My last baby was smaller than all the other babies. So it's possible the second one may be smaller.

Yes they do especially if any of your family member have diabetes, they may send you for a more detailed test. (that one of drinking glucose and waiting for hours). I did it with my second Abi 3rd pregnancy but did the blood own with my last belle.

Diaper and wipe is a no no for me cos there are good diapers and wipe in naija at a cheaper price. You can buy about one or 2cartons you will use when baby arrives and carry the remaining ones back home.
Buy more of clothes, shoes, toys cos they are light weight and your bag can contain much of it without giving you extra extra luggage. You can also buy your baby milk, cereals. But with this exchange rate now, I don't think even buying baby milk is cost effective these days cos I just did my calculations and noticed that my tin of baby milk I normally buy here in Naija is going for a cheaper price than US price. So imagine filling one extra bag with baby diaper ,wipe, milk etc and you still pay $200 which is #60,000 to transport the bag . do your calculations

Some things after paying for excess baggage fee , I found out na just oversabi cos the price here is just 700 naira difference!!! Guess it's cos dem importers dey buy containers while we buy retail in stores or costco/sam's club..
Try and check that it's not load for no reason.

No matter what you do however, Please don't ship wipes, you can buy 2 or 3 to use till you are fit to run around!! Wipes is just waterlogged absorbent tissue, not worth paying to "carry water".. My 2k

Yes it was 35k about 3years ago I attended Antenatal Der. Dunno if the price have changed. It's super cheap Der, I just hope they administer it well make someone's spine no go enter one chance.

He should try scanning to you while you are still looking for who to bring it, then you go tomorrow and try again. I remember in 2014 when I called the passport agency, the person I spoke with mentioned scanning the notary form to them from the embassy (something like that). But I no even wan hear that one as he didn't give me 100% assurance that it will be accepted.

I think it's normal cos I had similar experience, infact the nurse that was giving the injections told us that if the spot starts bringing out pores, we should use cotton wool and clean the pores and discard properly and wash hand afterwards. she also said we shouldn't allow the pores to touch someone else. on 2 occasions, my daughter's injection spots had pores too even dou I didn't have such experience with other kids. I just cleaned and pressed out the pores and it healed on its own.
