Olaide1295: Omo na wah for you o. The govt has already said no need for TIN if you have NIN. Your NIN also serves as your Tax ID in 🇳🇬. This takes effect from January. Your existing TIN remains valid. If you already have one, you do not need to register again. For those without a TIN, you will need your NIN (individuals) Really? Please share a link or source for this information with us; it will help to reduce all the confusion. |

orriyomi33: The link to the form is not my problem currently, I already have the personalised form. The issue is the completion of the process through payment for the rights issue.
My broker is Meristem but the form is no longer available on their link as only UBA and one other stock was there. My concern is the unavailability of CHAMS even though tomorrow is the deadline. If you have the form, then I don’t think you have any problem. Fill it and pay the required amount and follow the instructions as depicted below:

orriyomi33: Good afternoon house.
I want to make payment to take up my CHAMS RI today via Meristem brokers but I noticed it's no longer available on the form provided by them.
How do I take up my rights because it's closing tomorrow?
Attached below is the screenshot from the form.
Your prompt response is appreciated. Click on the 'Click Here' tab if you received an email from investorrelations@chams.com that looks like this:

MrSamsung: Thank you very much for the explanation.
So as investors since we are getting the Rights issue at the actual price/market price(N50), why do they bother mentioning the nominal value(50 kobo) ? Or is there a way to get those Rights issue at the nominal value price or share premium price, which in either case will be a huge discount(10x or close to 10x) That’s standard terminologyNo way on God’s green earth |

MrSamsung: Please from your email, the ambiguous or non-straightforward "50 kobo each at N50 per share" statement means what in actual cost of the rights issue Oga Karl has done justice to your question 👍🏾 |

KarlTom: Actually the signs were there
Now I expect a rally that'll take the SP well above ₦50 in order to make the RI attractive to SH 🤠
By the way, I don't know why I never received correspondence on the UBA RI from PAC Registrars 🤔. My wife and son do get their mails
Maybe you inadvertently unsubscribed from their mailing list or tagged them as spam 🙃 |

KarlTom: With the current SP, I don't think UBA rights were taken by minority holders. I anticipate an extension of the deadline with tomorrow's holiday in mind... Oga, you’ve joined the prophets’ club

mygee2: Please are these app seems I can't find them on playstore They are not standalone apps but are stockbrokers with websites/portals you can use to trade by yourself at your own convenience. You will need to register with them (their details are online) as previously recommended by: Care4: Please register directly with stockbrokers. Apps charge too high for the quality of service they provide. |

mikeapollo: He probably wants to use his gragra to destroy the capital market, same way he destroyed the economy, exchange rate, fuel subsidy removal, electricity pricing, national anthem, school fees increment in tertiary institutions, attempt to increase VAT to 15% until it was rejected by NASS etc. The same way he used initial gragra to mess up Nigeria's relationship with other ECOWAS countries (e.g. Niger, Chad etc.) that cooperate with us to fight BH, and where some of our agricultural produce like beans, tomatoes, onions, cattle etc. come from, leading to spike in prices as a result of so called ''sanctions''. Nigerians are actually easy to satisfy - provide security, make food (and water) cheap and accessible, and provide some reasonable degree of power supply and road network. Every other thing feels almost secondary to us. Most of our leaders had no plan before coming into power and if any ever did, they lost the plot as soon as they got into a$$ho!e rock, etc. |

pluto09: My brother,I actually feel your pain. The civil service both at the federal and state are part of the waste we have in the country but most people are just fixated on the politicians. We need a government that will be bold and daring to reform the civil service though I know that will not happen without strong resistance and backlash from the system and the populace Many of the politicians and civil servants work hand in glove. All the memos, tenders and other documentation for inflated and poorly executed contracts go through the same people. If you don’t play ball, you could be relegated in the scheme of things. The problem is that there is ‘fantastic’ corruption at all levels and we need a Daniel (or Danladi) to come to judgment for us to stop or at least significantly slow down this downward spiral. |
