should release them asap. Those are members of CJTF set up to facilitate the implementation of the Bill since the NPF refused to act. The task force is backed by the Bill. If only the army will be quick in arresting herdsmen like this. Buhari is truly a bigot.
PoliticsRe: Fulani Herdsmen: Presidency Has Abandoned Us - Benue Governor, Ortom Cries Out by Oxalic(m): 10:46am On Jan 08, 2018
seunmsg:
There is already an anti open grazing law in Benue state similar to what Fayose enacted in Ekiti state. Implementing the law by the law enforcement agencies is however the problem. This is why state police is inevitable in Nigeria. Governors make laws for the peace and security of their States without having the means to enforce the laws. This are the kind of issues that the call for restructuring should address. In the interim, I will advice the governor to raise and arm a local militia group to meet force with force. Any Fulani herdsmen seen with arms or suspected to be part of the killing gang should be shot at sight.

The president must also stop his pretentious stand and address this issue of criminal herdsmen once and for all. The killings are too much and the presidents silence and inaction is no longer tolerable. The military should be deployed to the state to fish out the criminal herdsmen who are commuting genocide in Benue, Taraba, Kaduna and Adamawa state. Buhari should be bold enough to be the president of Nigeria and not the president of Fulani people alone.
Thank you so much for this wonderful comment. This is what Benue politicians should be telling Buhari. But no they will chicken out.

It's quite disheartening, bro.

Things are spiralling our of control indeed.

Pity we do not have the kind of leaders that will back a pro middle belt move at this point.

I lost hope in this current crop of leathers the day Lalong vehemently opposed the anti-grazing bill proposed by Plateau youths. The idiot cited that his reason for doing so was because the proposed bill had elements of criminality.

Very useless man.

Guess we need to change those APC goons, if we must make any progress. They are all scared of their oga at the top.
We need to change the present crop of leaders in the Middle Belt. This is exactly what i have on my mind. It is very possible. Already, i have started the campaign online and offline, and the response am getting from the youths is very encouraging. We must turn the table against them. That Lalong of a guy you mentioned is not fit to be called a human being.

I do check in sometimes but not very often. I haven't been using it either o, my brother.

Bet life's been good at your own end?
I'm OK. Just overwhelmed by the sad happenings. We have to do something to stop the madness of the killers invading the Middle Belt.

He's everything Nigerians desire in a president.

And the killers will never be caught nor punished. Government wants you to believe they are invisible.
Nigerians have been so unfortunate with series of hypocrites and incapable hands running the country year after year.
It is disheartening how they twist and misrepresent facts; turning a blind eye to serious issues at the same time.

All these attacks are coming after leaders of herdsmen openly vowed to mobilize their members and resist Anti Open Grazing Bills in Benue and Taraba States. Yet, none of these leaders of the herdsmen has been arrested. What a country!

PoliticsRe: Why Are Well Meaning Nigerians Silent On Fulani Herdsmen Attacks? by Oxalic(m): 10:36pm On Jan 02, 2018
The deliberate refusal of the FG under Buhari to tame the madness of these Fulani terrorists is a terrible act of injustice.
PoliticsRe: Presidency Begins National Consultation On Farmers-herders Conflicts by Oxalic(m): 4:32pm On Dec 12, 2017
This consultation is not necessary. Just tell the blood-sucking herdsmen to practice ranching and stop grazing on people's farms. How is this difficult?
PoliticsRe: Why Buhari Must Support Benue Anti-Grazing Law - Reps by Oxalic(m):
Buhari must support the Benue State Government for the full implementation of the Bill. Any attempt, directly of indirectly, by any person or group of persons, to oppose the Bill will be totally unacceptable and will also attract the full wrath of God. It is really appalling that inspite of the heineous crimes of murder, rape and destruction of farms perpetrated by the terrorists fulani herdsmen, their leaders still have the guts, the temerity, the effrontery as well as the audacity to openly speak against the Bill, even as none of them is being arrested to face prosecution for the crimes committed by their members. They are still issuing threats here and there. This is terrible injustice on the part of the FG led by Buhari. But there is a day of reckoning.

