Obaseki will come 4th.The reason why others are allowed to contest is dat Eze Iyamu might be technically ruled out after winning d primary and the 2nd position will go to d election.
Eze will b used to dwarf Obaseki in d primaries and APC machinery will substitute him post primary with some technicalities.

But our politicians choose what will favour them.The problem of indirect primaries is that a rich candidate esp sitting governors can buy off 80% of d deligates and camp them ( eg 2018 Ekiti APC governorship primary,2019 PDP presidential convention)
Moreover, indirect primaries is d best. The party men you abandoned in different units and wards will send you parking during primaries.

They want Obaseki to win so that he will scatter Oshiomole's base in order for him to b easily removed as Party Chairman so as to pave way for their presidential ambitions.They know Oshiomole is Tinubu man.
