The increment is increase in their basic salary. The Oyo state Labour disputed over this. He didn't agree to pay the minimum wage. For instance, a level 8 officer whose monthly basic salary is 15k, 20percent of it is 3k. So that is the increment my governor is talking about...for more info on this ask any civil servant in Oyo state. Well sha increase na increase even if it is 20naira on top salary....make other states no think say workers don dey enjoy for Oyo ooooo

Thumb up to you guys, you rock. @scross if you have been following this thread carefully, you will notice that guys here have more than 100 plans. Some are already working in the 'big four' which make NLNG one of many opportunities they want to explore. So if one out of 100 plans fails it makes no difference. This is one of the reasons i respect guys on this thread. They are above limitations.
In conclusion man's innermost desire is to be successful in whatsoever he lays his hands to do including NLNG.

I can see a great love over here, guys trying to help one another to make a quality decision.
To reiterate what one of those that won the NLNG race in 2007 has said, run with the scholarship first while you are still looking for a way to get NLNG job if possible. One thing i know for sure is that time will tell. Dont be too anxious or allow unnecessary worry. When you get to the bridge you will surely cross it. Congrat once again to you guys and enjoy the happiness that comes with the success.
