For one, the S-300 system is heavily based on 1970s and 1980s technology, which already renders it woefully ineffective at detecting stealth aircraft and missiles. It's called stealth for a reason.

So, I'd go with the latter. The S-300 is grossly overrated when pitted against the kind of technology Israel, USA and a few posses.

You don't even know how this scale is. The minimum is level 3. And the difference in salary between level 3 and level 8 in the state civil service is not UpTo 2000 naira.
Ask any civil servant messenger that really have offer of appointment to show you his payslip it must be above 30k
I challenge anybody that claims otherwise to prove me wrong by bringing his payslip. If he is too busy to give me his computer number and I will print out his payslip.
The above is for level 10 in the state civil service. The table is very lopsided. As those with lowest salary benefit most in any increments in minimum wage.

On the payslip you will see your salary gross and net. Many people are just talking ignorantly
