And dat i'l b invited 4 d 2nd phrase later.. thou they said successful individuals will b notified between 15th and 16th may but presently,i am in d far East..Truth b told,i dont even know d present coy dis particular exam is 4..but nevertheless i still humbly seek info from those that av previously written workforce exam..Please,wats d 2nd phrase of d selection process like....i seek urgent responce 2 dis questions so i'l know if its worth d risk,time and energy 2 travel back..thanks house..

hi house..please do anyone know about the course peace and strategic studies or peace and conflict resolution as the case may be in some schools...i have a b.a in religions and philosophy.I intend doin my masters degree in peace and strategic studies in prefarably unibadan or unilorin but the problem i face is that i have limited information about this course..please any idea and information about this course and how its been operated is highly welcomed..i like the love shared in the house.

MarcAnthon: Why don't you all take two months off whatever you do (that's if you even need that much time), write GRE, do great, apply to schools in the US and if you actually had 2:1 or better coming off undergrad and your GRE scores are tight, you can get full funding for masters in the US, or about 70% funding at least. Seek info about this and expand your horizons. Undergrad abroad may be for the rich but masters? No. I'm yet to see a masters student in the US who is paying for his/her studies. It's either you are on a scholarship or you are a Teaching or Research Assistant. You get your school fees paid and they give you money for upkeep every month end.
Masters in the UK requires money. About 20K pounds, cos all they want to do is collect your money. But in the US they really are interested in building you up and most of the schools are rich and have massive endowment funds.
Y'all don't limit yourselves. While a masters in the US is not the end of the world, it definitely will give you a good head start. So think about it, and seek more info. GRE is also doable if you know what you're doing.

But av u consider different schools which are not too far from eachother? E.g Unilag & LASU, ABK & U.I, OAU & U.I etc. Considering the distance btw these combinations,couple with a part-time job and your own seriousness,i tink it is doable. Best of luck.
