This is no such nomenclature as the Jagaban of Delta politics. What we have is the Odidigboigbo of Delta politics. And that is James Ibori. Senator Nwaoboshi of Delta North was a commissioner in Ibori's government. Senator Manager of Delta South was a Commissioner in the administratin of Ibori. Senator Omo Agege was SSG in the administration of Ibori. Most of the Delta State House of Assembly members today as well as those of the House of Reps are political offsprings of Ibori. Even in incarceration, Ibori played a key role in the emergence of Governor Okowa who was a commissioner in the administration of Ibori. Immediately after his victory in 2015, Okowa went to London to thank Ibori. And in case you do not know, the present South South Vice Chairman of PDP, Emmanuel Ogidi, is of the political lineage of Ibori. The prison walls have not diminished Ibori' influence and reach. Summary: the Odidigboigbo of Delta politics is James Ibori |
Why is Saharareporters not reporting this news? Where are those who gleefully share and comment on anything negative about Ibori, especially on nairaland? Did they not see this news? Why has this not been posted severally on nairaland? Why are there no comments here? Where una dey? Moderators, why is this thread rolling away so fast? |
The police should kindly prosecute the owner of d dogs. Please |
Graxie: Try turning her cliitor, gently while sucking her breast, u will b shocked at d outcome.Breast, Ok. But turning clitor, a put off for her. |
5minsmadness: Op its never easy being with a woman who doesn't like sex. Women are not built like men, they like to talk and make a lot of noise but at the end of the day they don't value sex as much as men do. That's why someone here is still blaming you after you waited 3weeks after your marriage. Thanks indeed. |
I read all responses to my post, and I thank everyone who responded constructively. Some of the comments are insightful indeed. But I like to make the following remarks: 1. For some personal reasons, I have left out certain details. I do not feel frustrated writing down what bothers me, but I do not want to give myself or my wife away by supplying certain details on a largely public forum as this. 2. The issue here is far less of my not ‘perfecting my skills’, as one response suggests. 3. My wife was not circumcised. 4. I have sat her down to discuss the issue, and it was truly disturbing when she once admitted that her rigidity was because of her inability to conceive of or imaging a man climbing her! 5. To signify the encounter with my wife as molest, as a response remarks is, to put it mildly, unkind: we went to bed together willingly, undressed ourselves willingly, and began the pre-intimacy together willingly. And just because at the final stage I applied an approach which at the time I misjudged as appropriate considering the antecedents of the previous weeks, someone labels it as a molest? |
Tazmode:We have spoken about it. I left out a lot of details because I get strained typing long things, but her elder sister is aware. Things were worse than I presented them. She actually admitted to her problem, but it would seem it was beyond her. |
I married my wife a virgin. Because of our religious sensibilities, we abstained from sex before our wedding. But two weeks after our wedding, there was no sex. She allowed pre-intimacy, but once I tried to penetrate, she withdrew even without 'contact'. I was patient, thinking it was just a question of fear because of the stories she probably heard about how painful it might be. But on the third week I practically forced my way through... It is two years now, and sex has been far less than fulfilling. First, she never gets wet or even aroused, no matter the pre-intimacy! And after giving birth to our daughter, I still have to, no, I still MUST apply a lubricant to penetrate her. Is this normal? Is there any help? |
Surely Gov. Oshio has good advisers. This gesture ADEQUATELY compensates for the wrong he did to the widow. I personally was disappointed by the statement, but he is hereby forgiven for this thoughtful restitution. |
these developments are good for our country and democracy because d electorate will av viable alternatives |
wise & mature approach. |
EFCC will resurrect as soon as Ibori returns from d UK |
i am thriled by Kwank's guts. these guys have shown that they can't be pushed around and intimidated |
The Schooldays of Edore (2013) by Emmanuel Esemedafe, published by Kraft Books, Ibadan. Very interesting! |
it is all about one's ideology, philosophy of life |
Their meeting is not only for prayers. it is also for political strategizing |
This is goods news and i am excited about it. If his prison experience has made him a new creature in Christ, then good. It reaffirms the saying that God does not take men through the deep waters to drown them, but to cleanse them. If he is genuinely born again, great great great! |
If a new government comes in after Jonathan's, will it be obligated to pay d ex militants to secure d pipelines? Have d real issues that sparked off d agitation been addressed? Many questions begging for answers! |
