The report says they prevented houses,shops and other businesses from burning bcuz of their quick intervention.
A fuel in a full tanker can flow on a tarred road to beyond 3km from the point of the accident carrying along with it devastating flames and thick toxic CO2 that can kill any living thing along its path.
Bcuz it falls and burnt on the road, you think the impact will be limited to that place alone.
Besides,if they didn't respond to quench the fire, people would have rushed there to scoop the fuel thereby got in the secondary explosion fire the guy was telling you about.

As a child in the mid 90's to to when the military era ended,we, being just an average family used kerosene to cook with our stove.
The kerosene was cheap and affordable.
We combined it with firewood to cook some certain heavy local food.
The firewood was equally affordable.And so does different average families at the time.
Then as for freedom of expression,so you think you have that under democracy either?

How can a president meet cement price at 3,500 per bag in 2022 and within a year of coming into power increases the price to 15,000 per bag in 2023 till now?
This is a monumental failure in governance by PBAT.

I supported the protest in 2012.
My stand was that,the refineries should be fixed first before the removal of subsidy.
But waking up one morning to remove subsidy and throw the country into abject poverty cannot be supported by me.
It is the same stance I am still standing today against Tinubu removal of subsidy.
It is an act of witchcraftcy for anybody to remove fuel subsidy and share the money with governors at the expense of the masses.
But I don't know whether this man is using jazz on Nigerians that they can't protest against this administration for subsidy removal the same way they did against Jonathan's administration for the same "offence".
