This two mamas did exercise and baby came asap, mamas oya o na exercise be the reigning thing now, if you are in your 3rd trimester begin ya exercise ooo especially if you er close to Edd.

Exercise worked for me for all my pregnancy and delivery. The exercise am talking about is long walk o. I gingered all my babies with exercise as them dey like overstay for belle and dey all came ASAP without too long labour or any complication.

You should be using very little paste while brushing, as in very very little and try and teach him how to spit it out.
You can brush your teeth same time with him and demonstrate the spitting. am sure he will imitate you and, clap for him and cheer him up so he will be willing to do more.
Twice a day? You get strength.

Many people have used one visa for 2 deliveries, including me. infact it's some people's target.


You can use your visa to travel by July if you wish, you will most likely be signed in for 6months (many people have done that here)
But if don't want to give your heart the stress of thinking "what if" "what if" they sign me till august which will be when your visa will expire, then just renew the visa.

I started introducing cereals almost two weeks now to him.he eats everything I offer him.inuse sma gold for his milk.i give him, birds custard, gerber rice, friso gold rice and wheat, humana milk with oat flakes.my problem is his poo is greenish black.[b]he poos almost every day.[/b]he is still sucking breast as usual.pls I want yo know why the colour of his poo is greenish black.thank you.

The greenish black poo may be as a result of change in his food. I also started feeding my DD on cereals one week ago and she's been pooing often unlike when she was EBF. I also noticed that when I gave her Heinz fruit and yoghurt porridge, her poo turned black instantly and she pooped up to 4tyms dat day. So you may want to introduce the food one after the other to be able to know which of the food makes him poo the black poo.
