Good morning, kindly advice on what to do. I intend going on family vacation. But due to my kids passport not available at time I paid for my visa. So I have a different date for interview and my husband and kids have theirs together.
My question now is should I include them in my ds 160 as people joining me on the trip. Or how best should I go about it thanks.

Congratulations, do you have passport for the new born. Because I learnt a baby must be three month and above before you can capture for a passport.
Try to get the baby passport
Fill D's 160 form
Pay visa fee.
If you can get all of these before interview. Fill another ds 160 for all the family by including the new baby. But please don't cancel on the Cgi portal. Doing the interview you will say it verbally. Best of luck

We are suppose to go for interview next month which is march . Unfortunately my wife had another kid which makes it three kid last month January. So my question is how do I apply for the new born baby or is there a way for me to add the details with the previous one I need your help .

In my opinion pick a date on your ds 160. Submit and go ahead to schedule an appointment. It is is better you have a date then keep checking out for close date.
You can always fill another ds 160 form and edit your code on chi portal.

It has been changed to the new date. This is so painful and unfair. I've sent them an email already, waiting for their response. August 8 is very far fa since last year March.

Pls check your cgi portal to check the date on it. If it has change? If yes send a mail through your response feedback. Best of luck

Thanks for the good work you all put on this platform for the newbies like me. I have a pressing issue that needs urgent positive response.
I applied for b1/b2 visit visa last March while the earliest available date for appointment was Jan 4th which I sharply picked it. However, on the 23rd of December, 2021 I got a msg from NIV that my appointment of the above date has been rescheduled to Feb 02. I was confused at first but it still work with my intended date of arrival and annual leave for April. I had to make some little changes on my DS 160 form.
What baffled me most is waking up this morning to see another new msg from NIV that my appointment date has been rescheduled again for August 8. I'm so shocked � and confused atm. How on Earth is that possible (6month loun loun)! My questions are;
- What necessary steps should I take to revert the latest msg?
- Should I still go to the embassy on the 2nd of February?
- Could this be possible/natural cos I know the validity of the visa fee is 1 year?
- I hope that my application is still valid/active cos people are paying/bribing for earliest date?
- Can someone help me with the Lagos embassy COMPLAINT contacts?

The message I got from USVisaNGA goes as follows;
"Your NIV appointment at the US Consulate has been rescheduled. Please check your email for more details".

He should evaluate his ND and HND results and apply. It's the GPA after evaluation that matters.

Now my husband and kids have have paid for their visa fee. What I want to know is how do I register.
1. Should I schedule my husband and kids together?
2. Should I schedule my husband separate and kids separate.
3. Or should they wait for me to go for my appointment In june.

MRV fees expires after 1 year. That is if you pay today being the 11th of Jan 2022, it will expire on the 10th of Jan 2023.

You can also transfer your sevis to another school. Just go to fmjfee.com all the infos you need are there.

Once you add another person to the cgi portal you have automatic cancel the old appointment. You where suppose to re add. Am in the same shoe with you.

Good Morning All, I am confused right now. I booked a B1/B2 interview appointment for my mum for March 29th in April last year and linked my dad about 5 months later to her appointment when I paid for his visa appointment.
The issue now is the appointment for Abuja on March 29 has mysteriously disappeared from my mum’s profile, right now it says she is yet to book an appointment. No mail was sent informing her of the cancelation of appointment. What could have happened please. Do I need to escalate this matter to the embassy? Thanks for your responses.

2. I think you can cancel once and use the same MRV reference to reschedule without no payment.

Good evening, please I need an advice. I paid for my visa fee b1/b2 and also scheduled an appointment but did not remember to add my kids to CGI portal. My issue is now I want to add them. I was told to council my appointment then add them and reschedule. My question now is
1. Will I get same date I have before. because the available date is July 2023