For the first time since 12years, we have strong reason to come together. We musn't let this moment slip through our grasps

Some Idiots like 'month' is out there trying to sow the seed of perpetual discord. Trying to continuously pitch the two enthic groups in south against each other
I come from MB (NC) but i have been calling for a political cohesion between all the regions in the South. This kind of mutual understanding is achieveable and will greatly help in shaping politics at the national level. When the SW, SS and SE finally unite, they can then court MB (NC) and will surely win some key states in that region. This will prove to be a game changer in Nigeria politics. We have had enough of political arrogance from some group of people.
As for the stupid fat indomie kids on NL, simply ignore them.
PoliticsRe: Southern Governors Forum To Meet In Lagos 12 Years After Last Meeting by Oxalic(m): 8:00pm On Oct 21, 2017
The problem we have on the internet these days is the fat indomie kids. These bunch of ignorant kids born in the late 90s and early 20s lack discipline and wisdom. They have knowlege of digital technology but lack understanding. Lack of self-control and overbearing arrogance are their hallmarks. They also lack proper knowledge of history as they cannot read objectively. Anyone who is Igbo or Yoruba descent and who feels these two cannot work together politically belongs to the indomie generation described above. As for me, i have learnt to avoid engaging them on the internet.

BEWARE!!! Some people using Yoruba or Ibo names are not Yoruba or Ibo. They are just hiding under those names.

I suspect some elders are involved in this meeting . Few days ago, Chief Anyaoku spoke about the need for restructuring before 2019 election. Chief Afe Babalola signed the resolutions at Ibadan meeting which made me to suspect Pa Ben Nwabueze is also involved.
I agree with you. There are people who are using Yoruba and Igbo names on this forum but who are not from this regions. They are the ones formenting trouble.

naptu2. Long time! Where have you been? You have good point up there. As a matter of fact, i totally agree with you. Some persons are out there deliberately sowing seeds of discord between the Igbos and Yorubas. God will not hesitate to punish such people. They should better desist from doing such. Or else.

Also So Igbos how many times have you heard Yoruba people went about to kill Igbos?

Now please Yorubas, Niger Delta & Igbos; how many times have Northers killed any of you.

Thats how yoiu know who is your real enemy.

Why is that every thread bothering on SW and SE quickly become a war zone? This is not in the interest of anybody. Please, i sincerely beckon on all the young people of SW and SE to shove aside the spirit of bitterness. It is quite inimical to the growth and actualization of strategic political goals.

FOR THE IGBOS, THE SW SHOULD NOT BE A FACTOR IN THEIR ALLIANCE.

THE NORTHEAST CENTRAL IS FAR MORE VALUABLE, IF WE CAN WRESTLE THAT GROUP FROM THE NORTH.

THAT IS Y I SUPPORT ATIKU PRESIDENCY. HE OFFERS A UNIFICATION AND BRIDGE TO THE NORTH FOR THE SS/SE.

IT IS TIME TO MEND FENCE AND BUILD BRIDGES WITH THE NORTH NOT THE SOUTHWEST.

LET THE SOUTHWEST BE ON THEIR OWN AND DECIDE THEIR OWN FAITH WITHOUT US AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE.
There is need to get rid of all bitterness pls.

It is time SW, SS and SE come together and also seek alliance with part, if not all, of MB (NC). There is an urgent need for all the regions in Southern Nigeria to put aside all bitterness and unite for a common goal. Nigeria needs to be rescued.

its sad. we cry, we mourned, against the muderous activities of these fulani-herdsmen but our so-called govt headed by the suppossedly man of integrity keeps mute. why most the army/police assigned for the safety of these kids & women abbadon them to be killed, if not for complicity? just watch how this govt of bigotry 'll not take any positive action over this issue. ordinary peaceful protest/agitation from s/east, they rolled out drum of and start dancing pyton dance of death and destruction, yet some nigerians still deem it fit to support their evil actions. but in a country of injustice, no one is actually safe.
It is disheartening! I mean the defeaning silence by Buhari and his refusal to take action against these terrorists called fulani herdsmen is really disheartening. This is the height of injustice. Worst still, this govt will say that fulani herdsmen are not terrorists but criminals. And as usual, none will be arrested and prosecuted. This is very sad.

This is ridiculous

The federal high court can not require a senator of the federal republic of Nigeria as surety and then turn around to hope that no senator comes forward!

The senate should be asking why the court required a senator in the first place!
They will never look in that direction. And what stopped the FG (Executive, NASS, etc) from acting this proactively with respect to killings and other crimes done by Fulani terrorists? This govt is biased.
