Hello fellow Nairalanders,

I have finally decided to sit for ican after postponing it for years. So I have paid for registration 2 months ago but my predicament started when I paid for exemption online using my ATM card.

I was debited for the amount but I didn't get the required pin and serial number to continue the exemption application.

I visited ican office last month to register my complain. I was directed to the IT department where they took details and asked me to call the next day.

Its over a month now and I have not gotten the pin and serial number. I really want to write this may diet.

please, can someone out there help me get this resolved on time.

I don't really understand your question. When I registered, I paid to the bank, did the necessary stuff online using a chartered accountant as ref. I then submitted the printout (which was signed by my ref) with the necessary documents (birth certificate, waec result, nysc certificate and B.Sc Certificate and bank teller). There's nothing to certify. Just submit your printout along with the necessary documents, or has ICAN changed the whole process?

For EXAM, the advert for the May 2017 is not yet out and for registration as student of ICAN, this has no starting or ending dates, just make sure you carryout the registration on time and if claiming exemption(s), make sure these are processed on time.

I have been a waker-pass member of this forum for quite a while, but today I have been forced to speak. I am not sure where to post this, so I decided to post it under Religion. Since December last year we have been noticing a strange substance in form of oil and water mixed on the passage where everybody pass to exit the compound. The person that does this also put it on the door post of the other tenants in the compound.
Recently, a young chap was accused of being the one but he denied it. After the incidence, we stopped seeing it for a while but the person has started again. my landlady said its money ritual, but my colleagues said it is to take your blessing. Please, house, this has gotten me worried. I will very much appreciate it if there is any one in the house that has experience in such matters to advice me on this..

Guy, what I can see in those pics as someone who has kept cats as pet before is a male cat trying to mount a dead female cat.

He was probably the one that chased her to her death while trying to r.pe her. He dragged her away from the road so wouldn't be killed also.
He laid by her side not hoping she would wake up but to mount her again when he is fully rested.

Pls sir, help interprete these:

1. In a space of 5 years I have seen myself naked like a child around the house and compound, then I realise that I am not suppose to be naked.

On the other hand, when warmed and allowed to cool down to room temperature before fiddled with your finger, would sour because the temperature in the soup was not hot enough to kill the germs.
