raumdeuter: Pogba and Lukaku delivered
I should have captained Pogba instead of Lukaku Guys like you have who don't support epl teams have an edge over guys who do, cos you pick your team with zero sentiments. Mehn Fpl is somehow you wanting your team to win but then flip side is your fpl suffers. I hope De Bruyne turns up sha because am praying for alli to flop tho I have him. |

Csami: Westros boast of the best Assassins(the faceless men) and Jon and his crew cannot hire one to kill the Night King.
Question: The Night King now has a dragon and the dragon must spit fire. If he uses the dragon to burn the living to ashes, won't that be a problem to him? The faceless men are actually from Braavos not Westbrom. The Dragon part isn't yet clear. |

Neymar1095:
Is there ever a right time to showboat. Of course in a match already won showboating is allowed to cheer up the crowd. The likes of no look passes, flicks, toe curling etc |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by pamcode(m): 3:00pm On Aug 18, 2017 |
Neymar1095: Showboating is what makes him a special player si why Leave it. Sure i have no problem with that as long as he does that against my Club any match we meet instead of making better decision, that being said showboating is my issue with him but his wrong timing to showboat. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by pamcode(m): 2:30pm On Aug 18, 2017 |
GloryIsaac: Even though Pogba's showboating pisses fans off, you can't deny the fact that he has done enough to achieve the status of World Class...... Choosing Eriksen over Pogba ... Madrid should have gone for Eriksen since, afterall they went for Bale and Modric ..... Pogba is a Galactico, your sentiments can't change that. If he can leave out his showboating and keep up his performances then I would label him World class until then he is just a good player. |

Neymar1095: How can u stupidly say Pogba is not world Class. You are looking at a player who has played at d highest level of all The world football competition at the Age of fuuucking 23.Are u guys nut or something. Even breaking into FIFA world eleven at 22years old.
But u will call De gea who is not even first choice of Spain world Class.... May person nor vex me ooh Pogba isn't yet world class to me but he is a good player, he hasn't. The fact that there has not been a lot of world class midfielders is why Pogba would be top 20, his decisions are stupid at times plus he likes showboating. But for age i would take Eriksen of spurs over him. By the way De Gea is Spain No 1Goalie. |

chic2pimp: It depends. I actually had like 3-4 of my friends in academies whilst attending College/sixth form. Their parents insisted on it as they wanted their kids to have a back up plan which in hindsight was the right thing to do. Some of the bigger clubs however do have schools in their academies. Oh thanks for the info |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by pamcode(m): 4:54pm On Aug 16, 2017 |
CapitalCee: Ofcourse, my idea of world class is you must be at least top 5 in your position at any point in your Career, not necessarily now but at any point in your Career or at least win the player of the season at a Major European league(EPL, Laliga, Bundesliga and seria A)
The only world class players currently playing in EPL are :
Coutious, D.Costa, Hazard, Fabregas, Kante, Harry Kane,Hugo Lloris, Aguero, Kompany, D.Silva, Yaya Toure, Coutinho, Petr Cech, Sanchez, Ozil, De Gea, Ibrahimovic, Pogba, Mkhitaryan,Matic, Mahrez and Baba Wazza.
Luiz, Alderweireld, Kocsielny, Mata, Azpilicueta, Jesus, Lukaku,Mane, Lacazzete and Bailly are good players but are not world class.
I might have missed some names though How is Azpilicueta not world class but Kompany is? |

Funlordmaniac: Bigger stadium leads to more high profile occasions being hosted there, more match day tickets sold, more revenue and more fan participation / club merchandise sold due to rising attendance figures....your stadia matters in football! It is your identity! Inter's San siro is the largest in Italian football. Inter is the second-most supported team in Italy, and the 6th most-supported team in Europe and is one of the most valuable clubs in world football....( I've already said dortmund is marginally smaller than the gayners..leave them to go and buy us sweets)
Now as for titles...Inter has 18 league titles and 3 champions leagues, 3 uefa cups and one fifa club world cup..( notice I left out all those coppa italia or their own version of the community shield or league or fa cups which arsenal use in padding their numbers?)
Arsenal has 13 league titles and 0 European trophies (albeit only one uefa cup winners cup?)
Let's take a census of mostly world class players from both teams since 1992 till date:
1 Inter: Maldini, Julio Cesar, ronaldo de lima, Alvaro recoba, Adriano, christian vieri, obafemi martins, rui costa, pirlo, cannavaro, Lucio, baggio, Dennis bergkamp, crespo, Samuel etoo, Zanetti, bergomi, cordoba, cambiasso, Walter Samuel, Dejan stankovic, chivu, yuri djorkaeff, Luis figo, zlatan, klinsmann, maicon, maxwell, nagamoto..Wesley sneijder, toldo, zamorano,
2 Arsenal: Tony Adams, martin keown, Viera, thierry Henry, Pires, kanu, seaman, fabregas, lungberg, van persie, sanchez, sol Campbell, Lee dixon, Ian wright, mark overmars, Ashley cole, emmanuel petit, Gilberto silva, Lehmann, toure, Lauren, ozil, koscielny, Sagna, carzola.....
Based on all this in footballing terms who will you say is bigger? Who has paraded the more prestigious players? Who has won more important trophies and who generates more on every match day? I don't think I see Diego Milito and Samir Handanovic in your list for inter. |

FPL Daily Update: GW2 #2 Mohamed Magdi has his compatriots to thank for an incredible 128-point Fantasy Premier League Gameweek. Mohamed Elneny (£4.5m), Mohamed Salah (£9.1m) and Ahmed Hegazi (£4.6m) all helped the Egyptian storm to the top of the rankings and claim the first Manager of the Week prize. Elneny kicked things off with an assist in Arsenal’s 4-3 victory over Leicester City on Friday, before the two new signings announced themselves with major Gameweek 1 hauls. Salah produced a goal and an assist in Liverpool's 3-3 draw with Watford on his return to the Premier League. Hegazi recorded 15 points thanks to a goal and clean sheet in West Bromwich Albion's 1-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth. Like so many Manager of the Week winners, Mohamed put his Bench Boost chip into play to gain an early advantage. His substitutes scored 22, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan (£8.0m) contributing half that total thanks to two assists and two bonus points in Manchester United's 4-0 victory over West Ham United. Roberto Firmino (£8.5m) was Mohamed’s captain and another key man. The Liverpool forward's penalty and assist for Salah’s goal at Vicarage Road contributed 24 points for Mohamed, who sits on top of the world (ahead of almost 4.3m managers) in his debut FPL season and in contention for the August Manager of the Month accolade. Mohamed wins a copy of FIFA 18, a Nike Ordem V match ball and an FPL mug, all bagged up in an FPL rucksack. https://www.premierleague.com/news/452777?sf106215469=1It hard to believe this is his debut season but looking at those who won him his points, I shouldn't be surprised.
