And besides, people have different levels of TOLERABILITY to certain life challenges.

I have carefully analyzed how transition and gradual replacement of players used to be in the past with good examples cited, you don't see that to argue about.You jumped to conclusions that there's nothing there that have been said.
So, according to you,if we have many young girls under the age of 25 playing football in Nigeria,they coach will just go round the streets of Nigeria or their different playing grounds to pick them directly into the senior national team, right?

I am telling you how it used to be done that makes our national team strong in those days,that we have strong youth teams that made it possible for the young players we are talking about to transition to the senior team for the replacement of the old and retiring ones which we do not have that strong youth system again, hence,our difficulties in scouting for the replacement with young players.
Is that not something for you to make a reasonable counter analysis about?
Ok,how many of the current senior national team players in that Falcon were recruited directly through the process you are talking about (playing football in Nigeria) under the age of 25 playing in Nigeria without passing through the youth teams or coming from abroad?

The super falcons need an overhaul. So many tired legs. Also the coaching crew did a very poor job this year, it's so glaring.

Chiamaka Nnadozie really tried as keeper, but she's out of shape. The first match showed how unfit she was.
Now is time to forget about the Falcons as we know them and make sure we introduce nothing less than 10 younger girls into the team, against 2028 WAFCON, otherwise, nothing for them by then as well.

Finally, if this team somehow manages to qualify for the WC through playoffs, they don't have anything to play there, just tourism, so don't expect much from them cos this is a very rusty team.

In those days,when veterans like Pepetua Nkwocha,Mercy Akide, Cynthia Uwak,Effioanwan Ekpo,etc were about retiring,our U-17 and 20 were bubbling.We played 2 world cup finals and lost to the Germans.We were participating in every age grade world tournament, and so,we were able to pick the likes of Ngozi Okobi,Desire Oparanozie,Esther Monday,Whites,and co from there to replace the aging Super Falcon players.Therefore,there was continuity in the senior national team.
But nowadays,we don't qualify for U-17 and U-20 tournaments in Africa let alone the world again.I don't even think we have a team called Flamingos and Falconets again cos I haven't heard about them for a very long time now.So, where will the YOUNGER PLAYERS come from?
The major problem we have is our football administrators.The NFF needs total overhauling.

Not all are based on military census era.
We have one during OBJ time in 2006.
I volunteered as ENUMERATOR then as a young secondary school leaver.
So,it is that 2006 census results that they based the estimate on and not the military era own as you said.
