Hello @ poster, I will advise you to go back to the teaching job. The new job may not hold water for you. Very soon, you will get a more juicy offer that will change your story. I once had a similar experience, thank God i did not take the offer. In less than 2 years after, i got a better job which i am still doing today.

She has no valid legal document binding her and the company together. It was a mere offer which was later declined by the company.