Propagand is part of war. |
We have heard this over and over. Tell us another story. |
The Bible advises that before u go to war, you must sit down and count the cost. Asari Dokubo and the rest beating the drums of war must sit down and count the cost. The truth is that if there is war today, it is going to be between the North and the Ijaws. I dont see the Yorubas joining the Ijaws. The Ibos might as well betray the Ijaws. In fact, it might turn out to be pay back time for the betrayal during the Civil War. It is convenient now to lump the Ijaws, Urhobos, Itsekiris, etc as the Niger Delta, but in the event of a war, i dont see these tribes fighting to save the Ijaws. The Urhobos have been angry with Jonathan that his govt has not benefitted them in any way. And so have the Itsekiri, especially with regards to political appointment and the implementation of the amnesty program. Those calling for war must sit down and count the cost. And for those banking on foreign military aid, they should also be ready sign out at least half of their God given wealth. Remember Bakassi. |
Pastor Kumuyi, a solid man of God! |
Apparently, Okupe has effectively taken over Abati's job. Since Abati's appointment, i have followed most of his press statements, and he has shown a high level of restraint and civility. But i doubt that that is what Team Jonathan expect from him considering the level of media bashing that has come the way of Pre Jona. Now that he has been given d option to honourably exit (just my own interpretation) what will he do? Is he returning to d Guardian? |
Which and what should we believe? The media, esp the social media, has created the notion of a fractured relationship between Jonathan ans IBB because of the issue of Boko Haram. That Jonathan still consults IBB on the choice of a defence minister does not add up to all the negative perceptions of a cold war. I do not imply however that this is unwelcome. |
You dont browbeat or intimidate your opponents into helping you solve problems. If you dont have the answer and you think your opponents have it, you reach out to them, not blackmailing them. And of course you dont assume a standoffish posture, blame your opponents for your inadequacies and expect them to assist you. This is the truth Team Jonathan must accept. Jonathan is the President; he either applies the full military option or the polical option. All Nigerians are saying is that the mindless killings and bombings must stop. It is his responsibility to see this happen, not IBB's, El Rufai's, Bakare's or Buhari's. Who does not believe that the opposition would want to see him fail? Mr. President do somthing! |
Two little black birds sitting on d wall. One named Peter, one named Paul... |
Jonathan is the President of Nigeria, and security of lives and property of Nigerians is his constitutional responsibility. If he thinks IBB can help him solve the problem of insecurity, then he should approach IBB for help. On the other hand if he has intelligence that IBB is responsible then he should go after him. Very simple! Not this blame game! |
The way some of us comment gives the impression that the President is feeling frustrated already. Come on, he is the President. He commands the State Security Service, the National Intelligence Agency, the Directorate of Military Intelligence, and other security institutions. If all these cant help, he may reach out to British, American and Israeli intelligence structures to assist. Calling on IBB to denounce BH is laughable. Who among us does not believe that some prominent Northern politicians want Jonathan to fail. He has to stand up as a man. Is it not surprising that the security agencies keep telling us 'we know the sponsors of Boko Haram and will soon name them' and up till now have named no one? Is it not surprising that the President himself said BH people are in his govt. What has he done with that info. Jona stop blame blame and do something |
Let us not be sentimental here. Lets stop passing blames. The answer is with Jonathan. Indeed the ball is in his court. This nonsense must stop. It is either he crushes this terrorism as the commander in chief and restores peace, or he negotiates with them and restores peace. Either way peace must come. For him to pass blame may well be interpreted as a sign of confusion and helplessness. Is he overwhelmed? Jonathan is the Commander-in-Chief! He is the President! It's either he emplys the military option or the political option. |
I cant see d president honouring this invitation. A further strain in d relationship between d house and jonathan will ensue. Is this a first step towards undermining d president and initiating impeachment proceedings against him? time will tell. we need to pray for dis country. |
brilliant move by d house. Those who understand politics know what is happening |
PDP is jittery. This is no good news for them. |
Hmm, there are books and online articles about marital sexual satisfaction. Moreso, you never mentioned talking to your wife so that you both could straighten things out.
